I went into this store while my lovey was in the Apple store at Cerritos Mall. I was pleasantly surprised, the service was helpful and friendly. I had such a great experience with a beautiful young woman who I immediately connected with during my visit. She helped me to select 3 bras and 3 matching panties. I love the fit and feel of my new purchase. I even went back a few days later and bought 3 more bras. I had a great experience both times. I was being profiled the moment I eyed into the store and walked in. I was stopped, and approached MULTIPLE times by MULTIPLE employees questioned for needing help or if I need anything but I had literally just walked into the store haven't even looked at anything yet because they're all up in my face and literally hovering around to watch as I'm looking in the racks...did not see them treat anyone else in the store this way. I used to come here pretty often, different staff at the time and I loved how beautiful of an aura the store had at that time. This was very different and makes the quality of the store very cheap. I don't think I want to shop here anymore due to this. Maybe let people shop? We're in 2026 guys everything is going the way it is and California is expensive as is, going to shop for lingerie is supposed to be enjoyable and as a poc it's getting really old to pocket watch, please mind your business. read more

Yes, the 1 star from others is relatable. It is unbelievable has that lady is still employed. Her name is Margarita. The customer service has gone downhill terribly. l've been given false information and the ladies have been absolutely unprofessional and sour and cold. That is not how to do business. They should take some classes on interpersonal skills and customer service 101. This isn't home life where you can speak to customers like in your personal life. I wasted my time and energy coming to this store on different occasions and the employees have no remorse and no care. They are losing business for their poor attitude and lack of customer service. Please train your employees better. It has been so awful. I had so much positive experiences before and now they are missing the mark. Also, it is so unprofessional to come into work with a color print tank top and showing off tattoos. Very unprofessional. That does not match the vibe and presentation of the store. As for the communication from this same person, This is also not high school or family drama. She gives off vibes and talk back like as if it is 9th grade or she must come from verbally abusive family. It is a really strange vibe and feel. I don't even feel comfortable or safe going into that store. If manager hired her and still keeps her, then there is something wrong with the manager, too. this brand used to be great. I ordered some panties online 7 for 30. I was missing 2 pair. when I contacted customer service, I was told there's nothing they can do because the panties I ordered were out of stock. there were different styles avail, I tried to ask for ( they were also on sale) but I guess things don't work like that. I just felt a bit disappointed at the way they handled that. read more

This place is terrible in providing customer service. We purchased a red 2 piece and before completing the transaction we verified if we could return or exchange the items. The sales girl said yes and gave us a receipt. The item did not fit properly so we went to exchange or return it and were told no it's not possible since we didn't have a separate receipt. Despite answering all of the questions, the representatives had, and giving a vivid description of the sales person, we were refused a refund, and we advised that we couldn't exchange. The lack of communication and the poor training was obvious. I would not recommend this store at all. If it would be possible to give a zero rating I would give a zero. read more

So i guess everyone else in the reviews agree with me how rude the chubby latina lady is. first of all i would assume that you are able to open the drawers because that's how it is in almost every store. No customer service at all - they don't know what they doing. I order online with the option of pick-up, I couldn't pick up the order and tried to canceled it over the phone - this was 2 months ago. Until this day, they haven't processed my refund and when I call the store and the 800 number they tell me that I have to go and pick up the item in person and do a return so I can get my refund. read more

Love the Staff. They were amazing and super knowledgeable. I came in with my daughter and sister. My sister hated wearing bras, because they were super uncomfortable. I asked for my sister to get fitted, and once they started they made sure she was gonna love wearing a bra again. She felt so happy from the first recommendation and it just well uphill from there. Loved it so much, I asked them if my 10 year can get measured. Sure enough, we found something for her as well, and she loved the experience. My daughter was super happy with the comfort and style. Love the staff so much for their kindness and support. They didn't push for a sale, but they just wanted to educate us on why certain bras are more comfortable than others. Let me begin by stating I am a Hispanic female and walked into this boutique for the first time, as the lingerie inside looked fairly nice and drew my attention... My experience was quite the opposite of what I was expecting. Never in my life have I ever encountered feeling discriminated as much as I did during my visit. I was subtly greeted by the associate Julie(known from my receipt), she made MINIMAL conversation about what I was looking for. I was the only guest in the store until another "non-Hispanic" woman came in,and WOW the tone of voice and character that suddenly changed in Julie when this girl stepped in! I was rushed into the fitting room, I hear their conversation go on and on as the guest is being rung up.. I'm not usually the type to go out of my way to write a review but the feeling I felt in this store had to be shared! When I stepped up to pay for my bra, and tried making nice conversation (being the person I am).. this associate Julie is just NOT interested and is even texting on her phone while I'm inserting my card. THE DISRESPECT. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. I hope this isn't what this brand is about, considering they have nice product with not-so-nice employees executing it. read more

RUDE, ANNOYED, SNOBBY. KRISTIN OR JULIE. from reading the comment below maybe there is a connection here. I am a hispanic woman too. Monday i went into this store to buy some bras. The girl that helped me was very nice. The next day (Tuesday) i decided i wanted to return them. Unused, unwashed, tags still on. I went in the store and a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes greeted me. I let her know that i wanted to return some bras that i bought the day before. Her attitude went from welcoming to annoyed. She asked me if i wanted to exchange them for something else and i said no thank you just a return. She scoffed/laughed with her coworker and walked away to the register (she never told me that she could help me at the register or anything so i just stood there confused) From across the store she asked me if i still had the card i paid with, i walked over and said . I gave her the bag with the bras inside and she took them out throwing each one of them on the table after checking them. She picked up the card machine and waved it at me saying "put it in!" When it was time to take the card out she put the machine in my face and said "HERE!" (This whole time she's sighing in frustration and trying to crack her neck) when she gave the receipt she folded it in half and gave it to me aggressively and said "have a GREAT day" sarcastically. I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS WRONG TO RETURN UNUSED ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED A DAY BEFORE? OKAY SIS? Get new staff! 2 complaints in one week about the same girl?
