This review is late, but at least I'm writing it :) Better late than never. I moved from Utah to Los Angeles 8 months ago. So, I need all possible services for settling. Obviously, I needed a car too, so started looking for some car leasing firms. Came across Viking motors. I checked out their office, did not plan to lease the car immediately, I was just looking for different options. I had already checked some other options before in vain because they either couldn't find the car I wanted, or prices were too high. But Viking surpassed all my expectations. Firstly, I want to note that their service and approach is really nice. The moment you walk in, they try to make everything comfortable and satisfactory for you. The guy that was helping me was extremely friendly. His name was Andrew if I remember correctly. Right from the beginning, he tried to find the best option for me. It seemed that he really wants to help, not to get the deal whatever it takes. And to my surprise, he found exactly what I wanted with a super cheap price. I couldn't lose that opportunity and asked to lease that one. The documentation part was very easy and smooth too. They did most of the stuff, so I basically just signed things. The whole process took just two days. Two days later I was already driving my new BMW. Honestly, after becoming a dad somehow I just stopped caring much about luxury cars, now I am thinking more like a family guy, LOL)I'm more inclined in choosing the cars that are more convenient and safe for kids. To be honest, for me not only deals and prices are important, but the quality of the service as well. I have used services of some other leasing firms before, but the reason I didn't go back to them is their rude and unfriendly service. To illustrate let's imagine you're served the tastiest cake ever, but the person who serves it just drops the cake on the table and yells at you. You probably wouldn't want to eat it, right? In a word, the friendly service is #1 criteria for me, I'm even ready to pay more, but instead, recieve decent service. Viking motors has no issues with that. I'm not sure what the other companies suggest to their customers cuz my first and the second deals were with Viking Motors. So I just want to start my review with the words of appreciation. I've heard about Viking motors' smart lease, but I didn't know that have luxury cars for rent. A few month ago when I was in the hustle for my brother's wedding and was looking for a luxury car rental, one of my buddies advised contacting Viking motors.So, it was an opening for me. But before that, I've already managed to get disappointed a couple of times and my God, those prices... Anyway, when they introduced their cars and conditions all in detail in Viking motors, I felt so relieved. And the condition of their cars is really really great. I really like surprises. The other day my babe bought a car for me and proposed to me. It was so sudden, I really didn't expect it but it was a very sweet and heartwarming moment. Of course I was happy that my boy had tried at least to please me, however, I didn't enjoy the car's color. That is an understatement that girls mainly have an eye for pinkish shades but I'm not that type. I am more inclined to dark colours. My bae is not on Yelp, so I am writing down his opinion. As for the service, the staff in Viking motors did their best to make it easy for us to get a car. They were really quick and productive in the process. It has always seemed something unmanageable for me to own a vehicle but fortunately, these guys did it. I'm not used to driving the same car for too long and when I say too long I mean for more than a year lol.
