The Victory bar is located in the Cannery Casino. The atmosphere is nice there is plenty of large televisions with that days sports games playing. The counters have slot machines and there are also small tables. They have a bar menu, and I have to say my pineapple glazed wings were delicious and reasonably priced. The wait staff is super attentive. Upon my second visit the bartender knew my drink and brought it to me as soon as I sat down. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day. No huge crowds and wonderful service!

This review is for during lunch time. Also, some of these reviews are for the restaurant - this is specifically for the bar. We had a couple $10 food credits to burn, so we decided to stop by this place. My husband wanted to watch the game and he liked their TV setup, plus they had a couple tables that were not high tops. Originally I was given a very limited menu, but when I asked if I could order off the actual cafe menu next door, the server obliged and brought me out a regular menu. Our server did let us know though, that if it's busy, there was no guarantee that I could order off the regular dining menu, so YMMV! I got the Asian Chicken Salad. Everything was great about this except for the chicken. Would have liked a little higher quality meat. But it was a very hearty salad and the dressing was very good! My husband got the pastrami sandwich and he greatly enjoyed it. We also got our fries extra crispy which was a nice tough per our request. Our server, Chris, was on the ball. We had a few drink and food requests and he was good with everything. Service was prompt and efficient. Granted, it was a slower part of the day but we were both pretty happy. The food was reasonably priced too, even before the dining credit.

After all these years, I am STILL a fan of Victory's! I used to live in North Las Vegas, but moved out of the area around 2012. What that means is that I now rarely get to visit the Cannery on the north side. I happened to be in the area again and stopped in to enjoy Victory's Cafe once again. Service was on point, as usual. The food is solid and at affordable prices. It's not the kind of place you drive across town for, but if you happen to be at the Cannery casino, it's a great option for good, affordable eats! still 4 stars.

I spent my birthday watching a movie at the theatre that is next to the casino. After a fun time there, I was hungry. I came to Victory's for a bite to eat. I ordered a bowl of chili and wings. The chili had a ton of green onions and grated cheese. It was hearty and so good! The wings are delicious, and came with veggies with ranch dip. Yum! I celebrated with a beer to wash everything down. I also watched a baseball game on the giant TV screen as I ate. It was a wonderful birthday in an area of Las Vegas that I had never been to. (236)

We came for some Sunday Football and We Had an amazing server BIANCA! She worked at another spot and we remebered her excellent service from there and Victory's is Lucky to Have her! She is very attentive, Professional, Bubbly and communcative. We hoped she is here every Sunday!

OK for a casino restaurant. Decent chicken caesar salad. We did have to sit in the back to get away from smokers as best we could, but that's what you deal with in a casino. Good service.

We have gone to this bar and grill for over 10 years. I will never go back. 1st we waited for over 15 minutes in the bar on the side where people were not smoking For the bartender or anyone to wait on us. Finally the bartender finished his conversation with the people on the other side of the bar his name was Matthew. And came to our side and we ordered 2 beers and asked if we could get a Reuben sandwich and some Potato chips...We get that when we go there quite often. We were told that we would have to go to the cafe next door to order it. He could not help us. My husband ordered our food and was told to come back and 15 minutes. The food was terrible. The sandwich was burnt and the fries were barely cooked. This casino has totally Gone down in quality and service. Even though it's in my neighborhood I will choose to go to other local casinos.

