Five stars hands down. I have been going to this Tire Kingdom about half a year now and I have never had any problems. Heck, the employees here have gone out of their way to get to know my car and me. I first went in to get a tire replaced after having a flat and not only were they quick, efficient, and attentive, but they advised me on what tire replacement to get and when to replace the rest of my tires for the best price. I soon ended up replacing the rest of my tires, and most recently, I went to get my car checked out on me as it randomly died on me only to come alive once more. It ended up being the battery, and so, that was replaced and my car drives as good as new now. Best thing, too, is that this happened on the 4th of July, a federal holiday, and they were open! Yes, they were open! Talk about service! Something I also appreciate about this Tire Kingdom is that if an employee says they will call you, they actually do. Months ago, I needed to return to Tire Kingdom on a separate day and Charles not only called me back once, but he called me twice to make sure we were still on. I thought that was dedication. The other employees I have dealt with have been Henry and Rolando. Both are sweethearts and they will make sure to not only help you at top speed but with downright accuracy. Rolando, in particular, never forgets a voice, and more amazing still, a car - he is the epitome of a great mechanic. I was astounded how well he remembered what work my car has had done. Needless to say, the next time I need any car repairs, this Tire Kingdom is my to-go auto shop because I know that my car and I will be treated like royalty! read more

Well well well, Back again. So you can look at my first review and then come to this one. So mind you I have been to this tire shop before with the SAME car back 3/4 months ago. Had a very bad experience but the tire service was good BUT the CUSTOMER SERVICE was terrible. Thought we would give. They a second chance and totally regret it. Don't come here unless you just want shitty service and liars. February 2 ,2025) We got a nail in the tire called to make sure they could fix it they said yeah and we came in. This was early 9am in the morning when it's not busy, they look at his car that they have ALREADY worked on before and said no I can't do it. Your tire is too nice and don't want to scratch it. So my husband said to tell me you are a tire shop and you can't fix my tire. Then the employee goes to tell him that THEIR equipment is FAULTY and they can't do it. The worker didn't seem to care and was LAZY and did not want to work on his car. He also asked him his name so he can tell the manger (if you would like it you can DM me and I can give it to you. ) Fool me once shame on you. Tire alignment. I brought in my car for a Tire Alignment. I have a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe that is under warranty but did not want to drive to the dealership. I went online and signed up for the tire alignment. I get to the shop and they agree it is a tire alignment. I get phone call 1 hour later asking why I dropped off the car after I was clear. They hang up and call me 1 hour after saying they found nails in my tire. I have a full report every WEEK from Hyundai Blue Link stating my tire pressure is fine but on this fine day there is a nail. I requested to not touch the nail. I am having this removed by a professional but would NOT recommend these guys at all! read more

That's usually, what... a five-minute fix? Well, after sitting there for well over an hour with zero updates, someone finally emerged to let me know that apparently, my tire was beyond saving and needed to be completely replaced. Interesting diagnosis for a tire that isn't even 6 months old. But wait--it gets better. They quoted me $32 for a patch and some air. Not even a gold-plated patch, just regular, everyday air and a basic fix. At that point, it felt less like a service and more like a comedy skit, minus the laughs. And after I declined the generous offer of buying a completely new tire for no reason, it took another 15+ minutes just to get my car back. Oh--and if you think booking an appointment helps? Think again. I watched multiple people with 10 a.m. appointments slowly realize that "appointment" here is more of a suggestion than a commitment. Please update your operating hours to reflect that they apparently close whenever the fuck they feel like and they felt like closing at 5:50pm when they're supposed to close at 6pm. I ended up leaving with oil change, 2 new tires and brakes $800+ Less than 3 weeks later, I noticed in stop and go traffic the car is squeaking and vibrating when I brake I took it back in August 30th, 2023 and told them they just just my brakes and this was occurring and they said "that doesn't sound like the brakes" and I instantly knew they were full of it, then after 2-3 hour wait they said "it was the master brake cylinder" and would cost another $680+ and that "they were working out a deal for me to help me out" I immediately left August 31st, 2023 I took my car to OK Tires of Pompano and informed them of everything and they said Tire Kingdom didn't do the brakes right on 7/31 and they physically showed me what they did wrong and what little had to be done so that my vehicle could be driven safely and the total $225+ I was there for 2-3 hours read more

