My Fiancé and I went here for dinner last week and were extremely disappointed. We decided on this place because we saw all the good reviews and it was opposite of what we were expecting. We were greeted and seated right away, which was nice. Then it went downhill from there. There seemed to be only a few other people dining in, so I figured we would get help in a decent amount of time. While we waited I noticed a waiter going into detail with another customer about wine, so I had a few questions of my own about their wine selection. We waited about 30 minutes before someone came to take our order, and it wasn't a drink order. I had to ask to get a glass of wine, well a drink in general. And the way they greeted us was "we didn't forget about you!" We were pretty much ignored the majority of the time, the customers that were already there were their priority. The few times they came to our table we were always greeted with "we didn't forget about you!" If there's only 3 tables taken, we shouldn't have been greeted that way at all. Maybe we will give it a second chance, maybe not. Finally went to Villa Napoli with my girlfriend and it was great! We went around 1PM on a Thursday there was only one other table there during that time. As we walked in the door the cleanliness, decor, and initial warm welcome by Sunny made us feel comfortable and at home. As we were seated we're started with water and bread. I ordered the pesto penne pasta with chicken and shrimp and it had a hint of curry (9/10) and my gf ordered a marinara pasta with chicken (6.5/10). My pasta with the hint of curry was extremely delicious full of flavor and generous portions. I'd definitely order it again. My gf's pasta was okay it could've had more sauce with more flavor regardless again good portion and a decent dish. We also ordered the meatball trio which was marinara, pesto, and Alfredo sauce good starter and light. We ended off our lunch with some Tiramisu and ice cream. From the bread being store bought, bland and dry, to the Caesar Salad having dressing from a bottle and bagged croutons and powdered parmesan cheese, the entrees: I had the seafood combination, and my girlfriend had Little Sunny special. You can tell that the sauce is reheated from frozen, completely watered down and tasteless. Same with the seafood also frozen. I've wanted to try this place for a long time..but won't return. If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I came here for our anniversary of 13 years. We had received a gift card for this place on Christmas and wanted to give it a try. My husband got the ribeye and I got the garlic noodles with chicken. First off the area is VERY small 2 other couples were there when we first arrived. When we received our food the presentation of my husbands steak looked good. My garlic noodles look ok but the chicken on top looked boiled and bland. NEITHER one of our meals had ANY FLAVOR. I was very disappointed, as we are debating wether to just get up and leave the couple behind us are complaining about their food as well! We haven't been here and years and decided to go back for a great Italian dinner. The food was horrible. Alfredo had no flavor. Shrimp tasted rubbery like they were boiled and had no flavor. The salmon was over cooked and also had no flavor. My husband steaks was cook correctly but had no flavor either. This was $105 wasted. Also, the service was horrible. I wanted to treat my momma (great grandmother) to a pasta lunch ~ her favorite! All the reviews pointed me here! From the moment we walked in our servers were so friendly, offered suggestions, kind to my mom (of utmost importance to me!).... Now, shall we talk about the food?!?!?!? So, I'm a pescatarian and wanted seafood something...... the seafood raviolis were absolutely TO DIE FOR!! Seriously, one of the most amazing Italian dishes I have ever had! First of all the ambience was very nice. The restaurant is small and cozy. We started off with a Caesar salad. The salad was delicious with a hint of anchovy. I ordered the Tortellini Romano that was fabulous! Between the creamy sauce and crispy prosciutto it was a perfect combination. My wife ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana.
