I purchased the Jeep grand Cherokee back in August. The jeep looked great. 2012 grand Cherokee Laredo. Just over 100,000 miles. Never has seen winter. All is good. I paid cash for the vehicle and I was a happy camper. This is partly my fault but I was misled. The body in the windows have hard water damage that they failed to tell me about. I thought it was because they just got done power washing it. Carfax came back clean but I brought it home and come to find out there's a recall on a serious part and I have not been able to drive the Jeep for the last month and I can't get it fixed until next month from the dealership. The sales guy could have told me it was not a four-wheel-drive. Found out the hard way. That's my fault for assuming. Air conditioning didn't work. These folks are not on the up and up. They should be honest and upfront. So I bought it at $13,500 vehicle that I have not been able to drive for almost 2 months. I would never recommend this dealership. This should be considered a lemon. Buyer beware. Just because it looks pretty does it mean it's good. read more

They DO not inspect cars for safety. The ONLY thing they allegedly check is brakes and fluids! These guys are classic used car salesmen with terrible customer service they just look for whales and smile till you are gone and it's pass your 3 day rescission. I've known the salesman since kindergarten what do you think they do to you? Where do i start... i showed them my credit score. i told them to ONLY send it to 2-3 banks and the dealer cant pull my credit. ive sold cars for top dealers in the country. i normally would never buy from a C- lot. I have 8 inquires from them which lowers your credit for 2 yrs! i was approved from the beginning. next the whole week they were evasive on my payment and loan amount. he said the night before i signed that he was giving me a 100,000 mi warranty at cost for $2,000. i came in nect morning and it was a 38,000 mi warranty @$1,760.... they both tell people the company doesnt make any money for selling warranties. they took the second page of contract out the shows whats covered along with telling me its the best warranty covers everything but brakes and tires. its no where near the best warranty in that class. i leave and exactly 2 weeks later my check engine light comes on. called them very upset as he charged me a premium for a 14 F250 for $37,000 plus warranty and taxes. he said "he doesnt build the F*%#%{^{ cars" exact words. i came in and they dont inspect cars or have a mechanic but they have the computer to clear my code. exactly 2 weeks later comes back on. obviously they clear engine lights!! then i start looking at the truck way more.. the exhaust was dangling on the bracket. i fixed that. the back up camera works whenever, needs tires. within 6 months on owning it the entire front end failed with Death wobble and my year and half old daughter in the truck. now im really upset. the owners wife shannon calls me and begins to say the same comment they dont build the effing cars!! if i pay a premium for an old truck i expect it to work. my truck has been down for weeks the alleged best insurance you can get doesnt even cover the broken parts but covers some others. i will be without a truck for over a month it will cost $1,000's to fix. dealers make lots on warranties. only actual new car dealers should be able to sell cars. these guys dont inspect cars for safety and charge EXTREME prices! theres really nothing i can do. if a chevy dealer does that too much or bad they will risk the brand they sell. read more

Very dissappointed in Car Country for not taking responsibility for quality of vehicles they are selling. The vehicles being sold are not thoroughly being inspected in my opinion. I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 in august and by November ended up putting just over $2,500 into the vehicle. I am in complete agreeance that it was purchased as a used truck; However after spending $11-12,000.00 on the vehicle itself, wouldn't expect to spend another $2,000 for driveshaft falling off the truck and the rear axle needing to be replaced. Along with the heat going out and idle issues related to fuel injection. The heater core cost me $200.00 and the fuel injection cleaning cost me $150.00. I called Car country and they were unwilling to help compensate for any of the repairs needed. They did offer to have their mechanic do the repairs for $200.00 cheaper, however I'd be responsible for getting the truck to their mechanics repair shop; And that would have cost me well over the difference in repair cost. So I no longer would recommend Car Country as a creditable and quality used car dealer. If your going to sell a product, stand behind the product your selling. Car Country, No thank you. read more

You know the saying "crooked as a used car salesman" well this place is worse!!! I was interested in a truck on their lot and took it for a test drive. I was not sold on the price but had my mechanic look at it anyways and then tried negotiating on a fair price. They wouldn't come into my price range so I said I'd pass. A couple days later they called me with a better price and we agreed!! I said Draw up the paperwork ill take it!! I'll be there in a few hours when I get off work. An hour later they called and said someone was test driving it and if they like it their going to buy it and sure enough they sold it right from under me!!! The owner "Steve" is a shady individual and has his minions doing just as shady work. Just a warning don't think you have a deal with these people until you drive off the lot with a vehicle. They might just sell it before you can get up there!! BAD BUSINESS!!!! read more
