I live in Temple Hills md 73 years old, hired Victory home remodeing to install a new roof; every body was proffesional and expained the process to me in details, i do not know nothing about a roof except my roof was in bad shape, the job was done in one day, clean up good roof looks nice, i feel the price was expensive, did not get gutters and down sprouts that was priced separate over 5,000, the gutters on now not bad, the company they finance me with have been blowing my email up about payment is due, and signing up for auto pay, been receiving emails at least two weeks before my paymennt due. which is October 3, i will differently pay on time every month my credit good and i want it to stay good. well i like them, (Victory) they made it happen for me, its just those two things i mention above about what i did not like. I will hire them for something else if i hit the lottery, or come into some money. read more

We recently bought our house and knew that we needed a new roof. Their sales person came by with the same garbage about doing our neighbors' roofs. I did not appreciate the multiple attempts, and the fact that we both had to be home for this. The sales person went on, and on, and pressured us into a limited time deal. We succumbed because there were some beams that were cracked, and I felt like we needed the roof done sooner rather than later. I also liked the 50 year guarantee aspect, but we'll see if that ever holds true, and the promise that they would be very diligent about cleaning up afterwards. Our previous home needed a new roof, and they were horrible about nails left behind. That was my one big negative. They got the job done in a day, much faster than I thought they would do it. I hope the quality is as good as they say. The inspector came out when it was dark outside, but I still saw plastic in the trees, and on the lawn. They said that had cleaned up. Over the course of the next few weeks, I proceeded to find 5 nails in random places around the house - large nails. This was more than aggravating because I have little kids and animals that go out in the yard that could have been seriously injured. But I felt like I had gotten them all. I was wrong. A few weeks ago, our brand new car gets a flat tire in the rear wheel that would have been the first to go out of the garage. It was a roofing nail. This caused us to lose at least a day of important work and not being able to use a car as we waited to get it taken care of. Then when we reached out to Victory about getting them to cover the bill for the tire fix, they are saying that this is 2 months and there isn't proof that it was from them necessarily. We have rocks and it had been windy, my guess is that it got dislodged and blew into the driveway a few months later. Either way, it took several phone calls to even set up an appointment, and they called me 2 more times asking to get my roof redone before they sent anyone out. It's absolutely absurd. Their sales department great, but that's how they got their money. The project manager rude. We were charged with an extra $20,000 for a job that was not to par with what was discussed when we signed the initial agreement. At the end, we have to pay an extra $2,500 on top of the $20,000 claiming that they were short in materials. I don't think that the project manager realize that we paid and extra $20,000 in materials but here we were paying an extra $2,500. You send a rep over who's at my house for 3-4 hours. He slides his clipboard across the table with some astronomical price and I slide it back and tell he can leave! After I tell the company we're not interested to their face, over the phone and via text, they still send out text messages. I've since had the siding done by another company who's customer service and approach was sooooooooo much better than this place. And here we are 10 months later and I'm still getting texts everyday from different phone numbers asking me about quotes and what not. Leave me TF alone! At this point, it's harassment!!! Julio Acosta is a comprehensive consultant. Gave deep details about Victory's building processes, physical roof materials, roof evaluation and payment methods. He answered all our questions and concerns, unlike a previous roofer we foolishly hired in the past. Two days prior to the job, Victory called us with updates, delivery times and reassurance. The work crew came Friday exactly on time and did the whole roofing job within one day. Our house is directly on NJ State Hwy Rte 1 & 9. We have no driveway and vehicles cannot park on the roadway in front of our house. We explained this concern to many contractors who refused to do the project. The Victory team took the job and dealt with the parking issue. Wonderfully resolute, excellent workforce, first-rate quality and strong customer service. Hire these people! read more

