Spent 5 days at Las Villas in Puerto Vallarta. It's hard to find the words to describe our stay, everything was perfect. Pre-trip preparations were easy to handle and the villa staff were so wonderful. We had a party of 14, but the villa can sleep up to 18. The entire property is beautifully decorated. The staff made us the most amazing food and cocktails. The entire stay felt luxurious and relaxing. Leaving was the worst part, but we will be back in the future! read more

Spent a week at Casa Corazon in Playa del Carmen. Albriet at Villa Experience was so helpful with the preparations, and followed up with all the details with great communication. The house and staff were superb! I cannot stop feeling grateful for this experience. Casa Corazon was more than a rental house, it was a high end luxury experience that left nothing to chance. Had a wonderful week long stay at Palmas 5 in Punta Mita. The whole team was great from Albriet with booking to Majo with concierge to Dulce and Magda with meals and housekeeping made our entire trip delightful. The home was perfect, clean and light filled. Loved being right on the golf course and could walk to watch the most incredible sunsets over blue water. My only qualm was the golf cart provided was for 4 people and was really wonky, we had to change it several times. But Majo was great in getting all of this resolved quickly. read more

And the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, From our 1.5 year old all the way up to the grandparents. They were efficient, polite, kind and thoughtful. From providing toys and art projects for the kids, remembering how each of us liked our coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon, to bringing in a doctor when one child had an ear infection. All I can say is WOW! We had our wedding here in March and the experience was so amazing from arrival to departure. The villa is so incredible in person. My jaw dropped when we arrived. We never wanted to leave! The staff was the best part. From booking to bartenders everyone was so kind and professional. We bombarded them with a million questions and they were always attentive and helpful. The chef and food were INCREDIBLE. Nobody could pick a favorite meal because everything was so good. I just got back from celebrating a friends bachelor party in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed at Villa Las Puertas booked through Villa Experience. I cannot say enough good things about the villa, the staff and the whole experience. First, Rocio from Villa Experience was a dream to work with. She was kind, prompt and followed through on everything. She made everything so easy from booking to payment to last minute requests. Most of all she made us feel welcome. Alberto, our concierge from MexiTravels, was equally great. Even helped me stuff gift bags for the guests. He handled all of our special requests. Villa Las Puertas is a beautiful place. Lots of room to spread out, comfortable, sparkling clean, incredible views of Banderas Bay, and gorgeous Mexican decor. It looks exactly like its photos. And the villa staff -- Mago, Pina and Jose -- are lovely. Very attentive but not intrusive. We had breakfast and dinner most days and the food was beyond delicious. Mago is an excellent cook and even made sure our guests with specific diets were accommodated. We had an amazing time. My stay at casa peregrina has been by far the best stay and experience I have ever had anywhere. I came here with 15 friends and family for my birthday November9-13 and the place and stay did not disappoint. When we arrived we were greeted with margaritas and appetizer. Osvaldo made sure we were always taken care of and that we had ample drinks flowing and food to eat every minute of the day. Osvaldo is one of the sweetest most attentive person you could meet. Mikey our concierge went above and beyond to make sure our stay was magical. My Husband had been working with Mikey 6 weeks prior to coordinate all of our activities and events. We definitely made Mikey work. From our theme nights, karaoke party with Dj , fire dancer show, fire works show, beach and ATV trip and yacht party, this trip was so EPIC!!! Now about the house... It is gorgeous! All the rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Most of the rooms had great views either a tropical view or an ocean view. The maid service made sure our sheets were fresh everyday. They also offer to do laundry. The food was plentiful and delicious. The chef was 5 star. We had so many options for each meal, steak, lamb, lobster, you name it and we had it. We had the best time imaginable and I would highly, highly recommend staying at Casa Peregrina. read more

I booked this villa for 18 people. From the moment I spoke with Albriet, i felt at ease. She made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. She was there to greet us when we arrived, it was great to meet her all the work she did for us. The villa is amazing. We had planned day excursions, but ended up spending most of the day at the villa as the pool and views are incredible. The house manager was the so accommodating and helpful.
