Note: This VS is similar to the other stores in regards to pricing and selection. I also just want to say that I am not a petty individual, however this visit was a little upsetting and disappointing. I wanted to let this go, but I feel I have to say something. Last week, I arrived at this VS a bit too early, so I waited outside for about 20 minutes until it opened. The female employee who opened the store, gave me a stone-faced look as I entered. She never greeted me, instead she ignored me and whipped out her phone. It was kind of off-putting, but I wasn't going to leave the store over that, since I did make the drive after all. At the time, there was only a mother and daughter (both Caucasian) inside the store besides me. As I was waiting in line behind them to check out, the same female cashier who opened the store (cashier #: 6003321/register #: 40/Caucasian woman with long brown hair and piercings all over her face and ears) smiled and greeted them happily, she even joked with them and made them laugh. This female cashier then went out of her way to wrap their items neatly, and pack their VS shopping bag with tons of pink tissue paper. She made their shopping bag look like a legit gift. That is what VS is known for, they are iconic for the gorgeous presentations of their shopping bags. However, when it was my turn this female cashier came off very cold and uninterested. She never once smiled or said hi or anything. She acted like she had a personal problem with me or something. It was strange. I was also in the middle of asking her a question, when she rudely interrupted me. And then after the transaction was done, she did not say anything and just dropped my items in a bag, and handed it to me. I don't mean to come off petty, but she did not bother to use 1 single pink tissue paper to wrap my items or place any inside my bag. I was confused but I let it go, but still to this day, I am not sure why she didn't put the same effort into making my shopping bag look just as beautiful and special. I don't understand why I was not treated with the same kindness, courtesy and respect as the mother and daughter. It could be that maybe their pink tissue paper is scarce, but either way, I do not feel it is right to treat one customer better than another. I am Asian and I hate to say this, but I definitely felt a strong racist vibe/energy coming from this cashier. To the manager: please train your employees to treat every customer equally and fairly. When I go into a VS store, I go there for the experience. If I am not given the experience, why would I make the effort of driving all the way to your store? This location has lacked decent customer service for a while now. I say that because this was not the first time I have encountered, this type of inconsistency and disrespect at this Westminster VS. I will not make another trip here unless I really need to. read more

I walked into the store today (30 min before closing) and the workers, specifically the female with the long hair immediately gave me a dirty look. I proceeded to say hi and she rolled her eyes and asked what did I need. I already knew what I wanted to purchase and walked straight to the perfume section, however I decided not to bother because how uncomfortable they made me feel coming into the store. As I was walking out, she just continued to give me a dirty look and roll her eyes. I understand that it's before closing, which is the reason I was being mindful and rushing to make my purchase but I decided just to order online instead because the service was horrendous at this location. I have worked in the customer service industry for many years and I understand having a bad day, but this girl was laughing with her coworkers right before I walked in so she was obviously upset that I walked in 30 minutes before closing. read more

This is for the Westminster mall location. I believe I was racially profiled at this location. I was asked if I needed help 6 times by every single employee. Came up to me out of no where when I was just browsing the entire store to see all the new stuff. It's Black Friday so I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything. Felt very very uncomfortable as I was repeatedly harassed and my every move watched. They should feel stupid after I walked out having spent $200. I was helped by a lady named Sherri and she was extremely nice and tentative to make sure the bra I purchased fit correctly. Although the Westminster Mall now looks like a ghost town. You know why I like this store? Its easy access in and out of the store. And nobody is ever there. Okay, there is a line but a small line. Unlike their sister store in Orange where you wait forever and a day. Park downstairs by JC Penny or by the mall entrance. Plenty of parking in that section. Now. The bad news. There is a PINK store next door. And you cant pat for everything at once. That sucks, especially being an Angel card holder trying to rack up free stuff. The set up is strange. I found myself wandering around aimesely. Did I see this already? I wasnt really shopping for me, I dud that last week ONLINE, so I didnt need a fitting room. The body spray is hard to navigate when there is a line because people are in the way. Service is good. At least 3 girls asked how I was doing and asked if I needed help. I was nice and chatty with them, maybe thats why they were nice to me. Now, if you like the 5 for $27 panty deal. Please buy them at PINK next door. They have better styles and prints than the main store. The deals are amazing here. I think I bought about 10 beanies and pairs of socks for Christmas gifts. So my friend gave me a coupon that I wanted to use before expiration. I went to this location and I was basically denied access. They have a new system that I am familiar with where the ask you what you're going for (which is fine), and they keep track of how many people are going in and out (which is fine) for covid reasons. However, when I told the woman at the door I wasn't sure, I just wanted to "find something", she went on the headset and told another woman "she doesn't know what she wants", then the person she was speaking to and 4 other employees came near the door and stared at us in a VERY HOSTILE manner. Didn't know it was a crime to not know what you want when going to a store. I expressed how I felt to be spoken about in the third person as they're both standing there with 4 other employees with regard to the level of unprofessionalism and hostility that was demonstrated, and in a nutshell, the woman at the door said "I'm a manager". So I guess if you're a manager here, you get to call a crowd to casually observe customer who don't quite know what they want to get. And in addition, you get to deny access to them-- or maybe just the black ones. read more

