I took my girls for a special treat today. We had fun. However the hi-light of our visit was the pleasure of having Sabrina helping us when we checked out. She was fun and that was refreshing to be in a store that had happy staff. It was really busy in there and we had to wait in line, which gave me the opportunity to watch the crew up front. All of them were very attentive and smiling. I told Sabrina how fabulous she was and asked her to point out her manager. So I made sure to let her manager know about our positive experience. Folks it's really easy to complain and get nasty. If you are in a store really busy and you get good service. Tell the person helping you. I worked retail many, many years ago and I still remember a really bad day when one person I helped took the time to thank me and let me know my help was appreciated. It turned my entire day around. Kindness goes a long way. When someone really impresses me I not only tell that person but I will make sure if at all possible to let management know. read more

The employees were helpful to certain people and not helpful at all to others! It's very weird! The manager Suzette was passive aggressive and not polite! She made a comment about how many bras she had to put back when I was done trying them on! Pretty sure that's part of your job lady! Also if anyone would have bothered to help me I wouldn't have had to try on more than a couple to figure out what size I needed! I've seen a lot of other reviews about this same particular manager that were not good! Maybe someone should talk with her about customer service and what it entails! So here's the thing I was going to the movie theater to see the new Ghostbusters and had rented out the theater I dressed up like a Ghostbuster for the little kids so when my girlfriend was like hey can we stop in Victoria's secret so I can buy some panties I was like sure and then realized I was dressed as a Ghostbuster. It was kind of weird to be wandering around in a woman's lingerie store dressed in a costume I felt a little bit like a creeper but it was actually really cool because multiple of the girls that work there was like oh my God I love your outfit I thought it was super cool so I got a lot of compliments which I don't know if it happens regularly when you're the dude that is being drugged through the store. And in retrospect it's usually pretty awkward for me but I think I finally made it awkward for her winning! read more

Okay, so I'm here a lot and never check in, just check in at the MALL! After today I had such Awesome customer service that I'm gonna RAVE!!! The Manager Heidi really does go above and beyond to help me when I shop here! Absolutely the best customer service and super friendly atmosphere! The employees are always smiling & happy! That's wonderful management if you ask me!!! The store is always clean and stocked with the newest and latest trends! I love this store!!! read more

EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I go here, there is a LONG line and only one or two people working the cash registers. I actually avoid this store because of that. There have been times when I have stood in line for 10-15 minutes. This is more often than not. I have never understood why they don't pull someone off the floor to help with the cash registers when the lines become long. I am a 63 year old woman who had never been measured for a bra in my life. I think her name was Sammy she helped me measure and put me in a room and brought me bras, after each one I would show her and tell her what I liked about the bra and what I didn't, she would return with 5 more bras for me to try on, we did this about four times probably 20+ bras when ta da...blue skies, birds were singing and I finally had a bra that fit AND was comfortable. I bought two and I absolutely love them. I thought why didn't I do this before, well never has anyone asked to measure me, and no one for sure came back to my room, to bring me more and I would never have been patient enough to undress and redress over and over. Also she knew her bras, it was amazing. Don't spend another day in those bras you picked out for yourself, go see Sammy or any of the girls there, they are amazing! So stoked! Another VS had sports bras for half price. This is the time of year I stock up on them. Unfortunately, every other VS I've been to just have them on sale for $25. I mentioned they were $15.99 on the website and they honored it! Saved me the cost and hassle of shipping! Only bummer is their selection for my size was pretty limited, and they'd only honor the sale on the 2 remaining available colors online. Still! Cashier was very rude and the lines take forever. I won't be going back. Every time I go I'm disappointed.

I seriously re downloaded this app just so I could leave this review. Earlier today I stopped into this location to find some lotion and perfume spray as I've almost ran out. I was greeted and asked what I was looking for today. Immediately taken to the most expensive product, the employee was really pushy about me purchasing it I told her it wasn't in my price range today so she grabbed the smaller size and put it in the bag for me and said she would take it to the register. I again told her I wasn't ready to make that big of a purchase. All the while she is pushing me aggressively to apply for the Victoria secret card. I told her I have before and wasn't approved and I'm not interested. She insisted I do it again. I've never been so aggressively asked to apply for a card. Even though I told her not today she said she was going to get an ipad , she brings over and iPad and a different employee to help. I told this employee the same thing, I did not want to apply and I have done it before. I did not want to do it today. She kept insisting that I give it another shot and said i only need to put this info and that info. I told her NO. I have never been this uncomfortable going into Victoria secret store ever. I ended up just leaving without buying anything. I'll keep my shopping online. I'm not sure why the employees were all acting so aggressively today but it was really not fun and I won't be back. read more

