So we went to the store told the lady what happened and she said did you purchase a warranty i said we didnt but i was told were within the 6month window and should be covered. She said no you have to buy the warranty separate but if you service now it can be added additional $170* i said no were fine then thats not what we want then this other guy stepped in and instructed the lady helping us that no within the 6mo warranty to service and check the ring all the have ti pay is the $50 and will replace and service the missing stone, as he was walking the lady through it still all confused on how to do what the guy was telling her finally the husband paid the $50 to replace one small ring and said will be ready 10-15 days or so.. After certain days got an email stating that it was ready for pick up so the husband went pick it up while i wait in the car took him awhile because another lady tried to charged him $$$ again... I mean why is not everyone aware of the warranty they have instead of keep trying to charged us more, such a bad experience. The ring band we bought was $700 something its not worth it to put no insurance on it it so small and dainty we just bought it online just to have a band to exchange for our quick ceremony because we already have the ring. We bought this ring around july wore it on mid august, mid october a stone was already missing....

The promotions sounded great in marketing, but in-store they came with so many conditions that it felt deceptive rather than transparent.

Troy was very helpful in quickly tearing down, assessing, fixing, and returning our drill from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, saving us the cost of a full replacement. Due to the difficulty of even finding parts for this brand most repair shops turned us away to even have our drill inspected. Troy offered a free upfront inspection over the phone, taking on the risk that the drill was beyond salvaging which fortunately it wasn't. I highly recommend him and the APCO North Las Vegas team.
