This place was so relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed the Hot Air Balloons and firework show was amazing!! Will be back next year!

We really enjoyed this event. Free oysters, crawfish, rose, and champagne. Ballon ride was wonderful. Can't blame yall for the weather! Now to end with fireworks!

Ok , truth be known, it was not the most spectacular event that most folks were hoping for. It was in a field on a ranch with wide open spaces. The Polo match was not much to watch if it had not been for the announcer with the heavy Spanish accent that knew nothing about Polo except the fact they had horses and pink shirts and the could "changes directions quicker than Bruce Jenner" probably the best part of the day was listening to his jokes about the match. Maybe politically incorrect but funny non the less. Let's move on to the food vendors. Yes they were your typical fair ground foods ,overpriced and not that good, but it is always good enough for the fairgrounds, so get over it. Helicopter ride seemed to be the big event for the day, with a line that was wrapping around the entire area. Everyone wanted a 5 minute ride over the grounds. I saw no one complaining about the wait. Now the reason I drove 3 .5 hours here besides to see my grandson, was the hot air balloons. 3 balloons lit up the sky just after dark and they were nice to see. I did expect more but my grandson was amazed. The tethered ballon ride were about 5 minutes each and they had sold 500 tickets and ran two balloons.( maybe if the weather had been better the night before and they could have given rides as anticipated and it might not have been such a bad wait) You can say that if everyone got to ride they were there late until the night. Fireworks at dark ,once again my grandson ,by the way is 2 years old was mesmerized. As an adult it was ok. Was this event hyped up to be spectacular, yes it was . Was it? No it was not. Did we have a good time . Yes we did. Was it worth the money. That is for everyone else to decide Food, music, balloons, horses and fireworks and spending time with family. Priceless

Super cute event! Fantastic food and music at Bankersmith venue! Just wish the main venue location had more things to do, with more vendors, wish it had more live music & food wasn't the best here but the firework show and hot air balloon ride was amazing!

Very fun. Not sure if the VIP ticket was worth it ($100 per person) but there were plenty of oysters and crawfish to be had.

Best time I have had in a while! Could use more vendors though. Much needed break from normal life.

    Great food at Polo

I have been attending The Victory Cup events for over a year. My wife and I are vendors of The Victory cup. They have a well organized crew that I've had the opportunity to get to know. Great group always helpful. Doing lots of events around the Us, I would pick them as the best event company!!

Absolutely awful! Bought Advertised VIP "Chicken and Rose all day. It was advertised as a balloon and fried chicken festival. I didn't even know it was a Polo match. I had tickets for Friday and Saturday. They canceled Fri and said Fri tickets are good for Sat, but offered no refund. So pay for two days and get one! It's completely falsely advertised. It wasn't chicken and Rose all day. They also only served one type of fried chicken and it was greasy and gross! Flies all over everything! In no way was this a VIP experience. Completely disorganized day, nothing going according to plan or schedule. They said they where giving away prizes all day, but it didn't appear anyone actually won anything. The polo match was just amateur and lame. I don't see a single balloon go up we were there from 11-6. It was torture. I couldn't waste another minute there. I will be seeking a refund for this horrible waste of time and money. I will never return to this event again. Organizers should be forced to return everyone's money! Balloon festival has balloons! More than a couple laying on the ground!

This is what's they show u and is expected

ripoff horrible misleading waste of money i paid unorganized crappy food if a lawyer sees this believe me toull have hundreds of clients sayinf same thing photos are not what you see there was 1 balloon after 8pm so you couldn't see anything and it went upn30ft and for a minute and a half thats it!!!!! look up the winery not posted im assuming do no one can leave reviews ipaid a vip experience let me tell you it wasn't not even close horrible horrible experience was surprise for my girlfriend was totally a let down save your time and more importantly your money!!!!!

Balloon Festival, Victory Cup the Balloon Tethered ride was amazing once it happened. Very disorganized, not much to do but eat.

Overcrowded, long and painful lines to get anything only to have to stand to eat and drink! Not nearly enough seating. Overpriced beer and food, not nearly enough authentic German crafts or items for sale. I would strongly suggest new event planners for next year and possibly a bigger area like the fairgrounds! Lower entry fees would have been nice as well given the terrible accommodations for seating while there trying to eat and listen to the bands! Never again!

