I still come here frequently. Love their mini free hot stone massage and hot towel treatment with any pedicure. Love the foot massage with lotion. Seriously for $26 you can't beat that. Every once in a while I indulge in the longer $60 spa pedicures. The tech Chen really improved !! Her painting is more precise now, I'm glad all the techs are the same skills now. Lovely ladies. A large group of ladies hit Victoria's for manis and pedis a couple days before my sister's wedding (it was a Thursday at noon). My sister scheduled the appointment a week or two in advance and the staff at Victoria's was totally ready for our arrival, with plenty of employees and open stations. In fact, there was only one other young lady at the salon when we arrived, so we had the whole place to ourselves for practically the entire time we were there! My pedicure was wonderful. I forgot how much I miss those massaging chairs - they really are awesome! My nail tech was super gentle and the entire experience was great. I felt completely relaxed when it was over. A week later, my toes still look great. Victoria's has a huge array of polishes, including some selections from Vinylux, though I'm not sure their techs know the proper way to apply this polish. My go-to salon has been using Vinylux for a while and they never use a base coat. My tech at Victoria's applied an OPI base. My nails were still fairly chip free for days so I guess that didn't really have a negative effect, but it was an extra unnecessary step. Overall, solid experience for a group and everyone's nails looked great. read more

This place is great. When I scheduled 7 appointments for manis and pedis for my bridal party, they were all so accommodating and flexible with who wanted what. Not only were all the ladies polite, they seemed just as excited about our cans of champs as we were! Everyone seemed to think their manis/pedis were great and no one could complain about the great price! $10 for a mani? Who can beat that! A few weeks later I went in for a polish change on my toes and Kim did a wonderful job; massaging my legs and using a warm towel on my feet... Ah, namaste. I've been going here for many years. Clean, professional and friendly nail salon. They do great work! My only comment, and I've expressed this to the salon, is to have a no cell phone policy. Emergencies excluded, of course. Customers visit and pay to relax in the chair massagers, have a spa pedicure, pamper themselves; not to have to listen to half of an endless loud phone conversation from another customer. You might think common courtesy would prevail by other customers. Apparently, some must be told to put the phone down. read more

I was given a gift of a pedicure and gel manicure (recent Groupon deal) so I went along with my sister and MIL who also had the Groupons. Otherwise, I would have never heard of this nail salon, which is in a strip mall in a part of Cherry Hill I am not all that familiar with. All three of our collective nails (all 60 of them) looked really nice after our visit there, but both my MIL and I noticed the next day that our gel manicures (which were supposed to last 2-3 weeks) were not holding up so well. My MIL wound up going back and having some of her nails redone. Mine didn't last even a week. I didn't think the quality of our services was all that great, and I don't see any reason to go back to try again. So I went to the Salon on King's Highway, and definitely recommend. The ladies are the sweetest, and they treated me very respectfully and kindly. When asking for color suggestions, they even recommended me a few and they were extremely pretty colors. I have to admit, I didn't completely enjoy the time it took for them to be finished the whole mani pedi, but it was definitely worth it because my nails looked just glamorous. The worst! Got a refill and a replacement on a broken thumb nail around 7pm yesterday. I only went here bc my normal place was too booked and I had dinner reservations at 9. I woke up, went to the bathroom, pulled down my loose sweatpants and then my thumb nail just popped off! Less than 15 hrs and $60 later I'm left in the position I was yesterday. I have been getting gel nails for 10 years every two weeks and I have never had a nail just pop off within hours. I would have been better off going to CVS and buying those stuck on ones that little girls use. read more

The Salon is under new management, again, since May. I was not happy with my mani-pedi today. My technician did not apply polish to my nails well. She missed the sides of my nails and did not paint close enough to my cuticles, so now my nails look like they were painted days ago and are growing out. I ended up going to CVS next door and buying polish similar in color to try to fix the situation. Instead of taking the time to completely remove the old nail polish on one of my big toes, she tried to file it off, which is totally inappropriate. As customers began to arrive, she became less attentive to me and more distracted. I did not find myself being able to relax, which is an expectation customers have while in a pedicure chair. read more

