Right off the bat Victors took it from there they coordinated with the other guys insurance, they got me a rental the same day. It was being repaired for about 2 weeks from purchasing parts to washing my car when it was done, and they did an amazing job, cleaning the inside and outside. Most bodyshops don't clean and wash Your car after. The work done to my vehicle was, quality, looks like nothing happened to it, I was more than pleased! You will be too! Great service and great job! Unfortunately I was rear ended by an intoxicated driver and had to temporarily part ways with my car. Also left a review on Google So its January 2024 and im updating my review im currently working on my car doing the front brakes and just keep finding more and more things that werent fixed properly on top of the big gaps they left on my front bumper and fender i dont think they replaced the front bumper brackets cause the whole left side of the bumper is loose only thing holding it in place it seems is the wheel well fender liner clips i also found the front radiator bottom cover liner that was damaged in accident was not replaced still had zip ties i used to support it, was driving down the freeway and started hearing a scraping noise it was a piece of the liner that was hanging by a tiny piece that was dragging on the floor as i was driving... another big issue is there is over spray everywhere the hood has over spray between windshield washer spray nozzles the roof has over spray my sun roof glass is completely covered in over spray my trunk and rear bumper and rear doors have over spray doesnt feel smooth seems a little rough and plasticy from the over spray... also they removed my front passenger doors inner door panel i think when they fixed door because 1st theres a rattle noise like something is loose inside the door behind the panel which it was not doing after accident when i dropped it off to them 2nd my window rain gaurd wasnt reinstalled properly because after i rolled window down i couldnt roll it back up if window regulator feels resistance when going up it automatically rolls back down half way up i had to fix that myself... also i think one of my axles was badly damaged from the accident it started as a slight clicking noise when driving slowly and turning now sometimes when im driving slow and turning after making a stop especially if im on a incline or downhill road it makes a loud pop before wheels starting moving and picking up speed looks like the right side axles cv boot ripped in accident and been slowly spraying grease all over inner rim and brake caliper and suspension parts most likely the one making the loud popping noise but for sure both axles making a clicking noise on slow turns in both left and right directions will most likely have to repair myself too sense they didn't also looks like my left brake caliper sliding pin grease boots were torn from accident cause my left caliper was getting stuck from not sliding due to dirt and grime getting into sliding pins causing them to sieze up which is why im changing and repairing my front brakes.... read more

I can't say enough great things about this company and it's people. A neighbor's van hit my door while parking last weekend and I needed to good body shop. I brought my Altima into the Victor's, spoke directly to Victor Jr. the son of the owner. He was super friendly and eager to help and took a detailed estimate and gave a great quote. I would like to thank Victor's Auto Collision for doing a phenomenal job in restoring my Tesla into like new condition. I put a nice dent (approximately 6" x 2.5") on my hatch while parking. The shop was attentive to all my concerns, explained the entire process from beginning to end, and I am pleased to say that I felt as if the owner treated my car as if it were his own. It was a dark and stormy Valentines, when I hydroplaned and crashed into the center divider while 8 months pregnant. We contacted Mercury insurance, they picked up our car the same day and towed it to Victor's Auto Collision. We really had no choice but to have Victor's repair the car. If we went elsewhere, our insurance company would have not covered the entire cost to repair our vehicle. Needless to say, we did not have a pleasant experience with this shop here is why: Delay: Initially, we were told our vehicle would take a month to repair. This was perfect because we would be able to get our vehicle before my scheduled c-section. Victor's knew I was pregnant, and they promised to "try" to get the car back to us in time. They didn't, despite Mercury providing swift payment. We paid over $1,200 in rental fees. Towards the end, they felt so bad for us they gave us a loaner to borrow for the additional 6 weeks they kept our car. Yup, that was over 2 months. Used parts: During one of our impromptu visits to inspect the progress of our vehicle, the tech told us they were using used parts to repair our vehicle. When we addressed this with the manager, he initial denied it - then, confessed to using used parts to expedite the repairs. Stolen Items: We had a pair of Prada Sunglasses that we left in the car. I know, stupid mistake, but honestly the last thing on your mind is to clear the contents of your car after an accident. You're literally in shock, and not thinking that your belongings will be stolen from your vehicle while being repaired. Lastly, our vehicle was not fully repaired. During our impromptu visits we pointed out that a spot needed repair. The manager assured us it would be taken care of. When we showed up to collect the car, guess what? the spot was NOT repaired. He said, Mercury did not approve the repair. Had he told us when Mercury denied the repair, we would have disputed it with them to get it approved. Instead, we were told about the repairs being denied when we went to pick up the car. At this point, we were desperate to get our vehicle back, and we resolved to taking the vehicle, contacting Mercury and writing this review. If we could we would give this shop a -5. So happy with the job well done on my new 2018 Prius C! I have only had this car for 5 months and was devastated when i got into my accident. My insurance chose Victors since it's so close to my house and they made it brand new again! It took about 3 weeks to fix, but the car feels absolutely perfect to drive. The paint is also perfectly matched and it looks beautiful. Jr was in charge of everything having to do with getting my car back on the road and he was always available to talk and answer any of my questions. He tried hard to get it finished as fast as he could without rushing quality and kept me informed the whole time with what was going on. 0 stars. Insurance sent me here for my front bumper replacement. Said my car would be ready in 2 weeks for its easy job. Didn't get any call about an update after 3 weeks. Easy insurance-storage fee money grab for them so they don't update you on your car repair status to let your car sit there and let days pass. Since they didn't call me with updates, I had to call in on my car's past due date and of course they postpone the date even further. Excuses about parts missing, then waiting on parts to arrive, THEN saying wrong parts being ordered. Whether they were lying or not, their errors turned into a longer date for my car to be fixed. Errors on their end that had me without a car for a longer time. After 3 months of them stalling, I mentioned a demand letter and I got my car the next 2 days. Of course they gave it to me halfway done with some of the bumper clips missing so eventually the bumper bent from not being clipped on right. They could've done the job 3 months ago but they won't move unless you make them move . This location sucks and is a fraud. read more

Never gave me a solid release date. Kept postponing my date. Had my car for 3 weeks before started any work on it. Never called me for updates when they said they would. I worked for a laundry Service Repair company and I was in charge of 15 Service Vehicles. Over the years almost all of the vehicles were damaged in one way or another and needed a Body Shop attention. I first met Victor when one of my drivers was involved in an accident and I needed at least 2 estimates for the repairs. I was impressed that Victor called me and explained that he would do the repairs at a fair price, quickly and professionally. Who could say no to that? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . If the owner does not care about keeping his customers happy why would anybody else care in that place? I brought my girlfriends car to this place three months ago. To this point it hasn't been fixed yet. Today I called the shop to complain why my car was taking so long to fix and they told me that it was going to be ready tomorrow, however, they have been telling me the same thing everyday for the past 2 weeks. Today I finally talked to Victor and he was the rudest person ever I asked him what kind of business was he running and he says that's how they do it over at his place and if I didn't like it I could take my car back which I wouldn't mind taking however, he told me that the car is disassembled how am I supposed to take my car like that to another place this is ridiculous what kind of business is this people running.
