He then showed me a rubber radiator valve which wasn't what I was looking for. I Googled a picture and showed him, the kind of valve I needed. He say I will never find it because of size and different manufactures. I preceded to Reimens Hardware Store and to my amazement, I found the needle in the hay stack. The point is the sales representative at GPS was arrogant and condescending and didn't know what he was talking about. But thank God for Reimans True Value hardware store - they have everything.

Even the cashier knows the products. they knew my name with in a few times of going and always get a welcomed greeting. Free breakfast when you make it in time and always coffee (altho no tea).
