I have been to Victoria Secret stores and love it for their service. I go in there because they give personal service. Has that decline? Do you not get any personalized service anymore? As I entered, I noticed two associates deep in conversation, completely ignoring customers--no greeting, no offer to help. They continued chatting for what felt like forever, and I eventually had to approach them myself. I asked if they still did measurements, and instead of assisting me, the girl I spoke to simply pointed to another associate holding a measuring tape. The second associate stretched out her arm to pass the tape over, and I couldn't help but comment--was no one actually going to assist me properly? Without taking me to a fitting room or offering any guidance, the associate with the tape quickly measured me--over my thick clothing--and immediately shouted out a size that made no sense: 40DD. I'm a petite, 5-foot-tall person, and both my husband and I questioned her. She insisted that was my size, with no further explanation or effort to ensure accuracy. Since when did customer service decline so much? In the past, measurements were done properly, with care and attention. I had planned to buy not just one, but four bras--price wasn't an issue, as I've always been a loyal VS customer. But after this experience, I won't be spending a single cent here. I love this location of PINK at the Mall of Georgia. I usually buy all my stuff online but whenever I'm at the mall I stop by just to see what's new, get a bra fitting, or simply shop what I like in store and most of the times the staff is super helpful and nice. Wish there was a NO STAR OPTION!! :( ALL of the employees I've encountered at the Buford, GA VS location are inexperienced, immature, and VERY RUDE, including the so called managers. Only shop here if you will not require assistance from one of the many RUDE associates and so called managers. They know how rude and inexperienced they are because none of them will give you their name or they give a fake name. Based on VS reviews at ALL locations, customer service is definitely lacking! Went in on a week day during lunch. I stood at the register for 15 minutes ready to check out and no one came to the register. I left my purchases at the register and left. I guess I wasn't supposed to spend that money. read more

Holy cow, what a mad house. I went in looking for some pj's, the kind you lounge around in, not butt floss kind.. Very low selection, but it was after Christmas, so I'll give them that. They were probably trying to do crowd control in there, but for once, no one asked me if I needed any help finding anything and I actually did. I agree with Lindsay, prices at VS are crazy high! I guess they have to pay all those top models in their ads not to eat, so that dough has to come from somewhere. read more

Here's the deal with Victoria's Secret. They are extremely overpriced which is why I don't visit the store unless it is their Semi-Annual Sale. Mall of Georgia has a nice store they keep it pretty cleaned up & if you are able to avoid the 2 or 3 vultures at the front of the store who attack you with offers on the way in it's a nice shopping experience. I feel I'm being a little harsh but we all know I'm being pretty honest. I will give them the fact that I get a free panty free of charge whenever I get the little coupons in the mail. However, sometimes the employees here look at you funny when all you "purchase" is the free panty. Anyway, if you're at the Mall of Georgia give a try for yourself they are usually pretty busy so be prepared for long lines. read more

Huge fan of VS but not a fan of the crowd it draws here. It was sooooooo crowded. Took a little bit more effort than I would have liked to weave through the store...layout is a problem. However, you can't hate on VS and their cute underwear/swimsuit/PJs/robes/everything feminine. Yikes...it *CAN* get pricey! read more

I love the cute panties and bras that they have over there, BUT the staff members SNOBBED me OFF!! It's like they only greet you if you're friends with them or you're sexy and beautiful like them. They're supposed to greet and be friendly to everyone.. not to certain people they like... I try to make it so that this doesn't bother me, but it does.. a lot! I went in here to look at the perfume and lipgloss. I was in there almost ten minutes and not a single sales person said even hey to me. The worst part was that there was like one person besides me in that section. There were 4 sales people standing together in front of the makeup trying it out. A couple of them walked by me. Never said a word to me. But they did look at me. Made me feel like i was interrupting something they were doing. Or bothering them by being in the store. So i left. read more

I can't help, but smile when I hit the mall of georgia because I know that one of my favorite Victoria Secrets is well over due for a visit. To me this VS has one of the best layouts. You have everything that you want/are looking for in well lit, designated areas. They always have a great selection & are always stock full of sizes. Can't say enough good things about this location. They focus on the lingerie instead of the smell goods. A+ in my book. read more

