Bridal attendant was very sweet. We were the only group in the boutique at the time but felt a little rushed for the one hour appointment on a Saturday. Sample dresses to try on are smaller just an FYI. Obviously they will clip you but could be something to consider. Viero dresses are decked out n sparkle, fully beaded and even sparkle tulle or other fabric that brings in more glamor. So if that's your jam, definitely check out this designer. They are gorgeous and my sister actually got her dress from here years ago. read more

Viero Bridal is amazing! I wanted a short dress for my outdoor, elopement-style wedding. I really struggled to find many options at most wedding dress shops that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Viero Bridal worked with me to find an off-the-rack dress that was originally long with a high back and had a seamstress extraordinaire alter it to be short with a low back. The result was incredible and affordable. I absolutely loved my wedding look, and I'm so grateful for the work Viero Bridal did to help bring my vision to life (far more skillfully than I could even imagine!). ALL the stars possible - the Viero Bridal team is AMAZING!! I was going to wait until after my wedding to write a review but Tania just let me know that she is leaving this location to open up another Viero store in Miami so I wanted to recognize her before she left bc she has been so so so helpful. My sisters discovered Viero while they were dress shopping for their weddings and my youngest sister did a custom dress with them a couple of years ago and raved about the experience. At my first appointment, Tania immediately recognized me from my sister's appointments and was so happy to see me. I tried on THE dress at this appointment but wanted more time to try other boutiques. Ended up going back and saying yes to the dress and Tania was great about answering my questions and helping me choose color and size. The dress came on time as she quoted and I've had two really great fittings. Additionally, there was a MN cocktail dress that I fell in love with but they weren't selling it online in the color I wanted anymore so Tania offered to reach out directly to get it sourced for me. This will be my party dress and Tania coached me through questions about alterations for this dress too. I had the most amazing appointment with Marta at Viero Bridal! The shop is located in Ukrainian Village and street parking is easy. We had the whole place to ourselves and there was plenty of room for my co-shoppers. Marta let us look through all the dresses (some places don't let you look on your own or touch the dresses). It was nice to feel like I got to see everything. I tried on six dresses - each one more beautiful than the last! What I really loved about the dresses is that they have built-in corsets and bras. The effect is so flattering and more comfortable than I would have expected. They also had fun accessories to amp your look up - such as veils and these really beautiful boleros that can give you two different looks with the same dress. Marta was so wonderful to work with. The very last dress was her pick and it was perfect! It was something I never would have picked myself but she was able to understand my style and what worked with my figure and suggest something amazing! She even gave me extra time to try on an additional dress. I didn't end up purchasing my first time there, but I have a feeling I will eventually buy my dress from Viero when I'm ready to purchase! One tip: When you are out in the salon showing your co shoppers, there are big windows on one side. If you have someone taking pictures of you, be sure to get pictures that aren't backlit as it's less flattering and difficult to see the details of the dress. My sister took videos walking in a full circle around me for each dress. It took a little more time but they have been SO helpful after the appointment. Thank you so much, Marta and Viero! Do not purchase your wedding dress at Viero Bridal - Miami. Our experience was appalling. The boutique, which is in Sunny Isles, not Miami, is pretty and the salesperson, Tania, is pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. We ordered my daughter's wedding dress the first week of January 2024 for her wedding in late December 2024. At that time, we requested a lace sample to choose a fabric for a bolero to top her dress. The next few months my inquiries about the fabric swatches were met with complete silence. Phone calls, phone messages, emails were mostly ignored. We even messaged on Instagram since we saw that their Instagram page was active with frequent postings and still no response. Over the course of the next seven months I was stonewalled, receiving no response to multiple emails, phone calls and messages. I resorted to emailing a info@vieroweddingdresses.com a general corporate email, with no response from them either. In that email I included the lengthy email thread evidencing my attempts to communicate with the Miami store. I believe this message elicited a response from the Miami store. Tania wrote back with apologies and excuses. Twice I heard the lace samples were shipped but they never came. A "logistics department" became involved and still nothing. Met with more avoidance, In July I called the Viero Bridal store in Chicago where a very nice lady helped me, and I believe she got in touch with someone from the Miami store. It was then that I received an email and was told that the Miami store manager, Viktoriia, would be handling our order going forward. In August, we went for a fitting of the dress and the dress DID NOT CLOSE! There was a four-inch gap! My daughter is a size 6, athletic, and does not fluctuate in weight. This was extremely upsetting but we were assured that they could add fabric. How could this happen when measurements had been taken back in January?! The notion of adding fabric to a dress that had been ordered to her measurement was disheartening. And, of course, Still no lace samples for the bolero. We also learned at this time that Viktoriia, the manager, was no longer working at Viero. We waited a few more weeks for the lace samples and, again, heard more excuses.  