My wife and I should have read reviews before eating here.  First,  I wanted extra ranch dressing for the salad  I ordered,  the guy in the back said that's extra. WTF? Cost me extra for more salad dressing? Then I asked for extra napkins because of the chicken wings,  he hesitated to give me some. Thought he was going to charge me for that, too. Then, I asked for paper plates. Again,  he didn't want to give me any, but finally did. Is the margin so small that what normally is given away with a smile to paying customers is not at this establishment? The bad food i can handle,  but the bad attitude is worse. I can't believe I tasted the worse pizza in my life here. How can you go wrong with pizza? I mean how many ingredients does it take to make a pizza wrong??? So Villa is located inside the Seattle Premium outlet food court. To be fair, we didn't have much options other than dine here on American Thanksgiving. Everywhere was closed. We did the Thursday night shopping (American Thanksgiving night). This place was super busy and full of people lining up. There were three options at that time to choose from: Villa, Flaming Wok and a Japanese/Chinese fusion place. What bad choice, I made that night. I dined here. This place only serves just pizza and Stromboli. I ordered the pizza meal which costed $10.23. It wasn't good pizza at all. The pizza was so doughy. There was so much dough. The pizza was super thick. The thickest pizza that I have ever seen in my life. I got it with lemonade and it wasn't even filled to the top. I also got 2 meatballs with it. Meatballs were not great. The lady had to put the meatballs in the microwave to heat them up so I am questioning how fresh those meatballs were that night. Service was super slow here. I ordered my pizza and they placed in the over to reheat. Pizza was heated way before I got to the cashier (which was only 3 people in front of me). OMG the guy didn't know how to ring customers fast. This is fast food and its super slow. I ended up getting cold pizza and warm meatball (meatball full of sauce) I don't recommend anyone to dine here. This is a solid 1 star for food. I was very disappointed. On the bright side I did find good deals at the premium outlet. Or else this would be a super sad day. read more

We ordered 3 meals, sides and drinks. The food was taken from a pile, popped into an oven and then served - everything was cold inside. I went down to the States on Jan 30 to do some shopping and spend some time with friends. We kind of got off to a late start and it was almost 12 noon before we got down to Tulalip Outlet Mall. We were hungry by than so we decided to have some mall food. Bad Idea! Can you go wrong with pizza and lasagna? I mean they're both easy to make aren't they? We ended up trying Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen. I'm not hot on mall food at the best of times but man this place is bad! The pizza was gorged on cheese... I felt queasy from being over cheesed... The Lasagna was cold! Not lukewarm but actually cold. I brought it back to get it re heated and the cashier gave me one of those deer caught in the headlights looks.... WTF Don't you know what re heat means? Even though our lasagne was re heated it was only re heated to the point of lukewarm... Oh well I know mall food is usually not great but I do expect an acceptable level. I certainly didn't get an acceptable level at Villa! It will be the very last time I will be frequenting that establishment! The good news is we had lots of fun shopping down in the States. I have always been a lenient person; reviews or otherwise and to be really honest the best I could do here was a star. Yeah agreed .. could have checked the ratings earlier and would have spared me the horror but I did not as missus is a vegetarian and the only fitting option was a slice of pizza to shut down her sudden hunger pangs and I was more like thinking of having a burrito or something from the neighbouring Mexican joint. The sole pizza slice turned into + a side & a drink .. and as soon as the food hit the tray I knew it that either I would need to share it or most of it is going in the dump .. Hey good or bad .. if it is edible why waste food .. so my would be burrito became someone else's :P The mozzarella sticks were terrible .. and then the pizza slice was like rubbing salt on the wound .. did not even bother to take a photo. Worst customer service! The person who was behind the cash register, it looked like a supervisor was extremely rude! I went back up to grab a fork after my husband had gotten our food and I was saving a seat. Well I went back up to grab a fork. When I was looking for a fork in the utensil containers the man started interrogating me about why I wanted it. Asked me if I had ordered food from there, what I had purchased, why I needed utensils.