I come to this Victoria Secret a lot. Depending on when you visit the store, the store can be really dirty and unorganized. I love their annual sales on perfumes/lotions. That is the only time they are cheap. The employees are not so friendly and sometimes, I do not receive a greeting. read more

Victoria's Secret has the best bras. I've tried on a zillion brands in a bunch of different places, and I always come back to VS. It's pricey, but worth it. Make sure to get on their mailing list for valuable coupons. Sometimes they're for free panties, no purchase necessary! read more

I have been shopping at VS since I was in high school and fell in love with their second skin satin collection. Anyone other than my old a** remember that lol? Anywho, I had to give this location 5 stars because I literally felt like the belle of the ball. I was greeted by Nina as soon as I entered. Which I believe is a requirement of every retailer, but many of their employees fail to do so unless they are commission based. She was very helpful and I asked her to do a bra fitting because I have lost a lot of weight and wearing the same bra from when I first started losing. She measured me very accurately and sent me to the dressing room to try on and see if that was my correct fit. I was then helped by Amy who I must say LOVES her job. She gave me the size I measured and took a look and told me she wanted me to try other styles to see which I liked the best. She was very patient and I could tell she really wanted to make sure I got the right fit as she told me one that I tried on didn't fit me as better as the other and I agreed. I told her the styles I liked and we went onto the sales floor and found the sizes and colors I wanted. I also had a coupon for a free panty and Nina assisted me with finding the right one that matched the coupon. I found a couple other things. The line was long, but they immediately called two more cashiers to help the two that were working hard to get the line down. Then, another associate assisted with the flow to get the lines down. The beauty products that they cleverly place close to cash wrap are great to browse and pick up impulse items, but I have to admit they are a nuisance at every location. They are tall tiers that make the lines confusing when it is crowded. I was in line only a short period of time and got a free tote with my purchase. Many people complain about the prices, but the bras last a very long time and I don't mind paying a little more than other brands for a great fit and a bra that will last. read more

It's a shame that I have to send in my white back-up (my boyfriend) to right these white wrongs!! I was gonna let it slide when no one greeted me after being there for 15 minutes. Mind you, I saw several other people being greeted and helped upon entering the store. But then when the lady (blond hair, pink cardigan, older gal) at the register attempted to tell me that my free gift w/ purchase didn't apply to me b/c my bras were on sale (even though ZERO signs had this information posted) that was it! So when my boyfriend went back to ask about it, another store representative along with the one girl who took the time to ask me if u needed anything and measured me (thank you) apologized and had us go back to pick out what we wanted to get it wrung up. The same lady at the register THEN tries to make it sound like I was getting some sort of exception because my bras were on sale and not full price. For anyone lost here... it's called a micro aggression. It's cool, just know that I see you and so will every other social media outlet! read more

I have never been to the Mall of Georgia, but yesterday, visiting family in the area, we stopped by. I was excited to visit Victoria's Secret, and even more excited when at the front counter I noticed three shelves with makeup bags, all with the advertised, "Makeup bags now $10. prices from 16$-28$ originally." So I grabbed one and some perfume I had been wanting. At the register, the bag rang up $20, not the sale price. Two Cashiers told me someone must have just left them there, to which I pointed out that all three shelves had all shapes and sizes of bags all advertised. "Now only $10" I was calm, because I work in retail too, and what we always do at our store is honor it. It wasn't about a discount, I just wanted the bag for the $10 it was advertised for. The cashier called the head manager to which said, the bag's in the front of the store are $10, not the one's by the register, but when I went to look, the bags at the front were under a sign that said, "40% off." I told them that,and that the one I picked up was in the $10 rack, along with 20+ other bags! The manager smirked and walked away, to which my husband and brother in law heard her say, "No it wasn't." In other words, I did not buy anything. I wasn't angry, or yelling, but they were rude, especially the manager. She rolled her eyes and acted like our buisness wasn't even welcome. If they were not going to sell any of the bags at that price, they should not have had all the bags on three different racks, all with, "Makeup bags now $10" advertised on them. read more
