2. Summer Rolls
Erica R.

Amazing takeout experience! I ordered the pho ga and some summer rolls and they exceeded my expectations. The summer rolls were massive and very good. The pho ga had fresh ingredients and some of the best chicken I've ever had in pho. Ordering on their website was super easy and everything was packaged in a way that made it easy for me to enjoy my delicious pho at home. I really enjoyed the experience!

I have ordered take out twice from this restaurant and I loved the food. I got the Yellow curry with rice, Pho chicken soup & crispy summer rolls. Everything was delicious and the portions are big, the crispy summer rolls portion is 2 rolls. Service seemed good as well as thr atmosphere of the restaurant.

Great Thai food. Best Pad See Ew in Charlotte! Friendly service too! The spring rolls are also really good

11. Red Curry (with Chicken)

I've been here on a few occasions and the food is hot and fresh every time. Let me start with this.... RED CURRY and Thai wings! That's it....that's the review! (Lol) The food is made to order so there's a little wait but it's never a long one. (Tip: Order via DoorDash and pick it up). And did I mention that it's affordable? Two Red Curry orders with Chicken and an order of Spring Rolls; $25. The spice is just right also if you like yours with a kick along with the proper ratio of chicken and vegetables.... you'll definitely catch me there! In the meantime, go check them out for yourself!

That's all the carrots I took out from their pad see ew dish.

How in the hell does this place get four stars? Their flavors, seasoning, meat is so off and dry. Had my friend ordered me some to go; egg rolls, pad see ew and pad Thai. First time in my life I have had pad see ew with chunks of carrots or even carrots. I have had pad see ew over 100 times easily. I don't even have the energy to write more but I wouldn't come here in person after trying their take out.

Drunken noodles to-go
Kelly A.

I really wanted this to be a great meal because there aren't many Thai options in my area! But, my chicken drunken noodle order was just not up to par. The best way I can describe it is that the small bit of flavor and seasonings that were added...they didn't get cooked into the meal. So, the chicken tasted like unseasoned chicken and the noodles tasted like they were just taken out of the boiling water. Also, the texture of the noodle was quite grainy and fall-apart-like, not that nice springy rice noodle texture that we expect in Thai dishes. Possibly, this one dish was a fluke and I'll try the pad Thai at some point, but I think it's safe to say they're not the best.

The service was friendly and reasonably fast given how busy they were. Now for the Stars of the show the Pho biet was amazing. Some of the best I've ever have. The broth was absolutely incredible. Very flavorful. The portion size is enormous. The picture is about 5% of the pho and maybe 15 to 20% of the rice dish. We split portions of both the rice is some of the best fried rice I've ever had beats anything I've ever had in Chinese restaurant apparently the Vietnamese use fish sauce instead of soy sauce. The beef was perfectly cooked the rice slightly aldente but perfect. The only problem is it's across town from me, but that's probably a good thing or I might be there three times a week

The restaurant has an eclectic, mismatched décor that felt more cluttered than charming. Combined with the sticky menus and food scattered across the floor, the space had an overall dirty feel. The pho was served with lemon wedges instead of lime. When I asked for lime, the server looked at me without saying anything and walked away. She eventually returned with lime wedges, so I assume she heard my request. The pho itself was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Service felt rushed, and the staff seemed too busy to be attentive. It gave the impression that stopping by our table was an inconvenience rather than part of the dining experience. Given the restaurant's strong reputation and glowing reviews, I expected a much better overall experience.

WARNING for potential customers:…read more So, me and my aunt came across this restaurant online seeing that they accommodate for gluten allergy with rice noodles in their pho. We drove to the restaurant and they were closed from 4pm-5pm (we arrived right at 5pm) I'm assuming this was a break for employees seeing as their hours are 10am-9pm. We we parked directly in front of the door watching employees come in for work. One of them had taken the "closed" sign off the door showing that they were now opening. This man in the photo proceeded to light a cigarette inside the restaurant closing and opening the front door to blow the smoke outside. We immediately left, because why would we want to eat or even walk into this place while this man was smoking inside the restaurant. Who would want to step inside this restaurant knowing that someone is smoking a cigarette inside this restaurant. The other employees in the dining room were watching this man smoke without a care. Imagine walking inside and immediately smelling cigarettes. If this man is allowed to smoke a cigarette inside their establishment, what else could they be doing inside that is not within restaurant cleanliness. Do what you'd like with this information but I thought it would be important to share this with others who are wanting to try this place.

Summer rolls, quail, noodle dishes, pho, and of course the beef and broccoli that I am constantly telling people to order. Once again, it delivered. Tender beef, great flavor, huge portion, and everybody at the table immediately understood why I keep talking about it. This is the kind of restaurant that works best when you order a bunch of dishes and let everyone try a little of everything tapas-style. The portions are generous and very shareable. The staff here is also genuinely helpful. They made recommendations for our table, checked in often, and kept everything moving smoothly even with a larger group. Another underrated bonus is the parking. They have their own lot, which in Charlotte honestly deserves appreciation all by itself. Easy access too, especially if you are coming from the freeway or busy parts of town. If you love Vietnamese food, this place is absolutely worth adding to your regular rotation. Great pho, great noodle dishes, friendly service, and consistently delicious food. Life is too short to not eat well. Get out there and eat your way through Charlotte.
