I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Sonata and when I first got in the car to test drive the driver side seat belt was covered in mold and it ruined the nice dress shirt I was wearing. I brought it to their attention and they "cleaned" it and said it was ready to be test driven again. When i got the car home I looked in the back seat and there was an open cottage cheese container with some nasty stuff inside under the back seat. Don't buy a car from here. I had parts falling off my car in the first week. The reason it vibrated worse than my Ford F350 7.3L dully truck is because 2 of the 3 motor mounts were broken. I got a warranty with the car and asked specifically if the clutch was covered, and I was told it was (which was a big reason I bought the car). Come to find out, it's absolutely not covered. Yet another car dealership let down. Called about a car on the lot that we were very interested in, and wanted to come look at. Left a message during Sunday business hours. Here we are Tuesday evening and have not heard anything back. Unbelievable! If selling cars is your business, I would think calling customers back about a car would be a priority. This was one of the easiest and smoothest car buying transactions I've ever been apart of. I had back surgery a few weeks back and can't really travel.
