Listing of their services and prices as of 8/2024. Very decently priced and good quality salon

I still come here frequently. Love their mini free hot stone massage and hot towel treatment with any pedicure. Love the foot massage with lotion. Seriously for $26 you can't beat that. Every once in a while I indulge in the longer $60 spa pedicures. The tech Chen really improved !! Her painting is more precise now, I'm glad all the techs are the same skills now. Lovely ladies. Just a clean, nice, homey salon. A gem !!

These were the nails that had been done

Haven't been back in a long time back in a about 10 months... they had made my nails way too thick an also what ever they had used was not clean it turned my nails green an almost caused an infection, they also put a poly gel on my nail originally then started putting acrylic on my nails then more gel, which at some point you need to take nails off an start fresh, they never did that, just packing more product onto my nails and making my nail bed so thin

A large group of ladies hit Victoria's for manis and pedis a couple days before my sister's wedding (it was a Thursday at noon). My sister scheduled the appointment a week or two in advance and the staff at Victoria's was totally ready for our arrival, with plenty of employees and open stations. In fact, there was only one other young lady at the salon when we arrived, so we had the whole place to ourselves for practically the entire time we were there! My pedicure was wonderful. I forgot how much I miss those massaging chairs - they really are awesome! My nail tech was super gentle and the entire experience was great. I felt completely relaxed when it was over. A week later, my toes still look great. Victoria's has a huge array of polishes, including some selections from Vinylux, though I'm not sure their techs know the proper way to apply this polish. My go-to salon has been using Vinylux for a while and they never use a base coat. My tech at Victoria's applied an OPI base. My nails were still fairly chip free for days so I guess that didn't really have a negative effect, but it was an extra unnecessary step. Overall, solid experience for a group and everyone's nails looked great.

This place is great. When I scheduled 7 appointments for manis and pedis for my bridal party, they were all so accommodating and flexible with who wanted what. Not only were all the ladies polite, they seemed just as excited about our cans of champs as we were! Everyone seemed to think their manis/pedis were great and no one could complain about the great price! $10 for a mani? Who can beat that! A few weeks later I went in for a polish change on my toes and Kim did a wonderful job; massaging my legs and using a warm towel on my feet... Ah, namaste. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone in the area!

60$ and 15 hours later!! Don't waste time or money here! Gel nails are not supposed to pop off like cheap stick ons!!

I came in with builder gel already on my nails, and while I agreed to remove the previous set and add a $10 French tip on 4 nails, I was never told about extra charges added at checkout for "soaking off" and "length." Charging extra for removal makes no sense when nails are typically filed down during a new set anyway, and charging for length feels like an unnecessary add-on since maintaining length is part of regular fills and sets. Listing lower prices online only to add surprise fees is misleading, so I'd recommend asking about every charge beforehand. What made this worse is less than two weeks later my builder gel started separating from my natural nails and one completely popped off. During the appointment my nails were also burning badly under the UV light, which has never happened to me before despite getting builder gel regularly for the last 8 months. I called twice to address the issue and the manager has yet to return my call. Between the hidden charges, poor quality work, and lack of customer service, this was by far the worst builder gel experience I've had.

It's super easy to make an appointment online and they're always quick to confirm. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two before being sat. I've been bouncing around between nail techs since coming here and have come in with nail art inspo each time and every tech has killed it so far - I honestly don't think you can get anyone bad in this place. Everyone has been easy to talk to and has communicated if they think they can't do a certain design or has been receptive to me communicating any changes to the design. I've never felt rushed or pressured - the most comfortable I've ever felt at a nail salon! The place feels clean and hygienic. They also offer some fun drinks - like Vietnamese coffee or a mimosa, which I think is so fun and truly adds to the feeling of being pampered. Prices are pretty decent for what I get done - I don't think I've ever paid more than $70 even for gel with an intricate 10 nail design. This is also the only place where the gel actually holds up! I always had issues at other salons with it peeling after a week, but I can go up to 3-4 weeks with these! 10/10 I can't recommend this place enough - I drive 20 minutes out of my way (and pass multiple other salons on the way) just to come here.

