The drinks and pricing were what you'd expect for a show. The parking is a little annoying; be sure to bring cash and plan accordingly before you leave the house. Anybody who's come out of Colorado to become a big name has gone through those doors to play on the little stage. From local to traveling acts, from punk bands and karaoke talent to gritty stand-up and flirty burlesque, this place has it. If you're up for a night that doesn't stink of ordinary, swing through that creaky door and take in a most memorable evening. If there is a cover, it's usually nominal. Drinks are cheap, served by a great crew that's always up for a laugh and cheers. Sometimes hitting the town isn't about getting fancy but just kicking back, and this is a great place to do just that off the mainstream treads.

They had an inexpensive menu of basic beers. They were out of the drink I wanted so the bartender made me a creation that I guess is something the doorman likes - not bad, and I think it was about $10 which is pretty decent for a mixed drink. I noticed a big red counter/clock on the wall across from us and after a few seconds we deduced it was a decibel meter. I'm curious if they have restrictions here for noise - AOK by me. The volume was generally alright (a little loud but what isn't?) and they actually had a sound guy in the corner making sure the volume and quality sounded good. We went through security in less than a few minutes. We also purchased beverages that were quick to get (bar efficiency ). I went here with my sister for the Jesse McCartney show! I was so excited that he was coming to Denver and I've never been to this auditorium. When you first walk in, it's just big and open like a dance floor. They do have a small food concession stand, but it's your basic concession food. They do have an upstairs with seating with tables, but you have to pay for that specific ticket. The rest is standing room only so like you're standing on the dance floor the whole time if you want to sit, I would definitely suggest purchasing a table. It is at one of the smaller venues, but I do like the open concept where there was plenty of space and all the angles were a good view. I would definitely go back to this auditorium. If another artist I liked was performing there.

The "power hour" is the time to go for the best price. Prices are insane if you go anytime else-$16 vodka and soda?! They do have good ice though. Also, no fountains or guns for mixers- it's all bottled :) Bar tender was very nice as were the regulars. It's definitely worth a try if you're in the neighborhood. I have heard they are leaving to a new location, so make sure you check before attempting to go.

The same cannot be said for Pearl Divers next-door (where the bathrooms are). Those bartenders put an unauthorized tip (while we were still there and before we had closed out the) on my girlfriend's credit card that was more than the amount of entire bill. This is currently under dispute with the credit card company, but it does not speak well for their honesty, integrity, or customer service at Pearl Divers.

We were surprised with a "Fair Wage and Inflation Fee (this is not a tip) (20%)" line in our receipts, which let's be real, most of that or at least part of it is very likely going to the owner(s) not the staff. On top of that, I know quite a few musicians in Denver and almost every one that has worked with Your Mom's House has told me that they had issues with getting paid. Overall, it is a fun space but I can't support a business that operates this way.

Street parking all around or you can Uber/Lyft. They do have security to check IDs and bags. But once inside, it's free room! It was not that crowded for how many people were there and I still felt like there was enough elbow space. It did get very loud because we were right next to the speaker so definitely protect your ears and bring some earplugs. Overall the venue itself was really nice and I would definitely consider going back if the price is right.

This event had no cover charge. They have a wraparound bar with full service. No food. The energy level was high. A tequila sponsor, Cambio was offering free shots. I had a Negroni made with Cambio Tequila Blanco at a discounted price of $9. The regular price for a mezcal Negroni is $15. Very good. Indie 102.3 hosts also did short versions of the top 15 bands from 2025. A nice evening.

At the time they said it's something they're doing in partnership with the Denver Public Library (DPL) every other month on a Tuesday night. We saw an osbcure, older blaxploitation superhero film that was funny at times! Probably not intentionally, or was it? I have no idea! They DPL even had a card maker for you to get a new library card! And told me about Kanopy, an app I can sign up for with DPL and watch free movies at home! They also had some free magnets of the movie, which was pretty cool. The bar had a video game in there and I think they may have music sometimes, too. Wasn't able to confirm (I was watching a movie and getting my library card & magnet!).

It's mostly standing room for shows, save for one or two small high top tables near the bar. Drinks are good and they have a decent cocktail list. I ordered a drink that had Jones Family gin. We came on a cold night, and it was chilly inside, so I'd suggest to dress warmly in the winter. Cash and card are accepted at the bar, and there is an ATM machine if needed. The restrooms are what you'd expect for a dive bar, so keep that in mind! Overall a cool place to see local shows and smaller travel acts.
