2 stars for the food. Service is missing. I recently moved here and wanted to check out a local spot, so I gave Distill a try. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. The service felt off from the start. It honestly felt like I was bothering the bartender (I believe his name was Caz, or something close). I even tipped on the fly after winning 30 bucks on the machine due to making me play to get the seat (no one was there) but there was still zero hospitality or acknowledgment. What stood out even more was watching the staff prioritize someone yelling across the bar, while completely overlooking customers who were actually sitting there and trying to engage respectfully. Coming from California, I'm used to a higher level of service and attentiveness. This just wasn't it. There are plenty of other local bars in the area that value their customers' time and money. The food that we received from this place last night was horrible. The only reason I didn't drive over there and demand a refund is because I was at a friend's house. They had recommended the place and had picked up the food for all of us to eat at their house. We had 5 orders. Chicken picatta, a Grilled chicken sandwich with crinkle garlic Parmesan fries, Moco Loco with an extra Angus patty, Cajun Chicken Alfredo, Beer battered fish and chips with Sweet Potato fries, and an appetizer Chicken Taquitos. Everything was overcooked. The person with the chicken picatta said that the sauce was separating and didn't look right. The person with the Moco Loco didn't receive their gravy. I didn't hear any complaints about the Alfredo or chicken sandwich. The fish, taquitos, and sweet potato fries were terrible. I would have thrown them out if I wasn't at someone else's home. The batter or whatever it was on the fish was like some kind of casing. I couldn't cut it with a fork and it just came off in one solid piece once I did manage to cut it open. The taquitos were burned. You couldn't even taste chicken. The sweet potato fries were also overcooked. I think this is one of the worst meals I've ever had. read more

Ordered a burger and a BLT through UberEats. The burger was ordered as a medium. It came literally raw. Just look at the pictures. The BLT was ordered for somebody that's allergic to eggs with no mayonnaise, and it had mayonnaise all over it. Just look at the pictures. Uber Eats has only refunded the BLT, but not the burger. Called the restaurant, and they wanted us to come down there so they could make it for us again, which we can't, which is the whole point of Uber Eats. read more

Today, my wife and I enjoyed a fabulous lunch at the Distill restaurant and bar off Cheyenne. Our server Magaly was very courteous and ensured our dining experience was. enjoyable. We decided to visit this location because we heard their Moco Loco was made with fried rice, and their cauliflower buffalo wings were the bomb. We decided to add the avocado eggrolls, to our lunch with the ice cream brownie. This lunch turned into a sampling, of our favorite items on their menu. Craving an all day breakfast and stopped by here with friends. They didn't disappoint. I ordered pancakes, eggs over medium, and sausages. It was cooked to perfection! Kudos to the chef! The food is excellent and the staff are very nice, for the most part. My 3 stars is because of my visit over the weekend.. Because I didn't specifically tell my server "no meat" added to my salad- I said "I'll take it how it comes" meaning the salad ingredients on the menu (which did not include meat)- they added chicken to it anyway. When it arrived and I asked why there was chicken, they said "it comes with it". Which in turn I said, "oh! I didn't know that. It didn't say that on the menu. So this salad comes with chicken?" And they said yes. I don't have an issue with meat and I just accepted that it came with chicken and I ate it. It was very good, regardless. We get the bill and my $9.95 salad has an up charge of $5.00 for chicken that I didn't ask for. And I was told came with the salad when the dish arrived and I questioned why there was chicken. There was some back and forth with me expressing my confusion and getting some attitude in return. I was made to feel like the bad guy for questioning a $5.00 up charge on something I didn't ask for and guilted into just accepting it because they would have to go speak to their superiors to have it taken off and the manager "wouldn't be in until Monday". Long story short- food is great, most of the staff are great, but be fully clear on what/how you want your food and how it comes to your table. I'll say some, maybe not all, will charge you extra for things you didn't ask for and make you look bad for questioning it in the end. Just be aware. read more

Went to distill on Thanksgiving and had their special. Started out with fresh side salad and it was good. Next the main course was roasted turkey, baby carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, gravy and dressing. Nothing was box or can you could tell by the taste. So delicious. Then for dessert pumpkin pie with a hint of cinnamon. It was all delicious. Our server was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. The ambiance was quiet but perfect with sports on. We love Distill! Moving to Vegas we weren't sure of where to go out to eat, but we kept passing this place on Cheyenne and decided to give it a try. This was 2 years ago and my husband and I are still big fans! We usually come here for the food, but end up having a drink or two. The Mash Potato Bites are so fun & yummy, I definitely recommend them, even to pair with your drink. The star of the show for me are the Country Fried Chicken sliders. So. Damn. Good. They're a bit messy, but made perfectly every time. They hit the spot. Distill is perfect for lunch and dinner, or to have a drink at a laid back bar. Met up with a friend at this location. It's one of the older ones it seems, however I like it better. Give you more of a dive bar feel. Service was flawless. I forget her name but she was incredible. Checked on us all the time to ensure we were doing well & to see if we needed anything. I was hungry & ordered these "Not Chos." they were quite tasty I must say. They do have several vegan items on the menu which make it quite easy for me to frequent the place. My only challenge is they didn't have much of a variety of Tequila. Nevertheless, the one they did have for me was extremely tasty. They seem to be pretty good at reminding you about their reward program. My brother and I decided to try out this location of Distill because we had a not so great experience at other location. We went for happy hour which is awesome 2-6. Brian absolutely was AMAZING with tasty drinks and food recommendations. Angel was an "Angel" as well with the drinks. They continued to check on us but not so often it was annoying. We tried everything on the happy hour menu And nothing disappointed. We loved the pool tables and played a couple games. thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we will most definitely be back! Came here around 11P on a weekday. There was plenty of seating at the bar and around the restaurant. They have pool tables, virtual golf, and a computerized karaoke machine. I tried the 6 piece wings medium spicy which came with fries. The food came out hot (temperature) and the spice of the wings was just right. The food itself was quite flavorful and shocking considering its typical bar food. Service was amazing, the server came by shortly after placing the order to update on arrival of food. Well, come to find out they put a "Distill." It's been open for a week, so we've decided to try it. I had the chicken Parmesan sliders and my moms had the taquitos.
