BUYER BEWARE, THIS STORE TOLD ME THEY CANNOT PROCESS ANY RETURNS!…read more I visited this GameStop store July 11th, 2026 at approximately 3:40pm central time to make returns of items ordered online and also one purchased in this same store that I had received all within the past 4 days. First, the store associate told me the used products ordered online could be returned, but the new product purchased in store could not, even though the item was and is still sealed in the original packaging and never opened. Per the GameStop official policy, all of these items are eligible for return free of charge in store. Then the store associate told me that he could not process returns on any of the orders at all due to a system error the store has been experiencing for several months which displays every purchase as made in 2020, making them ineligible for return. My items were all purchased within the past week and picked up or delivered to me within the past 4 days. The store associate recommend I attempt to sell my items on the secondary market because he could not process returns. I contacted the GameStop phone support line, and they told me my options are either to pay $8.99 shipping per item to make returns or return them in store. I explained the situation with my attempt to return in store, and they reiterated that my options are the same nonetheless. I then connected the physical store's associate manager with the phone support line to discuss how to fix the issue, and the store's associate manager hung up on us. I contacted the store again, and they hung up on us once again. The GameStop phone support line then told me my options are the same and recommended I attempt to return my items in store again another day. This is unacceptable and not the advertised benefits of my GameStop Pro Membership. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. They will refuse returns if you have any issue at all, and claim it is a system error. They do not follow the official GameStop return policies.

Hey this price looks wrong ? And she goes * oh that's just taxes * Im like oh ok... I pay go home and find out she charged me for the protection plan? Screw you. I should have not took your word for it and checked the receipt the second I got it... but I trusted her on the spot. Horrible service every other time I visit. I regret every thinking its a good idea to walk in.
