Mike came out on 5/8 to do an interior/exterior treatment, and WOW... these bugs didn't know what hit them!! That very night, I could tell the treatment was working. One roach was already stuck in a sticky trap, and another looked sluggish--until it crawled onto the ceiling and flew at me! (Yes, I found out the hard way that roaches can fly. LOL) Needless to say I stayed the night at my parents. When I came back the next morning, it was dead in a trap--and since then, I've found a few more dead roaches in traps and even some dead camel/cave crickets (bonus it's working on them!). He found the termites and we asked the sellers to consider using him to treat for them. They agreed and were just as pleased with him as we were. He was responsive, professional, courteous, on time, and did an outstanding job for us. To be specific, he catered to our schedule, completed the job, gave follow up emails with details, and shared how to be proactive in the future to protect our home. After we completed the termite (and other wood destroying insect) inspection/treatment, we signed up with Kevin for his annual (quarterly scheduled and unlimited call in request visits) pest control service. We've been here three months now and he has been at our "beck and call" ever since. Any time we have seen anything, he has shown up quickly and handled. He always wears his mask without being asked (which is a HUGE deal to us especially as so many people have stopped wearing them during the pandemic or scoffed at us for asking), he ensures he takes off his shoes or wears booties in the house to protect our rugs (again without being asked), and HE proactively emailed for our quarterly service. Additionally, he went above and beyond for our rodent control needs, as we did not want to use bait which slowly and painfully kills critters and can cause secondary kill on predators such as owls who may unknowingly eat poisoned rodents. We wanted to use quick kill snap traps when we heard what we believed was a mouse, and he came and set the traps, checked them frequently and we were able to catch the one mouse that was causing the sounds we heard. We also were having mole trouble in our yard, and didn't want to use snap traps that might be found by our little dog nor slow-kill bait, so he sourced a pet and environmentally safe repellant that we happily paid for (he only charged us cost) - and it works! On top of THAT, we could not find a decent spreader for the mole bait, so he indefinitely loaned us his. We also had trouble with an ant infestation that was disturbed when a plumber replaced our sink strainer/basket and we could not get them under control. He was willing to do fogging, etc. after the bait kept killing but was a little slower than he would have liked because of how large the ant infestation inside the walls must have been when disturbed. He was relentless and nothing but a perfect gentleman, without EVER showing signs of frustration at the many times he had to come out here. I mean, really, how many service industry people can you say all of this about? I can not speak highly enough about Kevin, his personality AND his business. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend him to anyone seeking pest control services, small or large.

Another crew later came out, claimed there were "no birds, just twigs," sanitized the area, installed a metal cover, and left. Now there are flies surrounding the covering, birds trying to get back inside, and we can still hear chirping and movement in the wall/vent area. Instead of fixing the issue, it seems they trapped live birds inside our home while creating an even bigger sanitation problem. Terrible communication, conflicting explanations, and a complete waste of money. Absolutely unacceptable.

The technician spoke with the occupant and advised him about the treatment as a precautionary measures. A direct treatment was made into the nest by the entry points and a broadcast treatment around the front of the house, cracks and crevices to avoid a recolonizing situation or future stinging insect nests. The technician did a thorough job. I didn't have to call the company a second time during the 45 days warranty period. Will hire again if I need to resolve a pest issue.

It's extremely frustrating to pay $500 for an incomplete service that only took the technician 40 minutes and did not get the job done. Subsequently, I persistently called, left voicemails and emailed for 2 weeks letting them know of my issue and they kept giving me the run around. It's unfortunate because they were so quick to get me scheduled to take my money but when I told them they obviously didn't do the job I paid for, they have been completely ghost. Because of the nature of the situation and the health hazard, I had to call another company to fix the faulty job they did. The new company is excellent, great customer service and I will recommend them to everyone with any similar issues as well as my HOA because we have wildlife issues is my neighborhood quite often. Companies like Jesse James do not care about customers... customers who work hard NOT to throw away money! I do not write reviews often so when I do it's because I value my dollar and do not want others taking advantage. Sadly, I was referred to Jesse James by another company who could not get to me sooner so I'll have to also let them know about my experience so others do not have my same fate! If you would've called me back or responded to my emails - had a conversion about any of this you would have heard the truth. Review our invoice that states exactly what we said no to - upcharges your technician tried to sell us for exterior gates around the vents. This is exactly why your customer service is horrible. You as the owner weren't even respectful enough to respond and let me know hey this is what my technician told me but what actually happened? Again, absolutely horrible - all around hands down despicable service and an even more terrible leader who would rather hide behind a computer and lie on the internet than face the truth!
