Eddie came to check my Septic tank cause the leach line wasn't draining. The crew got down to work checking the system and they camera the line as far as it would allow and told the leach field is too old and need replacing. We discussed options as he told me over the phone he could hydro jet it but he couldn't guarantee the longevity of the fix as it's only a patch that may last a week, month or if I was lucky a year. So he told me the best option was to install a new leach line which he said with my soil I would only need a single line 50 ft long. I was surprised by that be cause most leach fields I had were multiple lines. So he's coming back next week ( after he pump my tank till his truck was full ) to install the new line. Great team, from the office to the pumping team! Our septic tank was as clean as new! I recommend adding service risers if your tank lids are below ground level, so you don't have to dig them up every 5 years. Saves the labor cost or efforts to dig them up to pump the tank. read more

My septic was not pumped. Call Viking on July 2020, thy came did the job. Year later I smell septic gases in the house, checked the pipes with the camera, called Allard septic. When they opened my septic it was full not pumped more than 5 years. Allard checked my leach field, it was working. As well Allard told me than according to the county last time my septic was pumped 2011. After my septic was pumped properly the smell is gone. read more

Save your money and call someone else. They never cleaned our system properly at all. They tried to charge us double what they originally quoted us and they still left our septic dirty as you can see in our pictures. The owner's attitude totally changed for the worst when he knew we were not buying his lies. He tried to explain that his machine sucked about 1900 gallons into his tank and had to charge way more but our system is only 1500 gallons. That was the first red flag. I explained how is that so and his answer was you would be surprised. We felt that he was disrespectful, dishonest and not thorough with his job at all. We are also buisness owners and we would never treat our customers the way he did with us ever. As you can see, we still have our septic dirty when that was the service that we had requested from the beginning because it was almost full and it's still not done. 11 months ago we called Viking to empty our 1500 Gallon Septic Tank. They responded and we left for an appt trusting them to empty it. Paperwork showed it was. This past weekend our house backed up. Roto Rooter found the tank overflowing. They advised it needed pumped again. We called Viking but got no response. Had to use Greenline. They verified our leach fields were active and cleaned it out. There are only 3 people in our house. No way could we fill a 1500 gallon tank in 11 months. After all it was 5 years from our house purchase when we called Viking to empty 11 months ago. We tried to reach Viking to tell them the job was not done 3x, but, have had no response other than be told that we needed training on our leach field from the office person. She said they would have emptied it yesterday for free if we had called them instead of Greenline. Well we did! I really dont believe they pumped it 11 months ago. It may be my fault for not standing over them while they did the work. It may not be the Viking owners fault because he had three workers say they did the work. BUT, i find it all unbelievable. Good service! Costs are based on tank size so I was phone miss quoted a lower price than I was actually charged because I had a larger tank. I also said I needed an inspection which the workers did not know about so that added to the bill. The worker kept asking me if I wanted to "look" and see how full the tank was...errrr NO thank you. read more

Save your money, charged us top dollar and didn't preform any of the jobs that they listed and charged us for on the invoice. Double check their work before they leave, because most likely what they said they did, they didn't do. Hope this helps. read more