If you don't, you'll have the pleasure of standing in long lines to get them, and you'll pay a little more. Supposedly, there is a limited number of wristbands, but they were still selling them minutes before they let everyone in on Friday. All food and beverages must be purchased with tickets and you must purchase those tickets with cash only. If you plan on drinking and eating within the confines I'd recommend purchasing about $60-$100 worth of tickets for two people. I did spot numerous ATMs ($4 fee) around the grounds in case you forgot your money. Keep in mind the Saturday event is all day, but you can't get in to the grounds on Friday until 6 PM. We got lucky with a cold front that came in the day before, but you probably will need sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen otherwise. Be forewarned, the food prices are quite high, for example, a sausage wrap is $10 and a burger is $13. A 12oz beer starts at $6 and $8 for imports. I have to admit I was quite impressed with the very large selection of beers offered. Those tickets go fast, we blew through $60 worth of tickets in the first half hour only to buy $40 more. The best deal that we found was the wood fired pizza for 12 tickets. This place is more than just beer, overpriced mediocre unhealthy food and oompah music, there is also a section for local artisans and a children's area. Lots of porta potties and non-metered parking in the area. By 8pm it's dark and it's a crowded fun place. If you haven't experienced this, I suggest it as a great first time experience and regular attendees sometimes bring a blanket or foldout chairs.

I can't say it's a bad store in any way it was just more of a let down. I'm used to Christmas stores being over the top and packed full of cheer. This place just felt sterile and empty. There was nothing unique and not much to look at inventory wise. It felt like they were trying to be too sophisticated but instead it just sort of took the joy out of what you expect to find in a CHRISTMAS SHOP! We want tinsel and Holly and twinkles, this store doesn't have much but blown glass and a few Santa statues that you wouldn't want your kids to play around. Even those are sparse on the shelves. They had live music playing from a traveling guy out of Vegas (can't remember his name, but it was two guys' first names)--it was such a nice touch for a weekend lunch. I'm extremely picky, but the fajita steak quesadilla was soooooo good. I paired it with the fries, and they were "the good kind"--perfectly crisp and super tasty, hot and fresh. I also really appreciated that they served my Coke in a can with a separate glass of ice and a straw. It's a small detail, but I love being able to drink a cold can with a straw. The rest of the group seemed to love their food too. My fiancé got the fish tacos and they looked great, as did the Reuben sandwich my MIL got. Highlights: The Service: Our server was a rockstar. Even though the place was slammed, she were super fast and every single order was 100% accurate. The Fries: Seriously, don't skip them. The only real lowlight: There is only one bathroom, so the line can get lonnnnnnng. Definitely don't wait until it's an emergency to head that way. Other than the bathroom situation, it's a great spot for a group hang with solid food.

Vibe is euro-bistro and the staff is perfectly attentive. Prices are high, but honestly aligned to the quality of the food, at least the dishes we had were worth the prices. Food: Buttermilk Fried Chicken, with Onion/Bacon flash fried collard greens, whipped potatoes and house gravy and Jalapeno Cornbread for $32 Reuben on Marble Rye for $24 16oz Stella Artois for $10 We agreed that the fried chicken (5/5) was the best we could remember having. Whipped potatoes (5/5) were light, fluffy and perfect taste/texture. The gravy was like brown butter (5/5). The collard greens (5/5) were flash fried and if you've never had them like this, it's like eating collard green potato chips. Cornbread (3/4) was a bit too delicate and sweet for our taste. You couldn't pick it up without it falling apart. The Ruben (3/5). My wife loves a good Ruben sandwich. This one had the makings of a good one, but they use a Thousand Island sauce (too much of it) on the sandwich, and it hides the flavor of the meat. Next time we would ask for the sandwich without the TI sauce, see if that improves the rating. The sandwich came with house made potato chips (5/5), a small house salad with vinaigrette (5/5) and a large, pickled cucumber. I know, that's a pickle, but these are cucumbers that have gone maybe a third of the way through the process, so the cucumber taste is really prevalent. Lastly, we had the Creme Brulé (3/5) for dessert. It was nice, but the custard was coffee and caramel flavored, and we prefer the standard custard look and flavor. The caramel should come from the top layer, not the custard. The top layer was a bit too thick as well. We liked it, just didn't love it. Overall, quality food, service and vibe with prices that are aligned to more special occasions than everyday eating out. We'll be back to try the Monday Crawfish Etoufee and the Tuesday Duck Confit daily specials...look too good to pass up.
