Don't walk away, run away. Bought a Corvette took it for a test drive around town noticed something was wrong with the front end. The owner agreed because he said he drove it for a couple weeks said he would fix it. I agreed to purchase as long as it was fixed, come back the next day, mind you I'm 130 miles from this place took off the next day after front in alignment. I received a ride up to get the car as I travel down the road noticed the front end still shook really bad looked into it next couple days, they said they would take care of me. It had been rim, broken Belt on tire. Ended up costing me a set of rims because the rims that were on the car were discontinued and a new set of tires and I receive nothing from them. absolutely awful, 335i sold with warranty and was told they can't afford to even fix it anymore. They literally have a graveyard of cars in the back that they cannot even manage to sell because they are junk. Buy from this dealer and you will pay the price, costed my buddy thousands of dollars because they cant run a business, mechanic by the name of "billy" told us there was a "head gasket" issue and proceeded to boast about his 20 years experience how we are wrong because we knew it was a water pump and thermostat failure. Come to find out WE WERE CORRECT and it was indeed a water pump and thermostat failure and the headgasket HAD 0 ISSUES ( nice 20 year experience buddy). Wow!!!! We just happened to have a flat tire in front of this establishment. We had no spare and it was getting ready to storm. Two wonderful mechanics from Victory came to our aid and graciously replaced the valve stem that had blown out of our tire. BUYERS BEWARE!!! This is NOT a credible dealership. My 19 year old son and I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 from this dealership on 12/6/23 for a little over $30,000. The truck looked beautiful and clean (the motor and underneath sparkled). I asked if the truck had been in an accident, and they said "yes" but it had been completely rebuilt like NEW! I asked them for a report on the truck of what had been rebuilt on the truck and they said they'd get it for us. However, they (inadvertently) left it out of the paperwork yet they manage to slip in a "No Warranty" page to the documents. One week after taking possession, my son left for Texas and during his drive from Florida he discovered 1) he did not have a horn. He learned that when a car crossed into his lane (dangerous!) That concerned me but I figured we'd just get one. 2) About two weeks after taking possession, the truck would not start. We bought two new batteries (batteries were CAR batteries and NOT the correct batteries for a diesel truck). The truck then worked for 1 day after the truck batteries were replaced. 3) Then the transmission completely failed costing another $10,000 to rebuild the transmission. I contacted Victory and asked them for the paperwork regarding the "rebuilds" since they "forgot" to provide. Well, I am still waiting for this paperwork. I called them and asked them to do the right thing, minimally help me out with the costs of the new transmission and batteries. I spoke with the finance guy, Don. He said he would see what he could do. I have yet to receive a response. I am now in the process of filing paperwork with the state of Florida for help. In the meantime, BUYERS BEWARE!!! They are NOT a REPUTABLE company! read more

I bought my car there, love it. I only took my car to their shop for repairs. Thought I had a good relationship with this group. I took car there and asked to let me know asap what was happening. Called multiple times never got a call back. They replaced battery without my ok. I had a 3 year warranty on battery and it would have cost nothing at auto zone. When I went there my car wasn't even on the property, had to rent a car for work $50 dollars. They charged me 75 for battery I could have got free. I tried to explain this and they became verbally abusive. I have spent over 2000 dollars on ac brakes tires oil changes and other repairs. I guess now that the garage is busier they don't need any of their repeated customers. I also went through my receipts just for my own curiosity and found I was charged $138 a while back for a ac part that I was told they hadn't replaced when I went to have ac fixed recently, I was charged again. I got in my car after my ac was completely replaced as that is what I was told, over $500 and guess what I had no ac. The ac was fixed and they gave me a free oil change for the mistake, but once u lose trust and are treated so badly u have to move on I guess. read more

Absolute joke of a business. Sold me a car for $2500 that had 4 completely broken motor mounts. The engine moves forward and backwards 5 inches in either direction. Asked them to fix it after I realized it and told me it would cost me almost $400 more. Even offered to buy the parts and have them install them but they didn't like that idea cause they can't screw me out of more money that way talking about a warranty lol. I'm a senior citizen and I gave them all my money I had to spend on as car. I asked if they could do something about it and they said yea but the parts and the labor is all you pay which is a few hundred bucks. The gutless owner Dimitri told me and my son to take a hike when we brought it to his attention that it was ridiculous. Regardless of his opinion hat car will very quickly become a safety hazard and I will be having it check by credible mechanics and other people from the state to confirm. Hey told us that it passed a safety inspection but they didn't say who's safety inspection or even give me a copy of the report when I asked for it. Really good business qualities hahahahaha. Excellent experience at Victory Auto Group. I just spent about an hour or so looking at Jeeps with my sister whose Honda Accord was rear ended and totaled. Now we're trying to find her a Jeep. We dealt with Donny and he was a very pleasant man and extremely patient with us as were were very indecisive and let us test drive 3 different vehicles. They had a large selection of Jeeps for us to choose from. We didn't buy a Jeep today, because we want to continue doing research on the automatic transmissions, we were looking for a manual. I've been to about 10 used car dealerships over the last week and this was by far the best one so far. I hope I can make a deal with Donny and the company in the future. read more

Just watched my Jeep get towed away on a flatbed just weeks after buying from here. This will be the third trip to the mechanic since purchasing it from these jokers. I had a bad feeling from the start as the sales guy knew nothing about the vehicle but they had a rare Jeep that I wanted so i looked past the fact that he had no idea what he was doing. All of the things they assured me would be taken care of were not and here I sit paying for repairs that should have been done before it left the lot. If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would have! I bought a vehicle here on March 16th. On March 21st the vehicle was misfiring and would not accelerate! Brought it back to them and they "fixed it". I was told the breaks and rotors were fine on this vehicle and it was safety inspected! They were metal to metal!!! VERY UNSAFE!!!!!! VERY GLAD I DIDN'T GET HURT OR HURT ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!!!! The second week I had the vehicle and I had to spend $1,000 (granted its an Audi so that is expensive but the vehicle should have never been sold with no breaks on it!) I took full responsibility for the breaks and got them done! Week 3 and my vehicle is misfiring again, which makes me think that the work was never done from week one or it was done incorrectly!!!! They are taking no responsibility for this!!! They took my $15,000 and ran with it!!!! NOT TO MENTION...... THIS CAR IS COMPLETELY INFESTED WITH ANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gross, Unacceptable, and totally MISLEADING AND SNEAKY!!!!!! They definitely do not have their costumer's best interest in mind when they take your money. Lets just say I did not go there and spend over $10k to be having these kind of issues right off the lot. This is totally ridiculous! I will be detouring everyone I know from going here!!!!
