Everyone one from the VP of the dealership to the sales people were knowledgeable , friendly and were 100% about customer satisfaction. The prices on the cars were fair and better then other used car dealerships. Kipp was great at narrowing down my car preferences, Pat handled my paperwork quickly, and I as even able to trade in my 2006 SUV for a fair trade . I walked in just to look and walked out a very happy customer with a great new ride. Pat even gave me a coupon for a free oil change. Went with my granddaughter to help her get a vehicle. I was told I was only going to be a cosigner because of my credit being better. Well Ron proceeded to speed us through an eventual financial nightmare. Everything went in MY name. Loan,that is very inflated for a used vehicle. He actually set up the insurance. Her name went on my account. But when an accident happened I was informed that I could be considered a fraud because the vehicle wasn't garaged at MY residence. He knew the van was for her. He did everything. Without really explaining. I no doubt would have refused the assistance. It's been a nightmare. A 2019 vehicle that was actually KBB listed at under $19,000 will cost me over $36,000. Paid $15,000 plus so far. Still owe $21,000. Plus when she went to get new tires she was told by the service mechanic that it had been in an accident! Did she know? A Carfax report didn't list it when the VIN was checked. But the rear end of the vehicle HAD BEEN HIT. This place has made our lives a financial miserable experience. DO NOT GO THERE. I'm checking with the BBB. I'm calling the Attorney Generals office also. I'd love to see Big Bob make things right that Ron made a horrible experience. read more

EDITED: We did speak with Kip the manager and he did apologize that we had a negative experience. He relayed to us that on the report they have, it said the accident occurred at the auction, so the misinformation came into play before they purchased the car or there was confusion over the difference between "occurring" at the auction vs. "reported" at the auction. He also asked us to relay that while we were there, we had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very kind and polite and they did do their best on the price for us. They did not offer us anything to edit this review. After much consideration, we have left this review up to add to the conversation so that others can decide for themselves. --- Very disappointed. I found what I thought was my perfect car: purple with a sunroof, heated seats, and 5,000 miles on it. 1 accident reported, but no airbags deployed. The dealer had good ratings across the board. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend but it seemed worth it. So we drove the hour and a half to go see it. When we got there, they put us in the car almost as soon as we got there, and it did handle very well. When we got back and had a chance to actually inspect the car, I noticed two of the front panels near the driver side wheel looked like they were an 1/8th of an inch shifted, which is where the accident occurred. So we went in. We had to put the brakes on, since our associate was ready to sign paperwork. They seemed to be schmoozing us, as they told us how important their reputation was, how good of a standing they have in the community, how great the car was, how quickly they expected it to go (despite it being on CarGurus for 6 months), how little they were making on it, after agreeing to honor the CarGurus price (which they seemed to not know about until I pulled it up on my phone). When we finally got around to asking about the accident, they apparently pulled up the car report, and they told us it looked like the accident had happened at the auction where they bought it and that their best guess was it had happened while cars were being moved. We were told no body work or replacements had been done. Okay great. Decided to sleep on it, since it was still more than I had hoped to spend on a car. Thank God I did. The next day, I was actually in process of purchasing the car, but it didn't quite sit right that the accident had been reported at all, if it had happened on private property like they said. And luckily I was able to pull the police report. Come to find out, the car had been sideswiped by a van at an intersection. The driver complained of possible injuries. There was no way work hadn't been done. After all their emphasis on their reputation, I was pretty upset. At best they had made up a story since they didn't have any information, at worst they lied. When I called, the associate I'd been working with wasn't in, so I spoke to someone else about my disappointment in their conduct and that I was no longer buying the car. I was told how shocked they were, was given a myriad of excuses and was told they would relay the situation to their boss and the associate who had been helping us and that they would call me back. The next communication I received was the purchase agreement. When I called my associate back, no one had relayed the situation to him. Now, you can make the argument, and they certainly do, that they didn't have all the information in the police report, they can only go off what they've been told, etc. It's up to you to decide how culpable you think the dealer is for all of this, but I am severely disappointed with how this entire situation has been handled. read more

This is the worst experience I have dealt with. Since I had the vehicle I purchased from your dealership I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle. I will never send anyone to your dealership and make sure I advise them your cars are garbage. Purchased two warranties now I'm stuck with a car that I have to pay over thousands of dollars to be fixed because the sold me a car with aftermarket parts that my warranty would not cover and when you ask for assistance from the dealership they don't help why because they already got your business. Ok, don't get me started on victory screw you over motors! I got a 2012 fusion December 3, 2015 it has been in the shop 23 times. If you actually read the lemon law, a used car is protected by it, just watch the fine print. Kip is awesome who works there, I do have to say that. But for a well known used car dealership it's a bunch of bull! My dad got a 2014 journey, the radio is screwed, they say it's not their problem anymore. I am very happy with Victory Motors and if I am ever to be in the market for another used vehicle, I will be back. A few years ago I purchased an F150 from this location and this truck turned out to be the best vehicle I have ever owned (and I currently lease 2 new vehicles). Their vehicles aren't super high mileage like many of the other used car lots around. Their cars are clean and well maintained. My F150 had 63,000 miles on it when I purchased from Victory and I sold it at 140,000.....in the 3 years that I owned the truck I didn't have a single problem with it. The truck was obviously well maintained and Victory Motors was transparent and up front about the vehicle's history. The salesmen did a good job of handling myself and my loan...I'm a salesman myself and I was impressed with their level of expertise and skill. I would recommend Victory to anyone. I miss living close to here and seeing the nice vehicles on their lot. read more

My husband and I were in a 2010 Ford Fusion that we owed to much money on and we couldn't find any dealer that would help us get into a new car with what we owed, very little down and not so great credit. Just like most dealerships, they PREY on uninformed consumers. This place jacks up the sticker prices on their cars (just look on their website!) and then bends so easily when you try to negotiate it down that you think you're actually getting a deal. I just learned about how they ripped my girlfriend off (before we started dating or else this would have never happened). She is a young woman who doesn't know much about cars. She moved here from out of state and the salesman took full advantage of her situation. They had a used low mileage 2012 Ford Focus on the lot for $26,000 (that's more than the sticker price of the car brand new!!!!), and she talked them down to $22,000. Thinking she did a good job she left with her new car and a smile on her face. The car was worth, at best, $19,000 for the model and mileage it had on it. Please do your research people. These use car dealerships need to be taught a lesson. read more
