The first 6 months of the assignment, they would call to see how things were going at least once a month. They always made sure EVERYTHING was going well for me. This is probably the ONLY agency I would ever recommend working for in the Tucson area. While working for them, they offer some benefits. I contacted Cody at Shea…read moreElectric, and he immediately dispatched a technician to my house on Saturday at no additional overtime cost which was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting that a service call would be scheduled for a weekday. The technician did what he could to resolve my issue, but it became evident that the problem was much more complicated than initially expected. Cody Allen the owner came over and very diligently worked to trace down the problem. Cody ultimately determined the problem to be an issue with the wiring of the ground fault circuitry when the house was initially built back in 2001. Cody, with his extensive electrical knowledge, was able to come up with a resolution not only to the initial problem but enabled all outside outlets to be covered with a ground fault circuitry as is required to meet code. I highly recommend Shea Electric to anyone having issues with their home electrical system or just need routine maintenance done as Cody and his staff are highly skilled and able to resolve any issues you may have quickly and at a reasonable cost.

We discussed the work I needed done on a rental property in Tombstone AZ, and he agreed to meet up with us at the home on the following Saturday. Cliff and his assistant arrived promptly, a little early actually, which was nice. We walked through the property and pointed out what we needed done, which was mostly outlet installs. Cliff gave us several suggestions on good places to install them. A few of our heavy duty appliances had been tripping the breaker, so he explained to us in detail how he could fix that also. To our surprise, he was able to schedule the work to be done within a few days. We don't reside in town so the work needed to be done without us on the premises. During our meeting, he was friendly and felt very trustworthy so we left him our keys to the place and within days he had completed the job. Payment was a breeze and we found his charges quite reasonable. We traveled back to our home a few weeks later, anxious to see the work that was done. What I will say is "WOW!!!" All the outlets were installed as requested, new lines for our mini-split and our troubled appliances going into a different circuit. Then came the test... could we run the washer and dryer at the same time without it tripping? YES!!! I never thought something so simple could bring me such happiness! It is so nice having the peace of mind knowing that the work was completed by someone knowledgeable, efficient, fair and professional. Much better than how we were originally connecting surge protectors to extension cords - no more fire hazard!
