Combination pho bowl ( chicken, meatball, sliced brisket)

Came here for lunch while visiting our daughter & her boyfriend. Walked in and plenty of seating. We were told to sit where were liked and were promptly attended to. Our waiter was very nice, all smiles and friendly; knowledgeable on the menu too. We ordered and our food was promptly brought out . The food was fresh and delish. Perfect lunch sizes as well. Our waiter checked on us a few times and thanked us for coming in. We will return the next time we visit!

Absolutely loved everything. Crab rangoon was fresh and hot, and the wonton was thin and crispy. Spring roll was fresh and the peanut sauce was perfectly balanced. Pho came with meatballs, chicken, brisket, and steak; it was warm, fragrant, and delicious. Waiter was so nice and answered any questions.

What a great, new, modern and upbeat Vietnamese restaurant. Finally Vero Beach has a place to get a genuine banh mi sandwich! What a welcome addition. Service is very friendly and very efficient I had the combination banh mi (bbq pork, ham, pate) and it was amazingly good. Started with wonderful spring rolls. If you like Vietnamese food put Pho 95 on your Vero Beach bucket list.

The food was amazing & huge portions. Not expensive compared to most Pho places. Great, friendly family service. Will definitely go back!

They had a whole shrimp with the tail still on wrapped in a spring roll wrapper, plus a few julienned carrots and deep fried. The shrimp was overcooked and lacked that umami Vietnamese flavor. I expected something more traditional like minced shrimp with garlic, diced onions, carrots, fish sauce, and maybe mung bean noodles for texture and to help with moisture, then deep-fried for that crisp bite and perfectly cooked filling. The crispiness of the wrapper was on point! The pork banh mi was better. The roll was soft with a nice crispy exterior, and the pork was well-seasoned with plenty of pickled carrots and cilantro. I liked the fresh jalapeños instead of pickled ones. However, it missed a creamy binder like mayo, garlic chilli paste, and the use of a sub roll instead of a traditional baguette threw off the bread-to-meat ratio -- too much bread for the filling. Overall, it was okay for the price, but it didn't quite hit the mark for a classic banh mi. Vietnamese cooking is near and dear to my heart. It's one of my favorite cuisines to eat and make. If you've never tried Vietnamese cooking and live local, I would suggest giving this place a try. One thing to note, credit card fees are added to the bill. This time i paid in cash.

It felt like you were invited into a small home, eclectically decorated, for good dining. I was immediately seated and a server brought a complimentary bowl of ginger chicken and rice soup and a small plate of delicately cut vegetables and fruit-enough to 'amuse the mouth'. I chose the sushi combo ($15.99); six pieces of fresh fish and the chef's recipe for sticky rice. It was delicious. The California roll was very good as well. A side of cubed raw fish and raw vegetables were tossed in a sweet and sour marinade. I asked for extra pickled ginger but only a small amount was sided with the wasabi. The iced tea in a tall glass was refilled and was only so-so. The chef came out for a satisfaction check and a greeting. I promised a return to sample more of the lunch and dinner selections.

The waitress was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the complimentary chicken ginger rice soup, which was a nice touch. Started with a roll that hit the spot, then had the beef Pad Thai. Good portion, solid flavor, tender beef, and noodles cooked right without being overly oily. Lime and peanuts on the side let you adjust it how you want. Reliable, fast, and satisfying. A great option for a weekday lunch when you're short on time but still want something good. Would come back.
