I've seen Nichole Geary for more than 10 chiropractic sessions over two separate treatment periods. She is attentive, takes time to understand how you're progressing, and adjusts each treatment based on your current symptoms rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. What impressed me most is her thoughtful, patient-centered care. She's also willing to recommend other therapies, such as laser therapy or acupuncture, when she believes they may help your recovery. I've experienced significant improvement during both treatment periods. I also appreciate that treatments are provided in private rooms rather than in an open treatment area. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful, but there are a few areas where the clinic could improve. Appointment confirmations are sent only by text (not email), massage appointments can be difficult to schedule, scheduling isn't centralized across multiple locations, and there isn't an online billing portal where patients can view invoices. Those administrative issues keep me from giving the clinic five stars. However, Nichole Geary's excellent care is the reason I continue coming back, and I highly recommend her. read more

I went to Vida in Bellevue for acupuncture over an eleven-month period. Dr. Crosby was personable and did a good job. My issue with Vida is their billing department and lack of ANY transparency and communication. I became aware of a co-pay that I still owed almost a year after my final visit. To add "insult to injury", Vida told me, via a letter, that they would send my account to collection if I did pay within a few weeks. Up until the receipt of the letter I had NEVER received any communication from Vida about my bill. They said that they messaged, texted, and emailed me, but never took the few minutes to pick up the phone and call me. My final analysis is that the service is good, but the not worth the hassle I had to go through to clear up the bill. FYI: My wife experienced the same sloppy accounting and communication with the Kirkland facility. read more

I've been going to Vida for a few years now and can really see the difference in care compared to other doctors offices. Most offices feel like a mill trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible so they can move on to the next patient. Vida's teams have made me feel seen and heard, which is why nearly all of my care is through them. I've seen just about every service, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage and functional medicine. All of them are amazing. I do want to give a special shout out to Dr. Adair on the functional medicine team. Over the years I have gone through some stressful health issues and she always took my mental health into account in addition to addressing my main issue. It really showed me how much she cared and how she is looking at the big picture and not just the issue I came in for. I was brand new to acupuncture -- mainly because I've always been needle-phobic and tend to faint every time I get a vaccine or shot. Still, I'd heard so many great things about acupuncture and its holistic benefits, so I decided to give it a try. My first appointment with Rosa didn't go as I hoped. I had explained how nervous I was about needles, and while she did a good job talking me through the process and keeping me distracted, things took a turn after she placed the needles. She dimmed the lights and said she'd check on me in about 20 minutes. Twenty minutes passed, then thirty. I started feeling anxious -- almost panicky -- but didn't know what to do. I couldn't move with all the needles in, had no panic/help button (she mentioned later the one in that room was broken), and my phone was in my purse. I quietly called out "hello?" a few times, hoping someone would hear me, but no one came. About 35 minutes later, Rosa finally returned. I told her I had started to panic, and while she apologized, it was frustrating that the panic button issue hadn't been checked beforehand -- especially given that I was a brand-new patient who had expressed my fears. Another thing I noticed over multiple visits was that every appointment started late. I'm a bit of a clock-watcher, and every single time I checked, I was called back at least 5-10 minutes past my scheduled time. Even the 20 minutes she said the needles would stay in was always closer to 25. It might not bother most people, but as someone who's already anxious, those extra minutes made a difference. Honestly, I didn't feel like returning after that first experience, but she encouraged me to continue with at least six sessions to see results, so I decided to give her another chance. The next couple of visits went better -- she always made sure I had a working panic button -- but the needle sensation never got easier. It was still uncomfortable and never relaxing for me. On my fourth visit, a needle in my hand hurt sharply the moment it went in, and my hand was sore and swollen afterward -- maybe she hit a nerve or a vein. It's now been three weeks since that appointment, and my hand is still swollen. I'm genuinely concerned about whether it will fully heal. I have an appointment with my primary doctor next week to have it checked out, but based on that experience alone, I will never return to Vida for acupuncture. I truly wanted to make it through all six sessions, but at this point, I just can't do it. The discomfort and anxiety outweigh any potential benefits for me. It's unfortunate -- maybe I would've had a better experience treating my body instead of my face -- but based on how I feel now, acupuncture just isn't for me. read more

