However, I trust that buying fish this way supports your local fisherman, is ethical, and is much fresher than what you'd ever get from the grocery store (most likely frozen before) My friends and I decided on tilefish as we all have never tried it. It did NOT disappoint. It had a nice "chew" to it, and it picked up the flavors of lemon, salt, pepper, and blackening seasoning so well. Wifey ordered the Broiled Shrimp meal, daughter had the Grilled Shrimp meal, and my son and daughter's boyfriend both ordered the Grilled Atlantic Salmon meals. We all really liked our meals. Wifey had a fried flounder sandwich that was too much for her (so I got about 1/3 of her filet!), but she loved it. I had the premium crab cakes and started with a dozen little necks. The little necks were really small so I was a little disappointed in the serving size, but the crab cakes with fries and 1/2 a corn on the cob filled me up.
