When I pointed it out, they simply said it was a 'minor cosmetic issue' and offered a small discount as a solution. They couldn't replace the tires because they didn't have any others of the same type in stock. My invoice is attached as confirmation that I'm a legitimate customer. Considering the price I paid and the additional service fees, this experience was extremely disappointing. I also emailed them afterward and never received any response. I expected honesty and accountability, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I went online and signed up for the tire alignment. I get to the shop and they agree it is a tire alignment. I get phone call 1 hour later asking why I dropped off the car after I was clear. They hang up and call me 1 hour after saying they found nails in my tire. I have a full report every WEEK from Hyundai Blue Link stating my tire pressure is fine but on this fine day there is a nail.