Amanda was amazing and this has been my best shopping experience and finally found the perfect bra that fit properly. Honestly this was the best customer experience ever! I came in to return bras I ordered online. Amanda greeted me and asked if I wanted to do an exchange? My first reply was they never fit me right so I'll just get a refund. She took the time and look what I had bought and instantly knew what I should be wearing. I'm sad to know she may not be there next time I need the perfect fit. I came to this Victoria Secret to get some bras.. I don't ever wear bras. I find them to be uncomfortable and just not for me. Well I needed some for a few outfits I had gotten. I was greeted by Myra who measured me and led me to the fitting where Liz further assisted me. We were able to find bras that work perfect for me. What crappy service. I came in to return something I had bought on my credit from this same exact store. First they tried to give me a gift card back. Then, I explained I had bought the bra from this store on my credit card, and they said sorry we can only give you a gift card because our system is down. I asked how long it would take and the employee told me 30 minutes and told me to go to a different Victoria secret. Probably the worst customer service and waste of time I've had in a while. Bras, panties, and some yoga pants are okay. But the sweat pants and shirts in my opinion are terrible. I've washed them and can't even wear them for anything but pj because the material is all messed up after the wash. Material form lint looks like I found my stuff at second hand store but it's brand new. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SWEAT OUTFITS. They are terrible and poor quality. Underwear are great though and bras. Victoria's Secret is the largest American retailer of women's lingerie and from a store like this you would normally expect the best costumer service ever. However, in most VS locations sale assistant is a privilege for a costumer. They would never approach you first. Conversely you will have to look for them all over the store and almost beg them to help you find your size. We all know this famous phrase "if you didn't find it in front, I don't think we have it somewhere in a back". BUT in this location sales assistant approached me first and since she saw that I already have VS bag in my hand she asked me if i was there for an exchange. She immediately found a size that I needed and was extremely helpful. At the cashiers as soon as the line got bigger than 4 people they opened another one. So far I think this location is the best in the area. And I finally found my size after searching in 4 different stores! :) read more

Went in to do an exchange. I was greeted which was nice but my experience wasn't great. There was a lady in front of me who bought some stuff and asked for 5 VS bags. They were given to her. I went to return some of the panties I had purchased. They were meant for my best friend for her bday, but since I over did it I returned some. the girl checking me out seemed very annoyed that I was returning them. I mean it's not like she personally is losing money so idk what her deal was. I asked if I could have a small mini bag so I could have a cute bag to give my friend her gift in but was told no that I needed to purchase something. I definitely feel like it was personal. I asked a manger what the deal was and she said it's cause people were stealing. I had a VS bag with me already so if I wanted to steal technically i had the means to do so but i wouldn't. Not to mention the check out is right in front of the door. You would see me run back in with the empty bags lol. I had purchased a gift card of $50 at Victoria's Secret in the Westminster Mall. I had the receipt and paid for it with my VS Angel Credit Card. Unfortunately, the gift card was stolen. I still had the receipt with the gift card number on it. I planned to give the card as a gift to my friend's daughter, who lost her Father tragically. I waited in line at the store. When I was called up to the clerk, she said she could not help me. She directed me to call the 800 # and check the balance on the card. I requested that she help me do that, she said no. She said that "I have a line." I looked behind me on this Saturday morning in the store. There was a "Line" of 1 person! I tried to call. No reception in the store. Went out and called when I had reception. Reached a representative who was difficult to understand with a think accent. He told me he could not help me. He told me to go online. I did that. It requested the gift card #, which I had. Then it requested a PIN, which I did not have. I went back into the store and requested to speak to a manager. I was brought to the front of the store where 2 managers were speaking. I explained the entire situation to both managers and my need to get a replacement card for a gift tonight. Neither manager offered to assist me. I simply requested someone to be with me while I called the 800 # again. They both refused. I was so angry. I told them I realized it was the holiday season. I told them I made an effort to arrive at the store earlier in the morning, when they were not as busy. I told them I called the #, went online, was disconnected, etc. Was it too much to ask for their guidance as I once again called the # to simply get the balance on the gift card to see if it has been used? I am contemplating cancelling my Angel's credit card and never patronizing this establishment again. read more