So my disaster at Le Chic led me here...never been, but on my way home and seriously - my paws need some serious TLC.. I was aware that I was annoyed from what just happened to my feet so made sure I had an attitude adjustment before I walked through the door ("Don't go in there with cranky pants, Meg, they didn't screw up your feet", etc. etc.). I go, it starts out great! Huge polish selection, greeted warmly, it was almost empty. I sit down, put my feet in the water and wait like 20 seconds before the tech comes over. She cuts my nails (THAT'S how bad my first attempt at a pedicure today was - my toe nails were crooked) and starts filing. Two separate groups of people come in, a mom and two daughters looking for full acrylic sets and two middle aged women looking for pedicures/manicures. I'm told by my tech that someone else will finish my feet and I'M ALMOST DONE! I was in the chair for three minutes and she had literally just cut my nails...how the fug am I almost done?!! So, I wait patiently. And wait. And wait. 15 minutes go by, all five new customers are in chairs with technicians getting their nails done and I'm still sitting there! I'm assuming because the new customers had higher priced services (a pedi is cheaper than a mani/pedi and full acrylic sets) which would mean higher tips, I was given the short end of the stick. At this point, I have had it and desperately need a beer. I dry off my feet and leave. No one protests, no one apologizes, they all just watch me walk out so I waved goodbye. Don't go here. This place severely overcharges. A spa pedicure which is basically your color, quick massage, no callous remover or tools used cost $45. This is supposedly a special. The only thing you really get is water that smells likes lemons. I highly recommending going elsewhere if you want a real spa pedicure. read more

I thought I had written a review about the Cherry Hill location of Victoria's Nail Salon, but apparently not... I had just made some comments about it in my review of the Marlton location, noting that Marlton was better. All the same, however, because this location deserves an updated review, or in this case, a review. It's been a while since I've been to this location of Victoria's. Like, probably a year or more. I stopped coming here, with my preference to the Marlton location, because I found the staff here a little unfriendly and off putting, and the service inconsistent. I only decided to come here today because I was sent a coupon for a free birthday manicure, good only for the Cherry Hill or Moorestown location. Gotta say, Victoria's Cherry Hill has stepped up their game since my last visit. I came during a totally dead time of the evening, which was nice, since there was no wait. Since my last visit, the salon has been rearranged a little, offering more open space, and is overall just easier on the eyes. The lady who did my manicure (Siri) was pleasant and helpful with my keys, rings, etc., as you'd expect from a nail tech. Compared to my past visits at this Victoria's, I was really impressed with the quality of manicure I received tonight. I will say that my nails are probably a little more difficult for the techs, as I don't really maintain them well, and I have crazy cuticles. That said, she took her time and cleaned them up great. Not only that, but following the "cleanup" phase of the manicure, I was directed to wash my hands with a nice defoliant, and then treated to a paraffin dip, which I've never experienced before. That was really nice, felt soft and warm, and when she pulled the dried paraffin off my hands, they were left smooth and soft. That's saying a lot, too, because, like my nails, I'm pretty hard on my hands in general. They are always dry. After the paraffin was the usual polishing, which turned out well. Overall, I was quite impressed with my $13 (actually, in my case, FREE) strip mall manicure. Now that the complimentary manicure coupon brought me back to this Victoria's location, I will definitely consider it again for my future mani-pedi needs. read more

I'm not sure how I feel about this place. I walked in on a Sunday at 11 am and it was DEAD. I mean...i was the only person in there. It had an 80s vibe in there as well with the outdated nail stations. I usually go down the street to another place that $25 for a mani/pedi and this place was $40. The pedicure was really nice, but the manicure was MEH. I specifically told her that my nails are prone to flaking and peeling so she needs to buff it. She used this extra rough nail file (i could see my nails tearing) and didn't buff the flakes out. She the kept clipping my cuticles when I didn't even have any. by the end of the day I had lost three nails and the next day I ended up redoing my manicure by myself. If i do go back, it will be for the pedicure only. read more

Every time I enter and say I want a gel manicure, they say the price. I've had gel manicures before. I know how much they cost. I even had one done in this very salon. When they see my black face, they assume they need to say the price? Very rude and possibly racist. I have to see if they do the same thing when others who aren't black enter. I went ot Victoria Salon in Cherry HIll on KIngs Highway Sun around noon. I had gone on line to check prices and look for coupons I found coupons for free manicure w/ pedicure.. ..........I printed coupon and off I went ....... I showed the girl who glanced at it and said okay and proceded to do the pedicure On going to pay, imagine how surprised I was to find out it was expired expired it also was for the Haddonfiled location. They woud not honor the coupon I ended paying $40 for both services versus $27. . I felt ripped off. Meanwhile several ladies came in and had groupon for $19 for pedi AND manicure. I told them I have printed the coupon that morning. I ddint realize it was for the Haddonfield address or that it expired 2009 How can their web site be so out of date? terrible service! i went in with my mom and it was half an hour wait to get waxing done and there was only three customers in the store. They were very rude and after they waxed my mothers eyebrows they didnt put any lotion or anything on them and she said it started to burn.after the terrible service they started complaining about not giving them a tip.
