Victoria's Secret is located in the Tempe Marketplace. I walked into the second part of their store called Pink. A perfect name as most of the items in here are pink in color. Purses, skirts, top, tanks snd under garments all in different shades of pink. I like shocking pink myself. I almost got the pink skort but remembered I had a bright pink skort at home already. There always seems to be workers around but they're never really friendly. Didnt get greeted, didnt ask if I needed any help. Yet 4 were all chatting in the front. The underwear drawers are always a hot mess which is understandable with their buy 3 get 5 free panties at this time. Didnt really have what I wanted as in color but oh well, wouldve been nice to ask someone if they had any in stock my size but I settled on an alternative color instead. I feel like if you aren't dressed up and wearing makeup they ignore you. Or maybe if you don't look good enough to their standard you are invisible to them. When the register associate asks who helped you my answer everytime is "nobody". Such a shame, if it wasn't for the great deal they were having I would not shop at Victoria's secret. It's overrated. Love the location, love the staff. They're generally young and cool, but even when I went here with my grandma, they were helpful, not intimidating. The store has a positive vibe. Their Pink section is especially good. Products are always cute and this location carries a good variety. They carry ASU gear and are generally well stocked in that too. When they surprisingly were missing my size in a shirt I wanted, they shipped it to me from online for free without any hassle. Sales are always happening, and I'm sure I'll be back the next time one catches my eye. read more

This location has been remodeled. They have a PINK location too. The employees were so nice and willing to help you. I knew what was on sale and where to find it. The store was busy but it wasn't messy. I do not like messy stores. Keep up the good job. The PINK location sells ASU merchandise which is awesome. I came into this store for the first time in over 4 years. Actually they have relocated and completely remodeled. I am going to tell you that this is the Best looking Victoria's that I have seen in a long time. Victoria's Secret used to be a very fancy Lingerie Store with high Quality Items. You paid a little more, However, you had good quality. I'm sorry to say that has all changed, and while I do like going there to shop, It is not what it used to be.That was before many of the current clients were born. Heheee. Anyway, I was very, very impressed with this store. Starting with the staff. Every single one of them was very helpful and truly willing to help you find what you were looking for. As well as telling you about all the deals and specials. The store was laid out so nicely. Not crowded with product. Not dirty! I cannot tell you how many VC stores I have been to across the country that are dirty and disorganized! This shop was so nice that I actually bought more than I went in for. I felt like shopping here. It was inviting.I wish more stores would be like this. It would make you want to go in and shop. This is a large store as well, so there is a lot of selection. I came in to check out the latest sales and do return I was immediately greeted by someone and explained how to process my return. The young lady was very helpful giving me tip to try own my workout pants(leggings) to make sure they fit the way I want them too considering I am petite. Very helpful! I should note Victoria Secret at Tempe Marketplace changed locations temporary due to remodeling and has now moved back to its forever home across from California Pizza Kitchen. I was able to take care of my return very easily and pick up a few other items. I am fan of VS newest sport bra.. The selection here is decent and they are currently having their semi-annual sale. I often get discount cards ($10 off your purchase usually) in the mail or cards for a free item so that's usually when I go to browse. Service was generally very helpful and friendly today although one associate had a slight attitude when I was mistaken about a current deal that is being offered in store. read more

Had an issue returning an item I got for Christmas. The same one was sitting on the shelf and they wouldnt give me in store credit because the tag was missing. I have always had good customer service here. They always ask to re-size or find other styles for me when I'm in the fitting room. I have never had an issue with returns. It's difficult to not find a new treasure when going in to just pay the credit card bill though- good tactic! This is the only place I go to for Pink ASU apparel because it's not available online. I seriously thought I'd be coming to leave a one star review for this place after a mishap happened. But thanks to Lauren (I believe that was her name?) working in the VS Pink side, I left this particular VS very happy. I called up all of my local VS stores looking for a specific pair of pants. I specifically stated on each phone call that I was looking for the VS Pink camo boyfriend pants. Three separate stores said they had them in stock, but the farthest one (this VS in Tempe) said they had it in the size I wanted the most. I had them hold the pair for me, and I made the trek from Gilbert to Tempe Marketplace to pick them up. When I arrived and said I had the camo boyfriend pants on hold under my name (Natalya), one of the girls pulled them out and they were the camo skinny joggers, not the boyfriend pants. They even went to check the floor and the back and they had no boyfriend pants left in the camo print. I was very frustrated as I made a very long drive out when I could've just as easily went to a closer VS and gotten the pair (albeit in a bigger size than I wanted, but it is what it is). Once they were done checking, I asked who was on the phone because I specifically asked for the camo boyfriend pants and not these and I drove all the way there for nothing. The girl who had grabbed them spoke up and said it was her but tried to lie and say "you only said camo pants" which is NOT true. I was only looking for the boyfriend pants and had said as much to each VS I called. This is when the WONDERFUL Lauren (again, I am so sorry if I'm messing up her name but she's a blonde woman who was awesome) stepped in and took over. She knew that the girl was lying because the girl was very clearly new to working there -- as demonstrated by the fact that she was being taught how to ring things up by Lauren -- and because I was so specific when I walked in as well. She apologized wholeheartedly and said "let's get her some coupons for her troubles" and gave me three coupons total that were very nice and I really appreciated. One was a 20% off any purchase online or in store until December which I ended up using at another local VS that actually ended up having the camo boyfriend pants I wanted. While I was headed out the door, she continued to genuinely apologize and I said that she went above and beyond and that I appreciated it. Between her kindness and apologies plus the very nice remodel at this particular VS, I think I will be back! read more

