Unfortunately, their business model has changed and they will only service bikes that they sell, and they only sell the Giant brand for the most part. I was trying to give the local shop some business with a certain possibility of purchasing a new bike in the not so distant future. The shop owner was very rude and I guess they didn't need anymore customers because there's a snowball's chance in hell that I will purchase anything from this shop. I almost cried because I never have much of a budget and the men are always the hardest for me to shop for because there's not much you can get with $10, especially for a classy men like these. They always make a big deal out of my gifts and are very grateful because they know I can't afford much. But, this year, It made me so proud to be able to get them each something that they can wear and think of me. All three of them have worn their scarves each time I have seen them and they love them! She didn't say much of anything to me which I get it you are having a bad day and don't want to talk. But when the other 2 in my group came up and asked for her to honor a lower price on the same item she sighed and was like "I can get a manager to do that if you're gonna be mad about it." Then she didn't even do it right. My group went back up because they wanted the money off and she made another comment about us needing gas money. Real nice. My group all works in customer service jobs so we weren't being annoying even from the beginning.
