If I could give 0 stars I would. This place SUCKS! Ever since Dr Vo left this place is trash. Don't waste your time here. The front desk smells like dog ass and the practitioners are horrible My whole family and I use to go here every week and I would go the last 16 months every month to hopefully see if they got a better Dr in there but never It's terrible and the last few times they have had dogs running around which spreads pet dander and is not clean . A million of thanks!!! What a carving group of people. I went in for an exam - it was quick. Got an adjustment the same day. I am one of the more extreme cases and was in a lot of pain, so the doctor was very caring and gentle. They have a follow-up schedule and what I didn't expect is one of the doctors to call me today to do a full review of my condition after treatment to see how well I am feeling. Usually you would expect, at most, at text message...but this was a personal call with a conversation. I am super grateful for that level of care and concern. The doctor urged me to come in right away and I got lucky to see the same provider as the one who called me. I am incredibly pleased and pleasantly surprised at the level of operations of Joint Chiropractic in Bellevue. I guess my customer service and care bar was low and they are above and beyond what I thought this monthly recurring service would be. Incredible services at unbelievably low prices! I first came here a few weeks back as I was having a lot of pain and swelling in my left chest area that my doctor couldn't answer. A friend had suggested possible rib subluxation and seeing a chiro, and I had nothing to lose, so I figured why not give it a try. From the moment I arrived, I felt extremely welcome. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and the receptionist was extremely accommodating and helped me get started. Once I finished initial paperwork, I met with a doctor who explained the process. He confirmed misalignment and set up a treatment plan and gave me some home exercises. It has only been 3 weeks, and the pain is almost completely gone. I am SHOCKED at how quickly they were able to relieve the pain, when seeing doctors for months did nothing. I still have a few more recovery sessions to go, but I am so glad I gave The Joint a chance and am able to enjoy the rest of my summer. I highly, HIGHLY recommend coming here and can't wait for my next appointment! read more

I've been hesitant to write this review since things were so good from 2021 - 2023, but ever since Dr Shand moved to AZ and things got more shuffled, it feels like "chiropractic roulette" in that the high quality is no longer a 100% chance but more like 75% chance of good quality each visit. I used to feel like I could stop by anytime and get quality service, but now have to play the odds. Granted the odds are still great, just not 100%. read more

Ive been a patient at the Joint for two months now and i have to say that this is the most enjoyable chiropractic experience i've had in my life. I've been treated by Dr Vo mainly and he's been great! Very attentive to my needs and sore spots. The best part is you get to just walk in anytime, don't have to make an appointment that doesn't fit your schedule. The longest i've waited was 10 minutes. Even the receptionist are professional! Leila was able to talk me through the different level of services that they offer and recommended one that best fit my needs. This is a new location for the franchise. Very neat and nice one. The doctor at this location is very profesional and patient. He listens to all the symptoms and gently starts popping the upper, mid and low vertebrae. If needed, he also looks at the hips and shoulders. He can also give you some exercises to do at home and start gaining strength or flexibility. There is not to many people waiting so you can be out very quickly without appointment in a very convenient location. read more

I found this "joint" out of desperation while my regular chiropractor was out. I had hurt my neck so bad I wasnt doing much on my days off and that needed to change. Not only did they schedule me for 30 min after my call, they were able to see me and give me instant relief. At this point i have seen all 3 amazing chiropractors at this amazing place, but EACH of them have special magic, combined, I'm back to my weird outdoorsy computer life pain free. I have a pretty physically demanding job and thought it should be time to really start taking care of myself if I want to look like Face App's prediction of what I would look like when I'm old, wrinkly but at least still smiling and the only that will still happen is if I take care of myself to be able to live life good. I've been seeing Dr. Rick Shand for my back and highly recommend it. Their business model is simple, instead of collecting from health insurance which my self-employed health insurance doesn't even cover, it's a membership fee that includes 4 visits each month. My membership is about $80 tax included, each extra visit is only $10 and you can visit at any of their nationwide location. They also don't take appointments, but it's really easy to drop in as you'll be done within minutes. This location is located at the Kelsey Creek shopping plaza. I've had friendly service from everybody every time I visit. Dr. Rick Shand is patient with answering any questions and makes you feel very comfortable. I was experiencing pretty crippling back pain and within 10 minutes of arriving I had met with the doctor, came up with a plan and was on my way to recovery. 2 visits later I was back to running daily and hiking. No frills chiropractic care. On one hand, I'm in and out in 5 minutes. It's convenient and it's always walk in with minimal wait times. However, all the doctors perform the same/similar spinal adjustments every time. I wish the doctors were better at listening and maybe offered some other services, type of care.. or anything else. Dr. Vo is the chiropractor I've seen the most amount of times for this location, and several other joint chiropractic locations and he is awesome! I explain what hurts and he does the adjustment and I let him know if something still feels tight or hurts and he will do some new adjustments to realign me again until I feel light a huge relief has been let off of my shoulders. I'm a barber so I need to get adjustments every week or so. Dr.Vo is thorough and very nice and to the point which is very nice for busy days! read more

So grateful to have found The Joint! Dr. Shand and his team are amazing chiropractors with an incredibly easy appointment plan. With the affordable monthly membership is great to be able to stop in whenever and I'm usually out within 10 minutes or less. I met Rick in their location at Redmond, when this current office in Bellevue wasn't open yet. I had a few bad experiences in a row with another therapist. Rick spends as much time as needed with you to find out what's wrong, and fixes it. I have to clarify that this sort of alignment has better results on the long term, as it avoids accumulative pain.