I was initially excited to see Dr. Adair for functional medicine care. During my first visit, she was empathetic and provided testing options, giving me hope. However, after I had to withdraw from the concierge program due to financial hardship and a family health crisis, her responsiveness declined. Following an ER visit for worsening symptoms, I needed FMLA and PFML paperwork completed, as the ER does not handle this. Since Dr. Adair is my PCP, I scheduled a visit to get this done. She assured me she would complete and upload the forms, but after my appointment, I was told she was out of the office and wouldn't complete them until after my deadline. The clinic then informed me that another provider--who had no history with me--would need to complete part of the paperwork. This situation put my job at risk--the same job that provides my health insurance to afford this care. Despite still being enrolled in the concierge program until 1/31/25, they refused to complete the paperwork, instead pushing me to a provider unfamiliar with my case. Another issue I fell into with provider, when I expressed concerns about my health decline and the family hx terminal illness that was caused by similar symptoms. Dr. Adair dismissed it, stating I had been dealing with these symptoms for 14 years. Chronic pain and new complications should not be disregarded simply because they are longstanding. read more

Impossible to schedule any service as the front desk does not pick up call, or return messages or text. It will take over a week to get on the schedule which involves calling and texting multiple times until they feel like reaching out. **edit 6 months later: unfortunately i had to disengage with this place. i chose specific health insurance with my provider whom i saw here thinking it would be okay since shes paneled with them yet some things were lost in translation between the insurance & Vida. It became a "not it" situation. Although I believe in client care & I was coordinating between them far too much, I dont think they consult with one another on patients. I called the clinic manager back (after they vetted that I did indeed get a call from her) & we had a good conversation & was told billing would get back to me yet its been over a month & no word. I'd advise to make sure your insurance will indeed cover their billing rates & codes because you may have to do more than your share if any issues come up. The best part of my experience was making the initial appointment and checking in for my appointment. From there it went downhill. I came for a medical massage. I have back, hip, and knee issues, and a lot of stress and tension. The masseuse, Sky, was five minutes late taking me without comment or apology (but of course ended on time). She didn't ask me what brought me in. I tried to share with her the recent MRI report on my back, and she was not interested in looking at it. I explained the areas she needed to be gentle with (veins on my legs and my knees, right hip and neck, and not to put pressure on the vertebrae in the L4 and L5 area). She said I could get undressed and left the room, without telling me how to position on the table (up? down?). The massage was backside only and lack luster. I left feeling exactly as I came in. I could not tell I had gotten a massage. I had no tension or stress relief. None of my muscles or other structures felt worked on, with the exception of my right hip which she pressed hard on and is irritated. She ended the massage and left the room. Didn't ask me how I felt, or what I thought about the massage. Now I'm not looking to make a friend with my therapists, but she didn't smile or talk with me before or after beyond commenting my back is tight. There were 3 signs in different places in her room asking for a tip. I can't recommend Sky as a medical massage therapist, I don't know about other treatments you can get at Vida. read more

Updating after the clinic manager reached out. She offered a new chiropractor or PT appointment. Katie, the PT, took time to listen and evaluate, created an exercise plan, practiced with me and sent me home with the exercise plan to practice more. I recommend Katie if you need PT. --------------------------- I went for a chiropractic appointment. I was disappointed with the care provided. The chiropractor spent very little time at the initial appointment, was rushing through and at the end didn't practice any exercises with me. She said I'm being referred to PT, but later on I found out she still planned two appointments per week for me with her! Didn't seem like there was anything she could contribute. I showed her my previous home exercises and she said 'they are good, but look old'. I left the office confused not knowing what my plan of care is and not even feeling better! My previous experiences with a chiropractor at a different facility included an evaluation, listening to my concerns and questions, practicing exercises and sending me home with them to practice more on my own. It seemed like this chiropractor's goal was to maximize number of visits and not provide quality care for me! She kept saying 'your insurance covers it, so why not?' I decided to not go back and not waste more money since it was unclear how they can help me. They just want to make more money by bringing people as many times as possible! read more