When I found something and went into the dressing room it was so gross and dirty. Dust bunnies in the corner. Huge mirror just covered in Dirt. I didn't even want to take off my shoes. I'm not much of a VS bra gal, but seeing as my old bras kept showing lines whenever I wore a top, I finally got the nerve to go out and find a new one. Originally I was planning on buying only 1 bra, but by the time I came out I purchased 3 [partly because of the deals they were having and D(I?)e]. 1st impression = intimidating for a first timer Upon arriving I was awed by the many selections they had. Not knowing what to look for I aimlessly browse from one bra to another. About 5 minutes in I was immediately approached by D(i?)e (apologies if I butchered the name) who was very welcoming and approachable! I could tell she was very knowledgeable in her job and was patient enough to let me try on a few styles to see what would suit me. It's neat that they offer free bra measurements so don't be shy to ask for one! Overall experience = 4.5 Customer service from D(I?)e was great! She kept checking back to see if I needed anything else while I was trying on all different kinds of bra and would provide suggestions on bras based on my feedback of the bras she provided as a baseline. One thing I like to add though would be for those handling registers to ask if the customers is part of the Angel Credit Cardholder. What do you mean, there are no reviews for this place yet??? Holy Mother of God! Well, what can you say about VS that hasn't already been said? My absolutely favorite lingerie store--period! Has been FOREVER! And the best thing about this one is that I don't have to drive all the way to Fashion Island. For some reason, I always feel sexy walking through this place, and then I remember I'm single & there's no one at home to parade around for in this stuff, but, STILL... I think everyone FEELS sexier wearing anything from Victoria's Secret. Plus, if you're ever in an accident, at least you're wearing sexy underwear in case there's some really hot, sexy paramedics who will see it when they come to rescue you, and maybe this will score some points with them, and, well, who knows what could happen from there... Hell, I should have bought stock in this place a while ago when I had a few drawers full of their merchandise... And the clerks at this store are always really helpful & courteous, plus I didn't realize til recently that they actually have people who will measure you and determine what size boobs you actually HAVE, rather what you THINK you have & have been trying to cram into something that they really would rather NOT be in for the past two years just because you assume that they belong in a certain style/cup size/etc. Hey--if you listen to Oprah--and let's face it, who doesn't--there are women out there wearing a size B cup when they're actually a D... Go here and get an accurate measurement by the pros--your boobs will thank you! :D Not sure, but I think all of these stores are pretty much the same inside. Love all the lotions, potions, makeup & other stuff that they sell to make you smell good & look better. And they always come up with some funky, sexy names for their items. If you're wondering if you're wearing the right size bra, come here and they'll measure you. There's nothing worse than ill-fitting bras, especially if you hate bras in the first place. Personally, I don't buy my bras here because they're so expensive, even with the sales. If you're looking to buy something pretty and feel wonderfully girly in, this is the place to be. I love Victoria's Secret as I am an angel card holder and who doesn't love semi annual sales?! I just gave birth to my son two months ago and as everyone knows, you gain weight. I needed to be measured for a new bra size and I was looking forward to it! My husband even offered to push the stroller and tend to the baby so I can have retail therapy. However I spent about 20 minutes and I felt like the worlds best magic trick, I was INVISIBLE. This soured what was something I looked forward to. I wasn't sized. I didn't even get a welcome. I wanted to walk out but desperately needed new bras so I bought a few. I just received a 30% coupon through my email, so don't hesitate when they ask for your email at the register. I love the quality of their bras. I was giving this store 0 stars if I could!!! The worst customer service, the staff not wailing to help on any situation and just laughing at your face in your way out. I just spent more than 45 minutes with no results! Came to this location to return an item I purchased a week ago. The cashier was the slowest cashier I ever had. For 3 people line it took her more than 35 minutes. Anyway, when I came to return the item the receipt didn't scan, so she didn't wanted to return the item. Even that she saw it had purchased a week ago and I had the original credit card and the item was in a new condition with tags attached and all. This is the most ridicules thing that happened to me in a long time. It's not my fault your printer doesn't have ink and the receipt came out fade and the scanner didn't scanned.
