Wow, the facility is really coming back beautifully after the fires. We stayed the weekend in the…read moreCreekside Caravans and it was a treat! Amber, the weekend manager, was amazing at getting us settled - the first caravan we were in had a minor issue with water pressure, but Amber got us moved to fully functioning unit in no time (and even offered to help schlep our stuff!). We slept like logs listening to the creek gently babbling all night, and the STARS at night! Amazing! The variety of water temps is fantastic, the steam room and dry sauna are ideal, and the locker rooms are new and roomy. We'll be back!

Their waters are treated with ozone and peroxide... naturally, and the soaking pools use natural hot spring water. I suggest going from the hot water to the cold by the river, back and forth, being in the meditation of this rhythm with nature. I've been visiting these sacred grounds for the past 20 years. It's great to see Harbin grounds coming back into flow more and more. Praying they rebuild the yoga dome. This is a healing retreat, clothing optional at the pools, with a membership fee and rules to follow, so be respectful when you go. Sure, the place changed a lot after being completely burned to the ground-- so many years were spent making it what it was, and it was the layers of the years and the attention to details infused in the process over those years that had made the grounds and dwellings of Harbin so amazing. Now, much of that has been replaced with trailers and such. But the pools, specifically the hot and cold, are the same; the coy fish too, and some of the domes. Make sure your expectations are aligned. Less complaining, more appreciation. That said, the prices have gone up significantly for daily rates since the fire, and that's a bummer.

This was the worst vacation I have ever had. The place was nasty and when I say nasty I mean nasty…read more I have been coming to this place for 20 years and it is truly underwater now. We weren't able to check in until after 6 o'clock even with the Covid tthe manager and the owner Jody and her son Jason are crooks. She tried to blame everything that was wrong with the place on the people that are staying downstairs. It took us 15 minutes to be able to get inside after the sixth after the 6 PM check in and we had to kill flies. There were no blankets on the bed bed and we didn't get any blankets. They dropped blankets off in the carport at about 2 AM in the morning.. The pictures tell at all do not waste your money going to this property they are crooks. I will be reporting them to Lake County health department on July 20, 2020.

I came to clearlake last month and stayed at a different place and it was a terrible experience. Jodi was able to have the rental cleaned in a timely matter so that I can change my reservation on the same day. I should have come here in the 1st place its so peaceful. I have stayed in the Cabana as well as the Honeymooner both were great! I am coming back again soon :)

This time was also my first time enjoying the salt lounge. It took a minute for my brain to quiet and full enjoy it but it was much needed after a crazy busy and exhausting week. I have been trying to give my body and mind the TLC they so desperately crave while being on a big project at work that makes my brain crave peace and quiet as soon as I log off so this was perfect! As always the staff were wonderful and attentive and I felt so relaxed and refreshed after. I can't recommend visiting Asha enough. Also, the price for 2 hrs is amazing! Thank you for another wonderful time and looking forward to visiting again! Pro-tips: -Bring two towels (the extra one for sitting in the sauna/steam rooms is ). -An extra bag/trash bag is essential for your wet items. -Make sure to hydrate before and during, but also..have a water bottle waiting in your car when you're done. -Bring lotion!

One thing I personally didn't love was that there wasn't a separate changing area/space for women and men, especially since the changing space itself felt a bit tight. Other than that, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the experience. My absolute favorite part was the salt lounge--what a beautiful and calming space to meditate and unwind. The lounge chairs/recliners were incredibly comfortable, whether you wanted to sit or fully lay down. I also got a massage, which was lovely and added to the overall relaxing experience.