At this point we considered purchasing another dress but, we had already invested 50% of the cost of the dress! By mid-September, with the wedding three months away and repeated excuses, we decided to take the dress as-is and cancel the bolero. We were fortunate to find an experienced seamstress in Miami that made the necessary alterations without adding fabric. We ordered a bolero from a reputable bridal boutique in Coral Gables. I have never been treated with such disrespect. The fact that we could not see fabric samples to order a part of the dress was disappointing but what was way WORSE was being completely ignored. I cannot fathom any business that just DOES NOT respond to a customer and not just once or twice, but repeated calls, text messages, emails, IB posts! We had already invested 50% of the cost of the dress!  We felt helpless! We felt frustrated!  I advise against doing any business with Viero Bridal! read more

Wow! What an incredible experience with Viero bridal. Through the entire process, the amount of care, passion, and respect for making a bride, feel confident, happy and secure throughout the entire fitting over the last year was extremely phenomenal. This team was a dream team. They made me feel at every moment that whatever I wanted that they could deliver and it was an honor to have worked with them. It's taken me over a year to write this review because it's so upsetting. The dresses in this place are very beautiful, and I ended up purchasing one. When I came in I specifically told them I wanted a dress with sleeves and was told any of the dresses can be made to my linking. I picked one without sleeves, and they told me in order to add the sleeves it would cost $250. I was amazed at how great that deal sounded, my dream dress, the way I want, and alterations only for $250, Sold! Little did I know what a nightmare this would turn into. I told them I needed the dress by September, and they didn't even start working on it until October/November. The first time I saw it, I was horrified! The sleeves looked horrible, something worse than I could have done myself, and I'm not a seamstress. My wedding was ultimately pushed back, which was good because I would have never had a dress to wear! It took them almost 5 months to finish this dress, and I wonder what I would have done if the wedding was in 3 months like I originally told them, and the whole reason why I bought a dress off the rack. After a bunch of failed promises and a terrible job on sleeves we finally put together a plan and the sleeves were made properly, and beautifully, even though it took so long (because apparently the seamstress had another job, which shouldn't be the customers problem). Then this is where the real scamming started, they took the original contract, crossed out $250 and put $750 for the charge of the alterations. HUGE difference. Even though their contract stated that the most they charge for alterations is $700. Now this isn't about the money, I can afford $700 extra, it's about the principal. They tell the customer they can do anything that you like, and give you a free veil, and alterations won't cost much extra. Then they end up taking twice as long to do alterations, so if you have a wedding date coming up soon, beware that you will be in nothing but underwear walking down the aisle. And when they finally finish the dress, they will change the contract and charge so much extra money, because they know at this point you will either leave the dress and your 1/2 deposit, or you will be forced to pay the extra money. The employees are scam artists, its a shame that they have such nice dresses. But i would rather buy a plane ticket to the other locations or to Ukraine to get the dress for half the price than deal with the dishonesty of the people working at this place. read more

This place is amazing! I can't say enough about everyone who works there and the dresses- so gorgeous. I flew in from LA (my parents live in Chicago) and figured I could try on dresses with my mom all weekend and finally see the dresses I had seen by Viero on IG. Tanya was amazing at coordinating my visit and when I had my appointment they also spent extra time with me because they knew how much I had been looking forward to this visit. I went to about 10 dress stores before this and found my dress here. Dream come true! Marta and the team at Viero Bridal are OUTSTANDING. If you're in Chicago and recently engaged I highly highly recommend you book an appointment. The whole process of booking an appointment, shopping, trying on, and buying was such an easy and wonderful experience. Truly every brides dream! The store is beautiful and clean and they have a great selection of gorgeous (what I would call) affordable luxury gowns. The ones I liked were around $3K with the one I purchased being just under that. You can really tell the difference in quality of materials and selection/ purchasing here. All of their gowns are unique and fashion forward with a ton of classic timeless pieces as well. (Not a single dress is dated, overdone or felt cheap.) The ladies also made me feel so comfortable during the process of trying on (which can be a bit awkward or embarrassing at first) and they assured me they're 'like nurses in that regard' and put me at ease so I could focus on the gowns. Something small but significant that the other stores I went to didn't do that Viero did was they took TONS of photos and videos from all angles so that I could have them for my memory and to send on to friends and family members for opinions. Buying a wedding gown is a huge decision and since most brides shop at multiple stores this was a great way to ensure I was remembering all the dresses and details correctly. I went to three other bridal stores before I went to this one. I thought I liked most of