Welp, I went into this establishment on 5/29/26 to purchase items for a bridal shower. I figured why not buy some undies and lingerie. When you first walk through the door you see this big red sign 5/$19.99 for panties. Great deal right? Not! I grabbed 10 undies 3 bras (buy 2 get 1 free) and 2 lingerie pieces. Get to the register the cashier (last four of cashier number 1120) rings me up. I don't see any discounts applied. So I ask are the panties 5 for $19.99. She said yes you will see the discount on the receipt. I replied ok thank you. As she's ringing up my items I asked how much are the beach towels. She stated girl they are free if you spend over $150. Which you will be. I said perfect. My total came up to $468.02. I'm like what did I buy. But I ignored it. I continued my shopping in other stores. I get home and look at my receipt and was like this is not adding up. My total should have been about $250. Fast forward today 5/30/26. I return the undies because I wanted to make sure I was tripping about the price. What do you know, I was not given the 5/$19.99. I got a refund of $204.94. When I said I knew she over charged me the cashier just looked puzzled. I knew it was a reason I stayed away from their so called sales because they are not actually a sale. I visited Victoria's Secret on Sunday around 4:30 p.m. and purchased a bra and underwear. When I reached the register, the associate assisting me asked if I had tried on the bra. I told her no, and she did not provide any additional information. Meanwhile, the associate assisting the customer next to me asked the same question, and when that customer also said no, she explained that there was a promotion where you could receive $10 off if you tried on the bra. That customer was then encouraged to go try it on to receive the discount. This information was never offered to me. After overhearing this, I asked my cashier if there was a promotion, and she confirmed there was. I expressed that it would have been helpful to know that upfront. Another associate then stated that there were signs posted in the store, implying I should have seen them, rather than acknowledging the inconsistency in communication. I completed my purchase, but as I walked away, both associates began making comments about me, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I then asked to speak with a manager and explained the situation, including how the inconsistent communication and treatment felt unfair and potentially biased. Due to the overall experience, I chose to return my items. Customers should be treated equally and given the same information about promotions, without having to overhear it from another transaction. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable, and I hope this location works on providing consistent and respectful customer service to everyone. This is not the same VS I been in long ago. As of recent years, the atmosphere has been kind of negative and unwelcoming. Every time I enter the store now, I am neither acknowledged nor greeted by anyone. Instead, all I ever see are associates chatting it up with each other. The prices seemed to remain the same from what I remember. While I was looking at the perfumes, a sales associate walked by and stared me down, and she was not subtle about it. Maybe she took a glance at me and assumed I was dirt poor?? Not sure. The female cashier I had did not acknowledge me nor ask if anyone helped me on the floor. She also looked rather unprofessional with her ridiculously long nails and tattoos, but I digress. I recall a time when associates would greet you at the door, and also offer you a tote for your convenience. Either that or an associate would voluntarily assist in helping you find something. I love going to the store and shopping at Victoria's secret and I generally feel they make good products. I'm particularly unhappy with the service that was provided. I purchased a robe online and when I received it, it didn't fit. I selected "return" to store on the return option. When I tried to return it, the store said they can not take online returns and offered me no other suggestions. Online, I was not able to select return by mail. I "chatted" with someone who told me they are not allowed to give me the corporate or supervisor contact information . I called the customer service number and was left on hold for an hour. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. We are human beings and sometimes our questions can not be answered by a drop down menu. read more

