First 30 seconds of the test drive, he asked "what do you think of Trump"? 1. Within the first 30 seconds, he started bragging about Trump and how amazing he's doing. He really wanted to get rid of all the local Mexicans because they cause all the crimes (yes, he said that). 2. He will talk about his "kingdom" and shade his managers. He brags about being all knowing since he's been in the business longer than the GM apparently. 3. Verbatim said "since you probably can't do a down payment, you can have that financed too" (mind you my down payment was 50% of car). 4. He had rude comments for every personal info I gave him, whether it was social security, address, income, occupation, partner's occupation, and more. Such as "wow your income is 3x my income even though you're so young." Yes, he makes $45k a year. 5. Lies a lot to sell, sees a random CX-90 on the street and called it a CX-5. Knows nothing about cars but talks like he does, and he drives a Nissan which is known for horrible transmissions. I asked car questions to test his knowledge, but he would rather lie than say "I don't know but I can find out with our technician." I reported his unprofessionalism to the management, but Timo is a super senior at this dealership so he probably won't be going away. Just avoid him and give the commission to someone else that deserves it more and is honest.

We had such a great experience with Mizael, (spelling?) our service advisor at Jeep with our…read moreGladiator after some unexpected issues left us a bit rattled (pun intended). From the start, he was incredibly helpful, honest, and straightforward about everything. No runaround, no fluff- just real, clear communication that made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. What really stood out, though, was how kind and respectful he was throughout. He took the time to answer our questions, kept us updated, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, which is rare these days. He made what could've been a frustrating situation feel smooth and manageable. Thank you :) Thank you :) Mizael!

I wish so bad I would have left right then. I knew what I was getting before I got there so I wasn't "sold" the car. With the thickness of the dirt I asked him, " is this the blue one?". He said yes, it was the blue one. What he SHOULD have said was " this is the phantom blue". Then I would have known it wasn't just blue because phantom means an illusion. He said if I wanted to test drive it he would have it rinsed off then directed me to the side of the building that was like a giant carport, out of the sun in heavy shade. I test drove it, bought it as planned then he has the car washed and brought it back around to the heavy shade where I put the contents of my old car to the new "blue" one. I drove off and didn't get home to look at it again until late afternoon. I thought it looked kind of weird, the color of it but didn't really see the true color until the next day. If it's in the direct sunlight it's a BLUE/GREEN color with GLITTER in the paint! It's the UGLIEST color I have ever seen and I am STUCK with it!!! I have felt sick to my stomach everyday since. I was robbed of my new car happy experience! But wait, there's more! I waited to get my loan info in the mail as I was told so that I could get autopay set up. 3 days later I started getting a HUGE amount of paper mail with loan offers, like between 3 & 5 EVERYDAY then my phone starts blowing up. Voicemail after voicemail EVERYDAY about loans! Nothing was about the actual loan so 15 days later I call the finance dept. I was told I had forgotten to sign something! I get it emailed to me, sign and return then later on I get an email saying I needed to send them a utility bill with my address WHICH I ALREADY DID the day I bought it!! 3 days later I get the proper loan information. This was now 18 DAYS after I bought my ugly car! I HATE MY CAR! So from the car porters that don't know how to do their jobs to the sales person who doesn't even know his colors to the idiots in finance, which boils down to WHO IS IN CHARGE at Santa Maria Jeep?! The General Manager. Wow you guys! Just wow! Also to add: I didn't even get Jeep floor mats they just put in generic cheap ones that you can buy anywhere for $20!

On 3/5/26 I was told that I was approved, I was even told to start making my plans and what time I would be there on Sunday. I made plans around that and was under the impression that the vehicle was essentially reserved for me. Alex was going to call me today 3/6/26 to go over the approval but then proceeds to inform me that the truck has been sold. So now I get to walk away with nothing but an inquiry on not only my credit report but my wife's as well. This felt very unprofessional and like a complete waste of my time. If a customer is approved and told a vehicle will be ready for pickup, the dealership should honor that. I would have appreciated basic courtesy and transparency in being told they would not hold the vehicle whether approved or not. Overall, this experience left a bad impression, and I would be hesitant to trust this dealership again.

I flew-in and he even met me at the airport with the car and allowed me to give it a test drive before we swapped my cashier's check for the keys and I started my ride home. They take care of the cars in their inventory, and even sent me a video of the car prior to my purchase (without my asking) just to show me a bit more of the car than the photos online & Carfax told me. Really a great experience at the end of the day, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to make a full purchase on a used car with no complications! Again, shout out to Anthony for this one!
