We moved in 5 weeks prior, and had to have the Roto Rooter people service and repair our main drain line. During the process, the septic tank needed to get emptied ASAP. I called Tom's, and spoke to Lucy. She was very courteous, and quoted very high, including an emergency call fee. She explained that this was to cover all possible costs, since it was an Emergency Call, and there were many "unknowns." Jose came out within 1/2 hour. He got our septic pumped, and shared that there were few solids, which meant that it had been emptied recently. He inspected and reported that the tank and leach field were in good order. The job was done in a timely, professional manner. Jose and Lucy gave us a bill that was reasonable, and it included a discount as a gesture of relief, due to our circumstances. They told us that they considered our situation, and it warranted the price we were charged. I cannot thank the staff of Tom's Septic Tank enough, specifically Lucy and Jose, for coming to our aid - on a Friday afternoon, at the last minute.
