When I pointed it out, they simply said it was a 'minor cosmetic issue' and offered a small discount as a solution. They couldn't replace the tires because they didn't have any others of the same type in stock. My invoice is attached as confirmation that I'm a legitimate customer. Considering the price I paid and the additional service fees, this experience was extremely disappointing. I also emailed them afterward and never received any response. I expected honesty and accountability, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I did not get a final price, so I called and spoke with Lazaro, he told me that the appointment was not showing in the system, to call back in 15 minutes, called again, someone else answered and gave the total amount due. I took my car and everything seemed to be going well when suddenly, when all the tires were taken off my car. I was told that the tires that the computer suggested for my car, given the model, engine size, year, etc, was NOT the right size and that I would have to purchase a MORE EXPENSIVE tire. They suggested an alignment as well which I decided to purchase, that meant more $$$. But when they told me a much higher amount, I lost trust and felt as if they didn't know what they were doing because the guy that was taking the tires out should have said something before taking all the tires off. Plus I was told by Lazaro that the computer made a mistake????? I told him that if there was an error in the system, they should correct it because it is misleading. I lost trust and they have lost me, and everyone else I know. I live in the area and will make sure everyone that I know does not make the mistake of going there. Sorry, but I wasted time. Also, I was told that my battery had to be changed and other things needed like oil even though I just had the car serviced 2 weeks ago. Specially the oil was changed. it's a shame that customers have to go through this. Please train your staff. They need lost of customer service and knowledge about their products.