the dresses I tried on at other stores but I realized I LOVED all the dresses I tried on here. very similar pricing that other stores have except these aren't dresses by your every day designers that several other brides have. This is a great designer that maybe just a small handful of brides will have if that. I am one of two with the dress I picked! The girls in there are so incredibly friendly, it was almost sad to be done with my fittings. Felt like they had become a part of my big day. The alterations were fabulous and spot on. Even though I didn't end up getting my dress here, I loved a bunch of the dresses that I tried on at Viero! They are pretty customizable and if you want to add or change something small, they can do it for free (since they are all hand made). The staff was very helpful and knew what they were doing in terms of the many different bridal options! The dresses themselves were beautiful...I think they are made nicer than Pronovias and some of the other brands that have a decent amount of crepe / silk dresses (the majority of what I tried on). I have been obsessed with MillaNova for several years and I just needed to come here to see if these dresses were everything I thought they were and let me tell you they are even more beautiful that I expected! My consultant was Christina and she was AMAZING!! She picked out a few dresses for me to try on and my family picked out some for me as well. I tried on about 11 dresses and my top three dresses were all the ones Christina picked out for me! She truly has an eye for this and knows exactly what she is doing!! My experience here was not the best. When we walked into the store the consultant was working with a different bride which was fine because we where 15min early for my appointment, but when we walked in she just pointed to the couscous across the room and said sit. We sat while she finished up with the bride before us, a few girls that obviously worked there walked in from out side and walked right past us without a word. Finally it was our turn and the consultant (who looked like she just rolled out of bed) pulled a dress of the rack and said do you like this? She proceeded to do the same with 4 more dresses. We went into the one fitting room which was three walls and a wall of curtains which she didn't and couldn't keep closed very well. The first dress that she squeezed me into, mind you I'm a size 6, was about a size two. I couldn't breath and couldn't move and was so uncomfortable. I could see that between her mood and the way I was being squeezed into dress after dress that this wasn't going to end well. I felt very rushed as she was peeling the dresses off of me with no regard to my comfort. Then she left me standing there while she took her time to hang up one dress and then unzip another that I was going to get shoved into. 45min into the appointment she finally informs us that there are bigger sizes in some of the dresses that I was trying on. So I tried a few on just so I could see what they looked like without feeling like a sardine, but she yanked them tight against my skin and clipped it. I asked politely if she could loosen it, and she did but with a bit of a grumpy attitude. Bottom line, I didn't feel welcomed in this store and defiantly would not give them my money. I was not confident that they could order a dress in the right size or complete alterations to my satisfaction. The dresses are beautiful and well priced, but not sized for what I consider to be the average bride. read more

While I ultimately did not purchase my wedding dress from Viero Bridal, I had the absolute best experience here! I spent two weekends shopping for dresses, one with family and the other with friends, and Viero was one of the absolute best in Chicago and the suburbs. I went to at least 8 different shops which ranged from sample sale stores to high end boutiques, and Viero was truly the best of both worlds. They have an incredible selection at reasonable prices with a beautiful studio as well. Parking was easy to find right outside and we were the only group allowed to be in the shop which I appreciated during Covid in 2021. Best of all, the women who run the store are so warm, helpful, and not pushy at all. They made this experience so wonderful and I wish I could have given them my money! Stopped in last weekend with my bestie for her wedding dress search. The dresses here are gorgeous! Very ornate which we loved. Think "euro glam". The team was very welcoming and we were allowed to bring in champagne as the bride tried on dresses. My friend had a few favorites but didn't pull trigger because we had another dress appointment right after. However, we loved almost every dress she tried on. From the first moment I contacted Viero in my (extensive) search for a wedding dress, I was impressed. Tania gave me prompt and precise answers to the questions in my emails, she called me personally, and then she attended to me at my bridal appointment. I flew to Chicago from Georgia for this bridal appointment solely based on how well Tania treated me. I had a lot of confidence in her, and of course the dresses were so beautiful. I had been to a dozen stores before Viero, and I should have just started here. In love! I was so pleased to have come in contact with Viero. Viero Bridal saved my wedding!!! The first, last and only dress I had tried on was a Riki Dalal gown. When I had started my wedding planning I was living in Miami and had gone to a bridal boutique in the area that carried Riki Dalal. