Purchased a used vehicle on a Saturday. - paying cash and had a mechanical issue within 24hrs - on Sunday. Called them to let them know first thing Monday. But was told there was nothing they could or would do anything about it. The parking brake warning light came on for a malfunction. Close to $3000 later to get it fixed. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back. Our mistake was not having it private checked out by a mechanic. I've always purchased new or used directly through a name brand auto dealership. Honestly if I could rate it less I would. they seem to have good deals on their cars but the two older men there are completely rude. One of the older men with the beard and hat drives out of the parking in such rage. They have so much attitude first of if you want to make a sale I suggest to change their attitude. In May, 2022, I sold my mini-van to the rep sent out by Victory Auto Sales. He offered me $200 for the car because it had been in my garage for over a year and he couldn't get it to jump start. I had AAA start it (with no problem) later that day. The next day the Victory Auto rep came back out and gave me $400 for it. To be fair, I did not ask for more; I assumed someone in the car business would give me a fair price. Two days later, I saw my car in a lot with a price tag of over $2,000. I understand that the "middle-man" deserves to make a profit, but he apparently knew he could sell it for 10x the amount he originally offered me. I think that's a little excessive. The owner is rude and shady. We went in to test drive a vehicle. Owner was on the phone yelling at someone. Sounded like his wife. He was screaming at her about being incompetent about something. He hardly had time to take my license and give us the keys to test drive his awful vehicle. He had a box of Hot Wheels toy cars on his desk. On the box, was written "Kids Toys". One of my kids picked one up to look at it. He promptly snatched it out of her hands and said, "DON'T TOUCH THOSE THANK YOU". Exactly like that. Should have been a red flag to begin. We went for a test drive and had to look up the vehicle history for ourselves because he never offered it up to us. Found out it had 4 previous owners and an accident. Drove it back to the lot. The owner greeted us by saying, "You were gone a long time! I almost called the cops!" I told him that he should have. Explain to the police that the person whose driver's license you have, took a car from your used car lot for a test drive with his two children. I would be happy to speak with the police regarding whatever issue he had. He seemed to realize his ridiculous behavior for a split second and backed off. Needless to say, we did not purchase a vehicle from Victory Auto Sales. We have plenty of choices of where to spend our hard earned money and we do not need to buy from someone who is rude, mean, ridiculous, threatening, shady, and unappreciative of business. The son seemed better than the father. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience give them a dime nor another second of my time. Do your due diligence. Buyer beware. You have been warned. read more

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE OF "BUSINESS". I bought a vehicle cash and it's been 3 weeks and their is nothing but problems I have with my car that I'm now stuck with. They deny knowing anything about the issues and were completely unprofessional when I went back to speak to them about it. The old man that was there didn't even want to look at the papers I had from the mechanic shop listing all that was wrong. He kept blatantly interrupting and very disrespectfully putting his hand up to me to be quiet. I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism this man showed. My god, its been a pandora's box of problems. Whoever the last owner of this poor car was never serviced it. Ever. The transmission fluid was ancient. Head gaskets, hoses, belts, sensors, spark plugs, air intake, all fubarred, my dude. Take the 48 hour return slip, and get whatever you buy checked out immediately. Its a two star because I'm partially to blame for my experience, the cars are clearly stated to be as is, and you're encouraged to check them thoroughly but HOW thoroughly is ridiculous. I had no idea these things were wrong with the car until I was trying to get at the problem I was originally trying to fix. Maybe they didn't know either. I'll give then the benefit of the doubt, but come on. Check the merchandise very. Very. VERY. Carefully. read more

The owner has a bad attitude. He can become angry very quickly. I test drove a car that I was going to buy. When I took the car to my mechanic he discovered a multimeter instrument used to test wiring had been left on the engine. The wires had melted from the instrument. I took the car back and handed the instrument to the owner. The owners attitude toward me and the situation really sucked. I will not do business with this guy again.