I was told an item was included in the sale (buy two for $36) the sign said it was for the pants and shirt. I checked with an associate to make sure. They said it was part of it. At the register they would not accept it as part of the sale even though it was under the sign with other of the same items and that I was told it was by an associate. I came here recently because I know they have really comfortable and nice undergarments, but this time will be the last time I ever step foot in a Victoria's secret because their employee body shamed me. I asked to get measured and instead of measuring me with the tape like usual, the employee picked some bras and told me to see which one fit. I found one, and she came in the fitting room to check how it fit. She then proceeds to tell me that I needed a bra type that would "cover my rolls" from my under arms, which they didn't have. I have never been so embarrassed. As soon as I got dressed I hightailed out of there. I know I'm not a size 2, but I just wanted a nice fitting bra. The employee was also training a new hire with her. If this is how the company trains employees, in disgusted. Bigger people are obviously not welcomed. read more

Recently updated, looks much more classy than it once was. Emails bring news of sales and coupons, as do mailers. Salespeople are helpful and honored all the promotions I've found so far, helped me find qualifying items. I'd recommend signing up for both- I routinely make it out with a bra and at least one pair of panties for around $20. Semi-annual sales are worth checking out too. read more

Not a happy shopper. Was in store actively shopping not just browsing and no one offered any help was not greeted at all by any staff. Seriously disappointed as I was looking to make a large purchase. However after coming up empty handed as apparently 36DD is not one of their common Itty bitty titty sizes. I left extremely frustrated and am not likely to return. Get with the program folks. If you can't give good customer service at least have a good selection and vice versa. read more

This particular location is a disappointment. The girls behind the counters are very nice but you have to stomach the ones that greet you (or in my case don't greet you) I walked in yesterday August 5th 2017, as I walk in one of the associates was also walking in my path. I said "oh hello, excuse me" and moved out of the way. She looked at me for a minute said nothing and walked by. I turned around and left. I will not go back to that location. I'm known for spending a lot of money at VS but this store needs help in customer service. read more

So disappointed in what VS has become. It used to be so fun to go in, see the smartly dressed associates in their nice black suits, and feel special and pretty when you are in their to buy their products. Their service used to be on pointe, so helpful. We unfortunately did not experience their helpfulness or even respectfulness while we were there. The line was 9 people long, the associates were in camp sweatshirts and sweaters that barely covered their stomachs, talking about nails and not working to reduce the line. The manager was just unpacking bags behind the desk and not at all helping to reduce the line. This on top of their extremely limited supply of anything in size large or extra large made this an experience that unfortunately was so frustrating for us, we will not be back. We went over to American eagle and got the outstanding service we had been hoping for from VS, and spent a significant amount of money there. read more

The reason why I only shop online now. The young sales associate girls don't worry about greeting or being useful on the sales floor. The cashiers have an arrogant air to them and are not that friendly. This manager Hailey tried helping me once but didn't know about her own products and got an attitude when asked questions. The quality is there the service is NOT! When is corporate management going to get the picture that the store is TOTALLY UNDERSTAFFED? I do not expect to have to wait up to 30 minutes to check out an item and encounter problems because the personnel working on the counter have not been properly trained to deal with returns from the internet, the credit back and then another credit purchase. This happened to me several weeks ago; The manzger wad clueless & definitely NOT Accomodating. Fortunately there was someone in the corporate offices by the name of Mindy who actually took my call, didn't put me on hold, LISTENED to what occurred, figured out that the manager at the Olympia store had NO knowledge of executing & correcting the situation. Mindy graciously agreed to send me a gift card to compensate me for the problems experienced & reimburse me the correct amount instead of the suggested 'clearance markdown'. It's nice to know that at least the corporate level they know what they're doing. Now corporate, focus on staffing. Hopefully they'll read other reviews. I'll continue to shop online and avoid the continual aggrivation @ the mall store all together if possible; it's just not worth the time! Shop here all the time. I've always been greated. Today I stood in line, not busy at all for a good 10-15mins. Two cashiers helping customers ahead of me. Every time I come into this store it's a hot mess. None of the items were properly placed, the panty stand was a disaster, the customer service is non existent, and the store over all was just dirty. I walked in two days ago just to buy some undies and was in the store for over 25 minutes and NO ONE even tried to talk to me or see if I needed help, instead the three associates that were there looking like there conversation and there phones were more important. I wonder if this store has a manager? Bad representation for the VS brand name. read more

The worst Victoria's Secret I have ever been to! The drawers of underwear were completely ran-shacked, all styles mixed with all sizes in every single drawer. Sales lady didn't know the details of the sales, there were no signs stating the prices of the underwear. Two other sales associates were more concerned about fixing their makeup and figuring out their break to help customers. No one offered me a bag to put my things in. I had come prepared so spend my money, and I ended up leaving everything I was carrying and walking out empty handed. Next time I'll just go to Macy's. read more
