A few weeks after we had them installed the first time a rock from the street hit one of the windows. I remembered the guarantee and called the company. They scheduled a replacement for the broken window at no charge - what value to this investment! This time we had a very ugly old garden window that we wanted replaced where there would be stucco work involved. We also had 9 other windows replaced on one half of our home that were the original windows from the 1950s. Eddy and Fidel came out right at 7 and worked so hard on one of the hottest days of the summer and finished everything including clean up by 2:30 in the afternoon.