Been wanting to try this place for a while but for whatever reason I would just never find the time. Well this past weekend, I got together with some friends and we decided to check it out. Victory's Bar and Grill is located inside the Cannery Casino, it's easy to locate because it's an open bar and grill, there are no walls in the front, and you can pretty much see the inside from the Casino floor. Since it's inside the Cannery yes you do have that smokey air quality but it's not too bad in the seating area inside victories. We went up to the counter and the lady there was very nice, we were able to be seated fairly quickly ,and our server was there taking our drink order and within a few minutes we had our drinks on our table. There's a pretty cool Vibe, there's a lot of nice decorations on the wall, my first Impressions was that it was nice and clean, pretty well organized and there was quite a few people eating which is always a great sign. I decided to order the chicken fried steak which also came with two eggs, with a side of wheat bread, and an iced tea. Our server had a good attitude by the way which makes your experience Pleasant obviously. I believe you must have waited roughly 10 to 15 minutes to get our food which is not bad considering the amount of people that were seated at the time. Well I do have to say it was worth the wait because once I got my chicken fried steak I was impressed at the size of the chicken fried steak at that price. Well the chicken fried steak look good but did it taste good is the question.... not only did it taste good, but to my surprise I have to rate it as one of the best chicken fried steaks I've had. It was crispy on the outside tender on the inside, the flavor was really good, and the gravy complimented it very well. It also came with a side of hash browns which by themselves were actually quite good as well. I couldn't believe how good the food was, I don't know what I was expecting but to be honest I was pleasantly surprised. I'm glad I came into victory's bar and grill and tried it because it turned out to be a nice little spot to have a good breakfast. Sometimes Impressions matter and I was fairly impressed, so definitely I will be back in the future. Overall I give this place a 3.5 star rating.

The waitress arrived and took orders, their margaritas are tall and refreshing. We started with Chicken Nachos. They were constructed strangely, they put the refried beans on the plate itself, under the chips and other ingredients. You had to lift up the nachos to scrape the beans off the plate. We then went with the Ribeye Steak and Chicken and Waffles. The steak was cooked beautifully. They initially brought out hot honey instead of syrup for the waffles, which was confusing. Their "Hash Browns" are actually potato sticks. There were only 2 women working as servers/bartenders, so the speed of the service was a bit slow. We ended up waiting quite a while for the check. Overall, not a bad spot for a bite and a drink.

My friend Dana said, "Hey, there's a local restaurant near me that I go to all the time... and…read morethey're having a FREE BBQ Saturday night!" Free BBQ?!? It didn't take much to twist my husband's arm... though we weren't 100% that this would be anything much... because, as my husband said, "Nothing's free... and what do they get out of it? and how are they doing this... in this economy?" We arrived promptly at 4PM, because we knew it was "first come first served"... they had a DJ and a TON of games, raffles, free alcoholic beverages, swag (tshirts, beer cozies, pins, stickers, custom-designed etched wine glasses), various stations of fun activities... and... the entire restaurant was part of this... So of course we sat our party of 5 at a table in the main restaurant section... and proceeded to... order full meals and drinks from the menu. Listen, the prices are RIGHT, the food looked incredible, and technically they weren't going to serve the BBQ until 5:30... so... we figured we'd have an hour and a half to digest. I ordered a salad though... because I was dead set on some ribs or pulled pork or something... BBQ-y. My husband ordered the BLT with tater tots, and others in our party ordered sandwiches, fried raviolis, among other items like martinis, lemonade. Our waitress was so attentive and darling, really took care of us the entire time. At 5:30 the BBQ happened. Myself and one other from our party were ready, whilst everyone else had already had their fill with the menu items. But boy did they regret the fact that there was no more room in their bellies... because the BBQ spread was INCREDIBLE: A full salad with all the fixings, RIBS (!!), hamburgers (full size, wonderful patties!), hot dogs (delicious!), chili, mac'n'cheese, watermelon... my goodness it was an immense spread. And all was cooked superbly! And again, plenty of free alcohol as well. As I spoke to the other locals around the BBQ, I kept hearing exactly what my friend Dana said, "We live 5 minutes away... we come here ALL the time... we LOVE this place!" The vibe was COMMUNITY-CENTERED... it was obvious... and as the raffle winners were called, the entire place exploded into claps and whistles as each of the winners' names were called. Golden Knights jerseys, golf caddies, backpacks... it was all soo lovely, but those prizes were just icing on the cake... a "cake" consisting of a true LOCAL restaurant and it's COMMUNITY... each expressing their support for each other. My husband and I were floored. And humbled to see the entire event play out.... something you don't see enough of anymore. May Summit Tavern continue to enjoy their success in the neighborhood, and may other establishments learn from Summit Tavern's success! And THANK YOU... for a wonderful evening, Summit Tavern staff and all who made the night truly special.