I was recommended to Vida by an acquaintance when I complained about my husband's battle with back pain, shoulder surgery and constantly changing fitness injuries. She said this place was amazing and she had been going for a few years. I was reluctant but decided to give Vida a go when I also hurt my back a few weeks later. My husband and I started seeing Dr Vo for chiro. My husband reported 25% in added mobility and reduction in pain. He was able to go back to doing heavier weights at the gym. Over 5 sessions, I was able to correct my back pain (after 3 months I'm still in top health). Then my husband tried physiotherapy. He also saw an increase in mobility in areas that he was unable to correct on his own. Last week after a long break from Vida due to covid19, my husband tried massage and came home absolutely chuffed! His back pain eased up and he felt 100% better for approximately 3-4 days. I have long been a skeptic of chiropractic medicine. But a number of chronic injuries led me to Vida in Bellevue and Dr. LeBlanc. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. LeBlanc. In a short period of time she helped improve all of my conditions to the point of almost full functioning. She uses a variety of techniques that were very effective for me, not just traditional chiropractic adjust. In addition she is a pleasure to visit--friendly, down to earth while professional. I want to also add that the other providers I have seen at Vida on Dr. LeBlancs referral were also fantastic. Dan and Vin in physical therapy were also awesome and I know played a huge role in my recovery. I also highly recommend Kelli for massage. She is very experienced and I have benefited significantly from massage therapy with her. Everyone was incredibly kind from the front office staff to the back, absolute ripoff pricing that was hard to come by until after they had sent my bill off. I went for 2 chiropractor visits with one session of physical therapy, probably being VERY generous and saying i spent less than 15 min combined with the Chiropractor and 30 min with the physical therapist. They stuck me with a $750 bill. When I called them, they basically said "tough tits". I had been up front with them in wanting to get pricing but they were really dodgy and wouldn't give me any indication of what the cost would be continually telling me that every insurance is different. Had i known they would charge me $213 for 30 min of lunges and then $216 for a first time visit which doesn't include $150 for adjustments for issues i apparently didn't have, I would have skipped it and bought myself a plane ticket to Hawaii for the same price. (Also, that was $150 for each very short visit), i would have simply not gone. I paid $750 for them to tell me there's nothing wrong with me except my posture. Then when I called them up to ask how they sleep at night, i was told i'd have payed SUBSTANTIALLY less if i paid out of pocket (by which i mean that I am paying more money out of pocket going through insurance than I would have if i had 0 insurance). Will not be returning. The first provider I saw had poor follow-up. They use Quest labs and my insurance pays for Labcorp. There were issues gathering my labs from Labcorp. Late to begin appts and they were rushed. After three visits I was referred to GI for possible SIFO, GI dismissed me as they don't treat for SIFO it's not backed by scientific evidence (dr said). Were unable to find my underlying cause of chronic fatigue, I spent $800.00 on out of pocket on testing. I'm working with an iron specialist now and am hopeful for the first time in 7 yrs! read more

I get really well taken care of at Vida. A couple of general things that I enjoy about this facility are: 1. Always clean and organized 2. Friendly staff. They even call me by name 3. Pretty good about availability and making appointments 4. Can get multiple services at same locations The services I have used are massage, chiropractic care and physical therapy. The massage therapists know what they're doing. Not only are they very skilled and relieving tension in my muscles, but they're very attentive to where the majority of the discomfort is and making sure the right amount of pressure is applied for relief. I have seen both Dr. LeBlanc and Dr. Vo for chiropractic care. Both are very knowledgeable and help fix me up. For physical therapy I have seen Daniel Sim and his assistant Anita Anderson. Both have a wide variety of exercises that they teach me so I have the tools to recover. All the staff is very friendly. This is a one stop shop for me! read more
