That's right! After playing phone tag to ask for a technician (which they never gave me the option of), someone broke into my house while my family was asleep. All of a sudden, after the break in, they are willing to schedule a technician, but get this: for a $100 fee... I have not only trusted Vivint with my family's safety, but my mother and father's safety too. For them to not even care that they failed me is one thing but to try to BLAME ME FOR NOT FIXING THEIR EQUIPMENT MYSELF should be illegal.