I didn't have a baaad shopping experience here per se (other than long wait times for the dressing room, which is to be expected during the Semi Annual Sale), but I can't rate this store well compared to other Victoria's Secrets in the area. For example, I visited the Scottsdale Fashion Mall location on the same day that I came here and the Tempe Marketplace had a PITIFUL amount of stock, in comparison. It was also much less organized. I would go to the Scottsdale store in a heartbeat after the fantastic customer service and amazing goods I scored this morning but would not return to Tempe Marketplace for lingerie. read more

They required me to do their return label data input, using my time, equipment and ink, or required that I pay shipping BOTH ways on an ill fittimg bra. JUST SAY NO. The employees on the floor are ready to help you find whatever you need and that's great! But the line did not move at a good speed. The cashier would tell a customer "this panty is not in sale, did you want to go find one that is?" And instead of putting that customer's sale on hold the cashier would wait for the customer to go out, pick something, and come back. I realize that THAT customer received a good experience because the cashier was looking out for them but there needs to be a way for the cashier to pause the sale and help someone else while they continue to (basically) shop! read more

I spend quite a bit of money at Victoria's Secret and therefore know how to navigate myself around the store very well. Sometimes I am able to get in and out before the workers have a chance to ask if I need help. Today, the day before Christmas I went in for a limited edition bra, found what I needed and waited in the checkout line. The store was quite busy and somewhat crowded. An employee found me when I was in line to make sure I knew of the fastest check out options. I asked her a couple questions about my bra just to make sure I had the right one, then she helped me complete the purchase at her mobile check out station. I'm not sure if the girls make commission here, but I hope this girl got it because she really paid attention to the customers and seemed to go out of her way just to check in with me. All in all 5+ stars. My review is long overdue. This location has the best customer service out of all the stores I have ever been to (AZ, NV, CA). Sometimes the Chandler Mall location has more styles and size options, but I almost always go to the Tempe Marketplace location first because of their employees. All the girls are so pretty and nice! I sometimes wonder if the girls helping me here are the actual models themselves. I hope the manager will see this review because there are some really great employees working here! read more

I went yesterday because they were having the 10 panties for $35. It wasn't bad at first, the usual women crowded around trying to pick theirs out. Well when I went to pay the girl at the register immediately told me that I had to be a member to get that deal. Then didnt even tell me I didn't have all 10. That was my fault for not counting, but she couldn't tell me. Then i asked her if it was ok for me to get one more for the deal. Well she rolled her eyes and huffed and said sure. It's one thing if it was my fault but just the attitude woman. You need to leave that at the door. Please have a better attitude next time. I don't remember her name but she was African american, kind of short (I'm 5'7) and petite. I usually don't write these kinds of reviews love to peave nice ones but I think she needs to learn some customer service if shes going to be at the register. My daughter and I came in today to use my Birthday gift cards. We were greeted right away. I knew exactly what I wanted. My daughter needed to be fitted. Sam the fitting room attendant was great. She took the time to help her with the perfect fit. She was so nice. After fitting they didn't have her size. The manager Lauren explained about how to order in store and get free shipping to your house, great sold! Lauren also took a few minutes to measure me to make sure what I was getting was the right size. Thanks. The customer service was great. Then we went to pay. Omg the cashier Ashley was confused and confusing me. My purchase 2 bras in store, 2 bras online to be sent to home and 1 pair free panties with coupon. I wanted to pay with $100 in gift cards and the balance in cash. She takes cash first why I don't know and then starts to run gift cards. I'm told my gift cards have nothing on them, I ask to have the whole transaction canceled. Just then Lauren comes up and saves the day. Yes I did money on the gift cards! Lauren completed my sale, I now have a gift card with $.69 on it... weird. Got home later and no panties. Called store spoke with Lauren problem fixed. read more

First and last time shopping at this location. Went in for my birthday on the 18th with my husband was fitted by a "specialist"named Amanda sweet girl but I told her the bra was too tight she insisted that it will stretch. So I purchased that one and Had to order the another one cause they were out. By that night my bra was killing my rib cage . When I took it off I had deep red marks . Called store back and they said try a different bra "specialist". Come on guys really?! So go back the 2nd time. That girl said I was in the wrong size and fit me in the right one.Again everyone was very sweet but this store is not close and going back because of their mistake was upsetting. Little over a week later I get my bra and have to fo back for the 3rd time to swap it out for the correct bra. I purchased over $100 and when I asked if I could have a free bag the girl told me no. Went in the weekend after Thanksgiving for their big sale and spent well over $200. The cashier made a joke about hating to remove the security tags off item. When we went to leave the alarm sounded as she didn't remove any of the security tags. Another salesperson took my bag back to the counter to remove the tags. A few days later I realized that the cashier never gave my license back so I had to go back to the store and pick it up. On Christmas Eve I was wrapping the gifts I had purchased and realized that the robe I had paid for was not in the bag. Not sure if the cashier never put it in the bag or if it was removed when they pulled the items out of the bag to take off the security tags. But now I am out a $35 robe and was short a Christmas gift. Needless to say I am not happy. I have only been to this store one other time and also had a less than stellar experience and will never go back. read more
