I called around and…read moreall of them said they were too busy or they couldn't do it because they were going home. Ken the manager at tire choice said no problem took care of it and even stayed late. Highly recommend, great service.

I had already mounted the two rear tires myself and only needed the two front tires mounted, all four tires balanced, and an alignment. The first quote they gave me was over $400. When I questioned why it was so high, I found out they were trying to charge me for services I never asked for, including mounting all four tires when two were already mounted. After I questioned the charges, the price suddenly came down to around $250. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle, the bill was now $300 because another $50 charge had been added for "diagnostics." I never requested diagnostic services, nor was I told when I agreed to the $250 quote that an additional diagnostic fee would be added. Going from nearly $400, to $250 after I questioned the charges, and then back up to $300 because of another service I didn't request left me feeling like I had to carefully scrutinize every charge just to avoid paying for things I never asked for. I understand shops need to charge appropriately for their time and services, but customers should be given clear, accurate pricing upfront and should not be charged for additional services they did not authorize. I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency.

( they wanted to play what can I do to get you into this car today?) well how about DONT WASTE MY TIME!! I called Wallace because during Covid they helped me buy my Tuscon. Don't get me started about buying a car during Covid! Anyway Dev answered the phone took my information of what I was looking for. Brandon the manager called me back and gave me the bottom line in about 30 minutes. Since id already been getting quotes from truecar I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently he responded. Napelton the next day was rude about my quote saying they needed to see it in writing. Jason wilichinsky my salesman at Wallace made sure the entire buying process went smoothly. Ty Wallace you did it again!

Yesterday I went to trade in my lease for a new lease. Details of the negotiating are not important but long story short the deal fell through and left without a car. Why? Because at the last minute, i was informed that to make the deal, i had to take a dirty, hard driven demo car with 5k miles on it! Quoted price didnt apply to a new car. But the Managers Special was a filthy used one. After so many years of loyal service, I am very surprised that an exception was not made and allowed to take the newer model. So after all these years I will buy my next car somewhere else.

I used to actually love this dealership's service department and service staff I can say this…read morebecause I've been going there for over 10years now. Though lately the last year or two has been a real price gouging establishment. I recently went to get my radiator checked which I already indicated the problem I showed the staff that my coolant reservoir was completely empty and that there where signs of coolant on part of the timing belt and near the upper part of the radiator. They proceeded to ask me if there was anything else. I told them that's what I'm here to find out. They ran a so called $300 "diagnostic test" which consisted of pouring water in the radiator and showing that it leaked out. "Clearly" I already knew that issue and needed to know if anything else way wrong. I asked if the hoes connected to the radiator was damaged and they told me they weren't going to be able to check that because it would be too much. Also if I was concerned about any other issues with the car each separate issue would cost $300 to do a diagnostic test.
