I can't really comment on how well the American Artesian Well Co does their job of drilling…read morewells...but as far as being great human beings, at least one of them has got it right :) We were busy shoveling out after last week's snowstorm, when one of their guys drove by with a plow on the front of his truck. Without a word, he dropped his plow, and plowed away all of the snow blocking the end of our driveway and front walkway. What would have taken us about at least an hour took him one minute. I was so taken aback by the sheer awesomeness of this action, that I completely neglected to get his name. I did, however, get to thank him in person, and now I want to thank him again for everyone to see. So, thank you, mystery well-driller man. I swapped all the parts I needed from the old to the new and set the pump up in my yard. After a few hours of troubleshooting a pressure issue I called WWC for help. Recommend by a friend who uses them regularly I gave them a shot. We chatted over text and exchanged some photos so they knew what I was dealing with. After about fifteen minutes they were able to determine that it was a voltage issue with the pump that had been done by the manufacturer. I was able to switch the voltage and the pump worked perfectly. WWC helped out where the company I bought it from didn't really know how to help. I highly recommend these guys and will reach out for future needs

Called for service and Cliff said Justin would give a ring. 15 minutes later Justin called, asked for pics and then said he would be down. He texted when he was leaving to come and was there right about 1 hour later (the exact timing of the entire drive). Justin was great (polite and professional)...looked it over and discussed options and decided I needed a new tank. Only problem was I had company coming for the upcoming weekend and couldn't afford to wait to the following week to get it serviced. Justin spoke with Cliff and decided he would arrange his schedule to get the tank in. Said he would be down the next afternoon and showed up at noon the next day. Completed swap out with ease and we were back in business. Justin was so good, I left my young son with him so that I could take a few calls for work. He made it so my son felt like he was part of the job and he even quizzed him in math!!! I would go but I think by now you get the picture. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Checked systems out etc....got the old pump out and the giuy says yeah its gonna be $4,400. Yikes! That included the new pump and also a new pressure tank. THey are good guys and workers but the cost was high I thought for the parts and 2.5 hours of labor.
