I can only give the most positive review of WWC. Last spring I was unable to get my well started so that my residential irrigation system could begin running. For some reason the company I had been using claimed that my well had been vandalized over the winter and required very costly repairs. They were very slow to respond and my yard was turning brown. I was suspicious and I got a second opinion from WWC. I was assured no vandalism had taken place and a simple repair solved the problem. I have been doing business with Well Water Connections since 2014. With the water rates the way they are in Tewksbury, I had a well put in for my irrigation system (in 1 day) and it is the best money I have ever spent. My water bill is 1/3 of what it used to be. The crew at Well Water Connection comes out every spring season and hooks up my well pump to my irrigation system and I am usually the first on my street with my sprinklers operating and grass growing. Our irrigation pump failed, and John (the owner) and his son Nick worked very hard to figure out what caused it. They tested the well to ensure we had sufficient water (which we did). John heard a small vacuum leak in the wellhead, which probably caused the pump to lose prime and run dry. They replaced the leaky pipe and installed a new pump to replace the 17 year old pump that failed. They made sure there was no sand or iron in my water, and the best part is that I am watering my lawn without paying for water and sewerage to the town.
