When I arrived, Tina was my massage therapist, and she did a fabulous job. I have severe lower back and neck pain from old injuries, so I requested medium pressure. Tina was spot on--I would describe the pressure as medium to strong, exactly what I needed. She also discovered a significant amount of tension at the base of my skull and applied firm pressure to both sides. That was an area I had never really considered, but it turned out to be a major source of radiating pain and headaches for me. Tina's technique was excellent, and her tempo and attention to pressure were just right. The facility was clean, peaceful, and quiet, with soft, soothing music playing in the background. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Garden Wellness Massage, especially if you're looking for a skilled therapist who really pays attention to where your body is holding tension.

I'm a younger millennial, which means that while I'm not that old yet, I do occasionally make…read morenoises when I sit down or get up. I'm not walking with a walker yet, but my body's become rather tense because of some physical hobbies I took up this year. So why not get a massage? Luckily, Gardens Wellness Spa has a "Sports Massage" which combines different types with massages with stretches for the arms, chest, and legs. It was nice that I was able to get an appointment so quickly when I went to the website. It took less than an hour from booking the appointment to being on the table. Parking was ample, and the front staff was pleasant and welcoming. I was escorted to a dim room and given instructions to prepare myself before the therapist comes in. My massage therapist came in, introduced herself, and got to business. By the end of the session, I felt slightly better. The stiffness and ache in my back was definitely still present. But I wasn't expecting a full recovery after a 60 minute sessions so I didn't mind. I appreciated that she really tried using pressure on the back by literally using her entire body weight, because most of the massage therapists I get are significantly lighter than me, so I don't really feel much when they try to get the knots out. That being said, it would be nice to have an option online for a male therapist as I could have used more pressure on my back. The portion where you can book with certain staff members are only labeled as 'Therapist' for all the options. I understand from a privacy-focused perspective why they'd do that, but I never know who I' getting when I book with them. Decent service, would come back again if needed.

A thirty plus year journey for me to find wellness has been found. Thank you Nancy From the start I felt I actually found a therapist who may help me, and during COVID of all times. It appears it took a pandemic for me to find the right therapist! I honestly did not believe I would find success on this journey at my age, but I now believe I have a positive future, and I firmly believe healing can happen as long as you do the work, and find someone who knows how to work with you and more importantly, find ALL your root causes as Nancy has done with me. God really works in mysterious ways. Amazing stuff for me. Nancy figured out I was a mess pretty quick so we began weekly sessions, and to this day, there has never been a session that is the same. Each week something new was found and worked on, eventually each year something new was introduced to help us continue progress with my wellness journey; Theragun, to a Bamboo Stick AKA Sheila (I hate Sheila. Shh), and at that point, I happily became a case study for her sister, Ms Hillary who is a future Physical Therapist in training. That was very rewarding to actually have a licensed massage therapist and a future physical therapist in training, assisting you on your wellness journey. We had a few sessions which provided me deeper understanding as to just how bad my condition is. Thank you Doc for allowing this too. So Grateful. In my thirty plus year journey for wellness, I have been thru five chiropractic programs (each a minimum of 3-6 months), two acupuncture programs (one program for 5 years), two orthopedic surgeons (no surgery), one physical therapy program, numerous medications, countless massage therapists and alternative eastern treatments; all satisfied the issues in the moment, but did not even come close to figuring me out, or even trying to figure me out. Timing is strange, but one thing for sure, Nancy is a healer. My wellness journey is far from over, but the ever difficult mystery to find a therapy center with the best massage therapist to support my mission has now been solved as we are looking forward to "maintenance" massages very soon.

The owner, Ben, explained how it works, gave me advice to use the earplugs and the head rest for a better float. When you first get in, it's a bit challenging but once you get the hang of it, it's very relaxing. Give it a couple of tries before making the decision that it's not for you. I've signed up for membership since this is now my "me" time, my hour of peace. You owe yourself some R & R and this is a good place to start!

Unfortunately, this was the worst massage I've had here. The massage therapist used way too much pressure than was needed and was too aggressive. She also focused on techniques and areas I specifically mentioned I didn't want and did not focus on what I requested, which made the session uncomfortable. The head massage was also not what I expected. Instead of an actual massage, she mostly scratched my scalp the entire time. When she worked on my neck, the pressure was extremely intense and she squeezed so hard that it honestly made me feel worried something might get injured. Another issue was that when the massage oil dried up, very little was reapplied, so there was a lot of uncomfortable friction during parts of the massage. Unfortunately, I left feeling more sore and in more pain than before, which was really disappointing since I was hoping to feel relaxed and relieved afterward. * FYI - The massage therapist I had on 3/7/26 had black, kind of frizzy hair, and wore a light grey sweatshirt and sweatpants with black sandals.