Vy is absolutely incredible and all of the staff who work there are so friendly and accommodating. She forgot and sighed like it was my fault she made the mistake. The owner sitting next to her said to her "you wanted to stay late and make your money" when she was annoyed. I just said keep it glossy since I felt like I was inconveniencing her. That was my last visit so now I travel further to go somewhere else. Overall, can be good, but they have to like you. I was in the market for a new salon to help me maintain the color block hair style I had. I first…read moretried them in May 2023, and have been returning for touch-ups every other month. Unfortunately, I experienced a tremendous amount of breakage when I moved to Thrive Salon to maintain my color style, even with every intervention and variable that I was able to control myself. (Tons of hair masks, silk bonnets, only air drying, wide-toothed combs rather than brushes, regular haircuts, high end shampoo/conditioner for color-treated hair, changing shampoo/conditioner to another color-safe one, oil sprays... you name it). I kept up with 7 week appointments at my stylist's request to help "minimize damage", but it didn't seem to do anything but put me out of more money, and result in me having less hair. I was dilligent about asking my stylist to do a "breakage check" every time I sat in her chair to try to prevent this. She always said everything looked great. In November, during my normal appointment, I cited that I was noticing substantial breakage. I should have listened to my gut when my stylist responded to my concerns with a surprise, stating "you usually see that up here" while pointing to my scalp. (In hindsight... yikes.) Despite my concerns that day, she didn't seem to heed additional cautions or change her approach. On that same day I cited bad breakage, she lifted a new brunette section of my hair (at my request in a desperate attempt to keep my hair style) *extremely* fast. What normally needs 3 sessions to go from my brunette to our target shade of blonde she somehow achieved in 1 with my roots, and could do in 2 to my ends. She was both surprised and excited at "how light it got" during my wash out. It seemed like she never had full control over her color processing, and didn't even know what she was expecting it to do. Needless to say, all of that hair started breaking in the following weeks, plus other strands. When I went to another salon to get a haircut (I find their haircuts to be outrageously priced at Thrive), the woman shared her concern with me on the health of my hair. She even questioned if Olaplex was being left out of my mix. I didn't have an answer. This salon, despite the high price tag, also doesn't include a basic rough dry for color services to check their work. They let people paying nearly $200 for color walk out with sopping wet hair. The manager assured that a rough dry ("not blow out, that was extra") was normal for color, so stylists could check their work before the customer leaves, but I was handed a blow dryer by the rinser last visit to do it myself while my stylist moved onto another client entirely. She didn't even check on me or say goodbye. It felt wrong. I was paying ~$250 every 8 weeks but couldn't get a rough dry? I had to drive home with wet hair? Despite the poor outcome with their color service, I also observed that I was being charged different ways and different prices for my exact same service every time I went. I was never given a heads up about the price differences, and only found out at the register after my stylist had left. At one point, I was charged for a haircut that I declined in the chair. (Thankfully I noticed!) After I was rung up, I told the man at the desk, and he quickly said "oh, well you got your hair dried, so we have to charge you for a blowout". The price of the blowout helped them retain all of the mischarge for the haircut I never got. It felt very shady to me. (Remember how the rough dry was supposed to be included?) Generally, I find this salon to be very expensive for the skill I was shown. I thought the price I was paying for my color blocking was fair, but seeing that I had so much breakage, maybe it was over-priced like some of their other a la carte menu. ($75 for a *trim* is too rich for my blood.) I'm leaving an extra star despite my experience because when I did have a chance to speak with the salon manager, she was open to feedback, stayed true to her promises of when she would get back to me, and offered a refund for the past haircut/blowout fiasco I retold above. She understandably stood behind her staff, but I was disappointed that the stylist's word was always taken over the customer's. (I have no reason to lie about a service I didn't receive....) They also got me in quickly around the very busy holidays when I called and let them know more of my hair was breaking and I needed to come in to resolve it with my stylist. I appreciate them doing that for me. One last shoutout - Jen at the wash station was seriously a highlight of my experience. Love her and wish the best for her.