He warned that even if a store shows "available today", it's always best to confirm before showing up. His insight saved me time and frustration also provided a fair price for the value and quality of the product installed. I truly appreciate his knowledge and professionalism! I was pleasantly surprised that Tire Kingdom now makes appts and matches other vendors prices. Now for the bad news, they booked me for an 11:00 appt. When I arrived they tell me they are short staffed and it would be a while. I expected to wait about an hour and a half. But then I called my ride and left. I came back at 2 and it wasn't done yet. No one informed me that they were running low on staff and that it would take longer than expected. And no one informed me that if you bring your tires in to be installed that it would cost more. STRAIGHT UP THIEVES - My radiator fan and the AC fan that cools the engine stopped working and my car overheated out of no where, so I went around to get a few quotes on the issue nearby my house. Long story short- we live near Tire Kingdom and went by to get a quote (and even after telling the technician that my boyfriend is out of work and we were really hurting for money). I paid for a $30 diagnostic test, and I even asked them to check the fuses and relays to make sure it wasn't an easy fix, and he came back with a quote of $982.61 to replace both the radiator and A/C fans and had the audacity to act as if he was giving us a deal and offered us "his prices" on the parts we "needed". I uploaded the invoice for everyone to see all of the extra crap they sneaked in that was not needed at all ($100 for a coolant fluid exchange; $440 for parts; and $472 for hours of labor). I got a second opinion and as it turns out -- the ONLY issue with the car was the the relay to both fans was broken (the fans worked perfectly fine but the electricity wasn't getting to it). To replace the relays cost around $20 for the tiny piece (photo attached) and it took less than two minutes to fix. I've never been so disgusted when I realized how much this company tried to rip me off, for almost $1,000 dollars, especially in these hard times for everyone! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE.. These guys charged my 1,400$ to replace a radiator and the lines coming immediately out of the rad to the transmission and engine. 600$ of parts and 700$ in labor when they didn't have to remove the front bumper for my particular car. For those of you who don't know, Radiators are ~60 dollars locally and are held in with a few bolts so the numbers should do the talking. The reviews that bring up the bait and switch mentality of this shop are accurate and should be listened to unfortunately. They went ahead and added 200$ dollars of services without my knowledge and charged me for a full coolant exchange on top of the 330 dollars for a radiator and the respective labor time for the replacement. This is one service not two. Even with this very apparent double charge for one service, they could not wipe down the anti-freeze covering my engine bay that THEY left when removing the radiator. With COVID-19 the customers ability to get multiple quotes for something like this is reduced. Do yourself a favor and take your car to your dealer. Won't cost you anything extra and will save you major headaches I will have to pay to replace missing clips that hold the splash guard beneath the engine as well as have my carpets professionally cleaned. read more

I went in to have 4 tires replaced due to the recommendation from the dealership but I didn't want to pay dealership price so I scheduled an appointment with tire kingdom. Upon arrival and inspection of my tires the salesman told me there was no need to buy 4 brand new tires that my rear tires were still in great condition . When she gets there I talk to the guy at the counter by phone because I could not go in person and let him know that all she needsnis 2 tires balanced and mounted. Jason and the rest of the guys were getting slammed this morning when I arrived. Regardless of the situation they managed to all keep positive attitudes. I especially like competent workers that are eager to help you because I am always uncomfortable in car places. Not the case here. I was instantly at ease. In a city where scammers and thieves are the norm in every industry, what happened to me at this location is truly a miracle. I had called this store to make arrangements to have my rear brakes done. I had been advised by another nearby shop (Green's Automotive) that they were in dire need of being replaced at a cost of $540. I had replaced all of my tires previously at Tire Kingdom so I decided to get an estimate for the rear brakes from them. The phone estimate came in $200 less than the the one from Green's Automotive so I made an appointment. Upon my arrival, Nick met me and proceeded to walk outside to take the info from my car. While he was there he visually inspected by tires and my brakes, which can be seen from the outside, and advised me that the brake pads still had over 50% life on them and the rotors were good. I did not need brakes...I was floored. Here was a man who could very easily have just taken my info and made some fast money yet he didn't. He did the right thing. Upon reading this some may think that he did his company wrong by not selling me something I did not need but that would be a mistake. This man's actions have now guaranteed that I will take every car I own to him for any service they can provide. In the long wrong, it was a brilliant marketing move on his part. More importantly, he reminded me and us that there are still strong honest men left in South Florida that value honesty and hard work over a quick buck. read more

It's hard to get excited about a tire place and maybe this should be a 4 star review but let's make it 3.5. My mini needed a set of 4 new tires and after researching some options on Tirerack.com and calling another tire place for a quote, I called Tire Kingdom since it's relatively convenient to Brickell. Mario, the store manager answered the phone and was very knowledgeable. He didn't have the specific tires I wanted in stock in any of the warehouses, so he suggested to go a little wider and matched my Tirerack price. Installation plus 4 wheel alignment was $89. I asked to make an appointment but they told me to just walk in, which I did around 10:30 am on a Saturday. Two other guys were in the waiting area before me and I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. Since there is really nothing around there in walking distance, like a coffee shop, I came prepared with my Macbook. They do have free WiFi, which is slow but it works. There is also free coffee and a vending machine with soda and water, a TV and a customer bathroom. Bring a sweater or a jacket, the place is freezing cold. It ended up taking almost 2.5 hours but I am happy with my shiny new tires. Of course they tried to up-sell me on getting my front brakes done, which will be necessary in the near future and I don't blame them for trying, but the price I was quoted was simply too high. Would I come here again for new tires? Sure. The guys are friendly and don't make you feel inadequate because you have two X chromosomes. read more