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on, unfortunately it was completely out of my budget ($7000.00 out of my budget). I was so upset and was on the hunt for a similar dress or a sample sale. I looked for months online and in Miami. It wasn't until I had moved to Massachusetts that I did a search for Riki Dalal boutiques in the area that I found Viero Bridal (New York boutique). I had called Viero inquiring about pricing and sadly told her my situation. She mentioned to me that she could rent me the dress if I was interested and just like a super hero she had saved the day (eh, my wedding). She sent me over a contract, took my payment over the phone, received my measurements for alterations and shipped me the dress in plenty of time for the big day. It was so simple and stress free. I received the dress 2 weeks before the wedding and had a slight issue with the alteration (I have big thighs). I notified Viero and she told me she would cover/split the cost of the alterations since it would be more convent for me to get the alterations done in MA. I also left on a surprise getaway right after my wedding and called Viero to ask about extending my rental date until I came back. She had no problem accommodating me and allowed me to ship the dress back when I was in town. Viero sent me her FedEx account information and I shipped the dress back free of charge as well! I can not say enough about how great this place is! Vira was so helpful and accommodating to our group. My friend and I were both shopping for wedding dresses, and she could not have made us feel more special. The whole experience felt like what you see in a movie; there were strawberries, chocolates, champagne, and cappuccino available and we were the only ones in the boutique so it felt very personal. Vira made sure to take the time to talk to both of us before we started pulling dresses so she could get a feel for what we like and what the style for each of our weddings were. The Riki Dalal dresses were amazing! They were all so beautifully constructed and unique. They are very flattering when you put them on as well, he definitely knows designs these dresses with a women's shape in mind. Other boutiques seemed weird about having both of us try on dresses and made us a feel a bit rushed. But Vira made sure to have enough time set aside for us. I even had the opportunity to try dresses on a second time after my friend finished with her choices. Vira really goes above and beyond to work with you to make sure that you get exactly what you want. They did not have a dress that I was interested in trying on available in the store, but I was able to meet up with Vira at a trunk show in LA the following weekend. I found a dress on instagram that caught my eye so I quickly googled "millanova" and found this was the shop closest to me. I booked my flight from California just to try on this gown! This is my first time trying on dresses so I was quite excited but didn't know what to expect. Christina was my consultant and she was awesome! Very nice and personable. I tried on my dream gown and it quickly became THE gown. I was in love, shock,awe, the entire spectrum of emotions. I'm quite picky so I thought that finding the perfect gown would be extremely difficult. In the end, the first gown I tried on, I bought. When I entered Viero Bridal and met Vira, I finally discovered my dream dress - something that I'd been searching everywhere for. She's smart, kind and has great style - a trusted opinion alongside my mother while making a HUGE decision!! I have been in love with Milla Nova wedding gowns for a few years now and when it finally came time for me to find my dress I knew that I had to find a place that offered them in the US. Luckily, Viero Bridal was one of very few places that had them in there stock so I quickly made an appointment. When I arrived with my large entourage of ladies in tow I was excited to see that they only work with one bride at a time. It was such a wonderful experience and Christina worked patiently with me as I tried on multiple gowns. Being in the business it was nice to have her opinion on the gowns as well as the rest of the people I came with since I wanted to find the perfect dress. This was the only shop I went to and I found my dress very easily, in fact, it was one of the few that I had been dreaming of seeing for years now and I was even more ecstatic knowing that it was being custom made for me! I will be back in for alterations in a few months and I have no doubts that I will receive even more great service from the ladies of Viero Bridal. I would most definitely recommend this Bridal shop to any and every bride that can make it into Chicago. You won't be disappointed and you won't find any of the cheaper and easily duplicated dresses that other shops have to offer. What an incredible experience! My friend and I are both getting married so we planned a trip to this shop so we could try on dresses. When we arrived Vira had champagne, strawberries and chocolates ready for our group. She was so incredibly helpful and laid back. She let us take our time and never made either of us feel rushed. Every dress in the store is simply remarkable. I wanted to take them all home with me! Every bride wants their dress to be unique and distinctive. That is exactly what the dresses at Virero are! Most of them are designed by Riki Dalal (and I can't remember the other designer Vira mentioned, but they were equally as impressive). One thing I loved is that the samples actually fit me (they were only slightly large on me but fit for the most part). I am 5'1" and 110lbs so many other dress shops have to clip the gowns in the back, which makes envisioning the dress difficult. The average price range is $4000-$6000. Most of the two piece dresses seemed to be about half the cost of the one piece gowns. If these dresses are in your price range this place is 100% worth a visit. Street parking is readily available right in front of the shop. read more

Had such an amazing day here today! Tanya R. helped me find my dress and did such a wonderful job with making me feel comfortable, confident and excited! She was soo kind and genuinely wanted to help and give her advice. I got the most gorgeous and unique dress here and because of her, I found something I would've never thought I'd be interested in. The whole boutique was reserved for just my two guests and I so it was super personal and we got to browse and pick out many different options.
