I picked up a item that was $90 and I was looking at another that was $125.00. I was looking it over and there is a flap that allows one to look at the product and does not Let me repeat DOES NOT let you touch the item. There is clear hard plastic over the item. The woman working in the store started to yell at me. I informed her I did not open it, it's a flap so you can see the item. She got very upset and I showed it to her and said it's not open it's a flap so you can only see it not touch it. After dealing with her I placed the item I had on the counter and walked out. Never to return. Place is very over priced so it's not a big lose.

Unfortunately, their business model has changed and they will only service bikes that they sell, and they only sell the Giant brand for the most part. I was trying to give the local shop some business with a certain possibility of purchasing a new bike in the not so distant future. The shop owner was very rude and I guess they didn't need anymore customers because there's a snowball's chance in hell that I will purchase anything from this shop. They have a very superior attitude and they had turned down another customer right before we got there. Good luck with the pending recession!

She didn't say much of anything to me which I get it you are having a bad day and don't want to talk. But when the other 2 in my group came up and asked for her to honor a lower price on the same item she sighed and was like "I can get a manager to do that if you're gonna be mad about it." Then she didn't even do it right. My group went back up because they wanted the money off and she made another comment about us needing gas money. Real nice. My group all works in customer service jobs so we weren't being annoying even from the beginning.

There will be one person on register and like 8 on the floor and no one can back up? I've recently found that they have very limited variety in casual clothes for women. Tons for 20 year olds but not much for those who prefer to wear more than crop tops. I can always find great business casual clothes! I do like their selection of makeup.
