It didn't work and you lost a dining room of possible repeat customers tonight. Some left in the middle of service, some complained, some sat and abruptly walked right back out. Owner, get it together and maybe be a bit more hands on. Don't leave your hard working staff that is willing to show up understaffed and underprepared. Your profits took more of a hit with your staffing decisions tonight. I'd expect compensation on a $325 bill for the level of service and timing of service received. It is one of my favorite things to get there, I have never tried the large because the small is more than enough for one person, and it's only $13. It comes loaded with ground beef, cheese, tomatoes, scallions, and green peppers. The crust was crispy and delicious. My husband ordered the taco salad with grilled chicken. He said it was really good; but could have used a bit more dressing. (He added lots of salsa to it.). The margaritas were just $7. I can't say enough about how fast the service was. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Our server, Josue, approached the table as soon as we sat down. Drinks and dinner all came out quickly, plus Josue came by to check on us often. The host, server, and bartender all very attentive. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and for happy hour seating we were moved to the bar area, which was no issue at all.
