July 25th 2026. We arrived and the table we like to sit at was not clean yet. The hostess asked us if we mind waiting until she could get someone to clean it. We agreed with no problems. Maybe 2 minutes later it was clean and ready. Yay!! Our waitress Vickie S. was super nice, super friendly, super helpful . She also offered us two types of salad dressing. We thought OG only had one style. We opted for the Ranch to try something new. It was fire. So delicious . Our food arrived fast, hot and absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was on point. My cocktail was fire as well. We ordered some pasta to go and left very happy. Oh!! I forgot to add our waitress also brought us plates for our salad and appetizers That never happens. We always have to ask for plates. We were so happy that we didn't have to ask for plates. As time went on Vickie got real busy, but, the quality of her service never went down. Service was decent just awkward, sweet girl though. Breadsticks were too salty as well as the protein on my plate (way overly salted.) I got this stake/shrimp pasta and knowing that of course the price would be higher than most entrees. That being said, the plate was brought up to the manager and was told nothing can be done due to the poor taste, meaning I paid full and couldn't even finish neither the stake or shrimp. So my son wanted all you can eat pasta but unfortunately that ended for the year in November. Hubby had the chicken Marsala, I had chicken Alfredo and son had fettuccine Alfredo. Both boys like the chicken gnocchi soup and I went for the salad. All the food was as expected. What made the dinner so awesome today was our server, Jordan. She was absolutely amazing. She put our drink and appetizer order in right away and also got our order at the same time. She constantly checked on us and brought refills. I personally like the servers that just take a few extra minutes to talk and listen. Makes it just a little more personable. As is typical at this Olive Garden on a Friday night they had a 30 minute wait. We opted to sit at the bar and chat with the bartender, watch her make drinks and eat. Wife and step son had the unlimited chicken rigatoni with salad and I opted for the stuffed chicken marsala with chicken gnocchi soup. They throughly enjoyed their pasta and salad. I have been disappointed with the chicken marsala ever since they changed it to the new recipe. It used to be so much better. Granted it is still good just not nearly as good as it once was. The bar area is always a great option when you dont want to wait and its available. Every bartender at the Turlock location we've interacted with has been great and my wife really enjoys asking about the drinks that are being made. Good atmosphere and great company made for a nice dinner out. read more

Tasty or WasteY??? It depends on!!! If you eat at the restaurant, and you order a dish, you can always ask for extra sauce. Every time we order DoorDash, my rigatoni comes dry. Very little meat sauce. They probably know it's because we are not gonna take the time to drive all the way to Olive Garden to get more sauce. This is a big problem and should be handled by management or the district office. Here is a perfect example. Girl you did amazing couldn't help leaving with such a huge smile and my heart felt more full than my stomach you did so amazing and treated us like we were your only table you are the best waitress we have ever had. This location went above and beyond. I ordered lunch here to be delivered and somehow the order got messed up by the third party. I called out to the store and spoke to the manager Brian. The manager on duty Brian brought out my food personally dropped it off. The way this man went above and beyond and when I got my lunch he made sure it was still fresh and hot. read more

How cool that my 9 year old granddaughter chose Olive Garden for her celebratory birthday dinner. How sad that we received horrible service. Not only did we get the wrong food, not what we ordered, never got drink refills, and got the wrong salad dressing, but they were handing hot plates to pass down. My granddaughter nearly dropped the plate it was too hot for her. We told them it was her birthday and wanted to get her a dessert to celebrate. They never came back. Upsetting to know that your high school student was treated so poorly by server Kayla T. They were a group of girls having a celebratory lunch meal and my teen said server was rude. Need to train your servers well. It is even more upsetting to know server wasn't as equally rude to all but targeted my teen more than others. We haven't stopped into an Olive Garden in many years but had the opportunity one night in a small town where the other restaurants closed early. WOW! Our service was terrific, the food was plentiful and very good. We brought home leftovers and enjoyed them the next day too. I'm so glad that this iconic chain of restaurants is doing well and open! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! We tried eating here years ago and had hoped that the restaurant had changed but apparently it did not!!!! We walked in with our service dog and received no issue at the front desk. However the second my family left to use the rest rooms I was cornered by a front end manager that my service dog wasn't a service dog. He then accused me of not having an illness that requires a service dog. I quietly told him my disorder however he yells what my condition is across the room! I of course ask for the manager and Ron Ghaffari finally arrives! He doesn't listen to anything I have to say only that he is trying to put the dog where it needs to be. I ordered a bunch of food from the catering menu when we were moving houses. I spent over $230 and sent my son to pick it up. He said the lady made him put it in the truck because she said she couldn't. When he got home the order was missing my uncooked breadsticks. They also did not provide any napkins or dinner mints for my guests. I went in today with my sister to catch up and we ordered 2 appetizers (Calamari & Lasagna Frita) that came out fast even during rush hour! For our entree we had Alfredo that came out shortly after our appetizers. Our server was Bertha C and she went above and beyond! I am so upset I didn't get her name I could mention her here! She was on top of everything and remembered everything we asked for!!!!! The manager was walking around asking how everyone was doing and also refilled our sodas without them being empty! Our server boxed up our food with smile! I think the best part of my Olive Garden experience was the atmosphere walking in - was really cozy and lively on a Sunday evening. We ordered the ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo, and chicken parm. I don't know how to describe the white sauce pastas other than one word INTENSE. Felt like I was straight up ingesting a whole stick of butter after like 2 bites. The chicken parm on the other hand was slightly better since it was tomato based. The unlimited salad and soup honestly saved this place from a 1-2 star restaurant to 3 :') the salad was definitely my favorite out of everything. I have never had such poor service with Olive Garden! It started with us receiving the text notification the our host was ready to seat us. We reached the front counter hostess / manager told my husband to follow her and when she arrived at the table she told my husband this table is not for you it was for the lady beside you! What!! She said our table wasn't ready yet! Mind you we received the text notifying us that the table was ready! We walked back to the front counter she told the server to seat us at our table . We walk back to a table. The host seats us and was sliding the menus across the table instead of handing them to us! We should have just walked out at this point but we knew we were going to recieve great service with our waiter. Not! Service was slow and there were plenty of workers not sure why our waiter didn't have an assistant. Waited 20 mins to received our salad and breadsticks but had no silverware. We ask kindly she replied" they didn't give you any" after reminding her for a second time of our silverware she said she forgot, that she would send someone with them. Took my family--three adults and two actual children (ages 12 and 9)--to Olive Garden for a chill dinner. We ordered three adult entrées and two kids meals. That's five meals. For five people. Simple math, right? Apparently not. Our server Elizabeth seemed convinced I was trying to pull a fast one by ordering two kids meals. Like I was running some underground pasta hustle. She gave me that "mm-hmm, sure" vibe the whole time, like I was trying to feed a grown man off a $7 kids' menu. Newsflash: kids eat kids meals. That's why they're called that. Bill came out to over $100--because surprise! I wasn't cutting corners, I was just feeding my family. But it gets better. I called to express how uncomfortable and low-key judged I felt, and some guy named James, who claimed he was the manager, said he was "sitting next to me for his lunch" and I "didn't have two kids with me." First of all, creepy. Second, are you the manager or a spy in the booth next door? And third, don't gaslight me--I know who I brought and I'm not in the business of pretending to have kids for discounted spaghetti. James proudly stood by his employee (Elizabeth) and dismissed my concerns entirely. Cool, cool. So much for "hospitaliano." The other "manager" Macy also seconded this. I just used this location for to go orders. I thought the pick up process was very easy and they have it down! Very friendly and quick. Got home (7min away) and started unpacking. The food is packed very well. The freshness of the food was where it became disappointing. The salad was wilted, not crunchy and fresh.