This company is an absolute scam! Stay far away! Their workers take absolutely no pride in their work and left my family and I with a never ending mess. Half my house has no power because they shorted something out, they destroyed my pool cover, the tiles in our bathroom are falling off the wall right now, not to mention the never ending mess we're still cleaning up. We were promised the world and received nothing! All they care about is having us sign the paper saying the work is completed so they can walk away. Unfortunately they chose the wrong guy. Please, stay far far far away from this company. Broken promises day after day. Find workers who take pride in their work... by the way, the asbestos removal that they are certified to do involved them taking a hammer and removing the shingles by throwing them all over my lawn and landscaping without any protection. I kept telling her I have cancer and medical bills. her price kept going down but she wasn't listening to me. To make things worse, I make jewelry and she asked to buy a bracelet and a pair of earrings. She said she had no cash, I told her to send it to my Paypal. I looked after a week, and she never paid me. I called the office and she wouldn't take my phone. I sent an email to the CEO - no response. After she was at my house, I got about four more calls from them trying to get their manager to make an appointment. I blocked their calls. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone was professional and efficient. I got a free quote and my roofing job, gutters and trim was scan 2 weeks later. Everything was done back to back. Roof first, next day trim, 3rd day gutters. Everyone came on time. The roofers came and had the roof done in one day. Everything was cleaned up nicely. My roof came out great. Victory received my information from a seemingly benign online roofing cost calculator. The app did not ask my permission to send my information to anyone, yet I started getting calls from contractors immediately. Victory was by far the most annoying, calling and emailing sometimes 5 times a day. I have asked them to stop contacting me when I spoke with a rep on the phone and then I got an email after that with the same pitch for an estimate. This company, despite their seemingly good reviews and BBB rating, do not seem to understand that such tactics for some customers are a complete turn off. Salesman by the name of Matthew was great with explaining everything during his presentation, however when it came time to numbers, he wouldn't take no for an answer with his number, so he called his boss I guess. Then I canceled the contract and then the manager Brian came to my office and wouldn't take no for an answer to the point I was with my client and he interrupted my clients session by knocking on my door when I clearly told him come back in about 3hrs when my husband was home and he was addement about getting a signature for a project which in the beginning was 93,600 then came all the way down to 63,000 which clearly was way overpriced in the beginning. The harassment and disrespect about not getting a signature right then without my husband was out of line and wasn't listening to what I had to say about come back in 3 hrs. That's was a deal breaker for me because at that point you were harrarrassing me and being pushy unlike Matthew who was very respectful and took my responses for what they were. I wouldn't ever recommend the this company because of how they want a signature right then and there and won't wvwn consider you thinking about a big project or purchase. We needed some roof and gutter work and this company happened to be in our neighborhood and rang our doorbell. My husband answered and set up an appointment for an estimate. The day before the estimate, they called to confirm that my husband and I would both be present. My hubs told them that I didn't want anything to do with it and it was true. They were insistent that my presence was required for the estimate and proceeded to cancel our appointment because I didn't want to be there. We gave them 1.5 hours and that apparently was not enough time for them. After 30 minutes of them wasting our time talking about unrelated topics they told us we needed to reschedule because there was not enough time to do their quote. Everyone was very friendly but this is a scam. They come to your house and say they are working in the neighborhood. We do need siding and windows so I agreed to let them give us an estimate. They had someone come out to the house, he was very nice, but he was at our house for almost 4 hours!!! The initial quote was over 90k for siding and windows for a 1600 square foot home. Then it came down to 70k. Then he went outside and 'spoke to the boss' and it came down some more. We told him we would think about it and we were not making a decision right then and there. His whole demeanor changed but he did leave. Then they started calling us repeatedly. Finally I answered and told them we were not interested, and the guy proceeds to tell me that the boss approved another reduction in price. How inflated are your prices that you can keep dropping the price by 20k and keep dropping it? I had my roof done. I noticed some small issues. The foreman on the job said he would be back the next day. He was a no show. The dumpster was to be removed the next day. It wasn't so now I can't use my driveway all weekend. The workers did a good job. Now they tell me no one can come out until Monday. Who is going to pay the storage bill for the dumpster?
