Then we ordered a simple meal: a few chicken tacos, pork tacos, and an order of chicharrón. Somehow that still took 30-45 minutes, and the order was missing items when it finally arrived. That's crazy for an order of 4 chicken tacos and 4 pork tacos. The tacos honestly weren't even that good either. The only thing that was actually good was the chicharrón. People always say "good food takes time," and sure, that's understandable when a restaurant is busy. But this place wasn't even halfway full. It didn't work and you lost a dining room of possible repeat customers tonight. Some left in the middle of service, some complained, some sat and abruptly walked right back out. Owner, get it together and maybe be a bit more hands on. Don't leave your hard working staff that is willing to show up understaffed and underprepared. Your profits took more of a hit with your staffing decisions tonight. I'd expect compensation on a $325 bill for the level of service and timing of service received.