I had ordered five bras online... all the wrong size. I got the cup right, but couldn't get a good fit on the band. I blame the added band width on the pandemic weight gain. First I went to PINK across the way, not realizing VS was across from PINK. Both would have been able to accommodate a return on online orders, but I also wanted to get the same bras in the correct sizing, so this had to be done at VS. I entered Victoria's Secret and was promptly greeted at the door. I was taken aback because she was so bubbly and cheerful and addressed me like I was a long lost high school friend. I told her I purchased the bras in the wrong size and asked me what size I needed... I guessed. Lol. She measured me and I came up a size bigger. Truth: I wore VS push-up bra. It works! Adds a size. Five stars for product and customer service here. She lead me to the back and left me to look at their selection of Body by Victoria and said one of the ladies back there would help me. None of them even looked up to give me the time of day, so I went back to the front. I browsed through the sales bins (semi-annual sale!!!), but found none in my size. I thought it was my imagination regarding the customer service here until I read Michelle Ms review. I came in for a promotion and I had some additional coupon perks for being a Angel card holder that I was hoping to use. First off, the display cases are a disaster. Various sizes of panties everywhere, in and out of the wrong places. A complete mess. Very hard to navigate through the mess. Now I know it is not always the stores fault and most of the time the customers are the ones making a mess. As I was looking in a drawer at sizes a employee said to me "those are all mediums" so I asked her where the smalls were and she just pointed and said "in the drawer, if we have any" No "what are you looking for, can I help you find a size." Let me tell you, those drawers were all mixed. The employees want you to look on your own. When it was time to pay I went looking for the registers. First off it is very dim in the back and I did not see the solo cashier hiding in the far right corner. So I heard laughing at the other end of the store and I asked them where can I pay? Very rudely she said over there where the cash registers are and smirked. As I was paying more customers made their way over and stood behind me. A shopper next to me complained that they ran out of colors for lace garter belts. An employee walked around the main floor distributing shopping bags and offering help. The designs are all over so I had to ask a salesclerk where the rest were. Sometimes I go colorblind here, unsure if the underthings are gray or white. I bought a pair of gray Love Pink shorts since the department stores are stocked with Winter-wear. Go to another mall. Leggings or wraps are catalog-only. Only one worker can translate foreign measurements into American sizes. Two looked for their handbook but couldn't find it. The cotton and nylon panties made in China rip easily. They no longer sell the Italian brand Intimissi. Their selection of underwire-less bras improved. They didn't have boxes today. read more

Horrible customer service! I waited in line for about 15 mins. Spoke to a VS employee and specifically told her I would be using my boyfriends VS account as I'm an authorized USER! She tried to convince me to open my own account and i kindly said no thank you. I shopped around. Waited in a ridiculous line and once I get to the cashier she says I can't use my boyfriends account. Again, i specifically told her I was an authorized user, as the manager was listening to this not once did the manager try to see if she could help or maybe better explain what her ignorant employee clearly was not understanding. The manager was more worried about her numbers and hitting a quota. Needless to say after wasting about an hour of my life as I was ready to spend about $300 these idiots allowed me to walk out dissatisfied. What's the point of being an authorized user for your nieve employees aren't going to try to figure out how to confirm if in fact the person standing in front of them is an authorized user. I think this is my second time coming into this Victoria's Secret since they remodeled. I mean, there wasn't any need for a pregnant woman to buy anything here (when I just kept going up in bra sizes) - except in the beauty department. I have to agree with some of the other reviews. The service here is quite lacking. They aren't as friendly as other stores I've visited, which does take off a couple stars. I think it's definitely something they need to work on. I wasn't greeted, and I wasn't asked if I need assistance throughout my visit. And boo. I needed a measurement, because my bra size definitely isn't what is was pre-pregnancy. But they still have a good selection. I like the remodel as it's made everything look so much more lively and appealing. The old store felt old and outdated. read more

You don't have to worry about knocking over a scantily-clad mannequin. The selection here is pretty superb. This store has a LOT of swimwear! The employees seem to be happier here. I absolutely LOVE Pink and so do my two teens who are always checking your website for new arrivals. I am a loyal customet, local and I know when is the best time to come so I don't get a long wait. My girls love everything in here, we have a pretty good collection of goodies, clothes, blankets, towels, sleepwear, goodies and my personal favorite of course, the yoga pants. The prices are good considering the quality of the fabric, they will last you forever. I don't believe I have had any issues here with any of the associates, I have encountered long lines a few times during holidays or sales. If you don't like waiting, come weekdays, mid week before 3, there is small line, if any.. The staff is friendly, like I said, I've never had issues.
